POV

Lola and me were running to the sandlot. So we can play a little night game. When we get there everyone was in their spots. Lola and me went to our spots. When DeNunez threw the ball and Benny hit it. We all just froze and watch the fireworks. When the fireworks were done we were walking back to our houses.

"Eliza can we speak for a minute " Benny asked me

"Sure what up" I stop in my tracks

"Can I asked you something" Benny asked shyly

"Anything" I replied

"Who was the guy that you wrote your song about" Benny asked quietly

"Benny why do you want to know that" I asked confused

"Because I been wanting to do this for a long time " Benny said and grab my waist and kiss me. I was shocked. When I knew what was happening. I started to kiss him back. We kissing for a minute or two. We pull away.

"It was you Benny" I said out of breath.

He just smile and put his forehead on mine.

"Good " Benny breath out and we started to walk to our houses. When we got to mine . Benny pull me in a hug.

"Eliza will you be my girlfriend" Benny ask me

"Yes I do" I nod and he kiss me.

"Night" I said walking away

I woke up. And I saw Lola and Sabrina staring at me.

"Why are here just staring at me" I asked confused

"A bird told us that a girl got asked by her crush to be his girlfriend " Lola smile

"Benny did asked me" I smiled

Both girls just jump on my bed and started to ask questions.

"Girls hold up. One question at a time" I joked

We spend the whole day just talking. We even had a sleep over.

Sabrina left to see her boyfriend. So Lola and me went to the sandlot. When we got there Benny went up to us and hug me.

"Hey Eliza" Benny whispered in my ear.

"Hello" I said pulling away. We started to walk to the boys.

"I see that Benny man made his move" Squints joked and Benny just roll his eyes

"So do you know Riley" Lola asked

We all just nod.

"She just texted me saiding that she was wondering if she could play some ball with us. But I don't know if she can play." Lola told us

"Well tell her that she can come. But if she can't play then one of us has to tell her something" Ham said before any one could answer

Lola just went with it and started to text her back. Benny pull me to sit with him but he pull me to his lap

"So why didn't you come and play with us yesterday" Benny asked

"Lola and Sabrina wanted to hang out" I answer

"Alright " Benny kiss my cheek
