Sans POV

Okay so I know when I'm going back now and I've got everything set up for it

I open a portal to outertale and jump through closing it behind me

No matter how many times I come here

The view still stuns me every time I come here

I think about the day that I'm going back

Papyruses birthday

My wings come out as I glide swiftly above everything

I land on a nearby tree which kills it turning the leaves to dust it blows away in the wind

I wonder what I should get him?

I look out across this aus snowdin and see everyone laughing and talking happily

Lucky them

I look away from them and stare back at the sky

They actually have souls

The stars glisten and glowed in the moonlight casting a gentle blue glow everywhere

While I'm just a messed up soulless being that can't feel but pretends he can

I see outertale sans or as I call him 'stars' sitting back with his bro while he tells puns and papyrus is going crazy

they can actually be happy

I lift up my sleeves to see the multiple cut marks and scars going up and down my arms

While I feel nothing

I Huff pulling my sleeves down hiding the cuts from view I heard some shuffling in the bushes around me but I brushed it off

"HEY YOU!!!"

My head snaps towards the bottom of the tree and I see outertale sans there at the bottom of the tree

"COME DOWN HERE A SEC I WANNA TALK TO YOU!" he called out again I shrugged jumping down from the top of the tree and landed standing up in the snow

The snow all went black around me so I tucked my wings in and floated above it

"What do you want?" My voice was empty sounding and had a cold edge to it

"Well your the guy I saw in the omega timeline right reapertale sans" he said I nod my head

"Well I was wondering what you were doing here since you should be in your au except your here sitting in a tree" he said I shrugged

"So what brings you to outertale?" He asked sitting down on a tree stump across from me

"I just came to look at the stars even in reapertale you don't see stars like this" I say looking up he nods in agreement

"Tibia honest this is the only place I can see stars like this" I say again he looks at me

"So you come here just to see the stars rather then be in your own world looking at the earth?" He said I looked over at him

"Yeah my au is messed up and looking at the trees and stuff all day gets boring not to mention that everything I touch dies so yeah but these stars are beautiful" I say looking at the twinkling sky

"I've never seen the earth before the only time I do is when frisk completes a pacifist run" he said

"Wow I never thought about that I see the earth everyday it just gets so boring not to mention almost everything i touch dies while here I can see something that I don't see everyday" he looks taken back slightly from my words

"So you wish you could see the stars I wish I could see the earth 'go figures" he said sighing I agreed

So he wishes he could see the earth?

I look over at him slightly before looking back up

Maybe I could show him? I mean nothing bad could happen right???

"Hey stars" he looks over at me curiously

"If you could go see the earth right now would you go?" I asked him he thought it over for a moment

"Heck yeah! I would!!" He said I sighed slightly

I am so gonna regret this later

I open a portal to a random au they already made it to the surface so it shouldn't be a problem

"Well then let's go I'm only doing this cause I'm nice so if you want to see earth again let's go visit a au that has already completed a pacifist run and is on the surface now" I say

He jumps up and runs through the portal I sigh floating through after him

I am defiantly going to regret doing this later

We ended up at a park it was dark outside and no one was around probably sleeping

Outertale sans was lying on his back on the grass with his eyes closed under a tree

I floated near him but not too close looking around it looked like a ghost town

"Let me guess your enjoying your time here huh?" I ask he nods his head I shrug

We sit there in silence for a few more minutes and I begin to feel tired a cold wind flows by and I wrap my wings around myself

Outertale sans or stars pulls his jacket closer to him and shivers feeling the cold

Everything is quiet

Too quiet

Something is wrong

"Hey stars we better head back now I think its about time we left" I say he looks at me confused

"What? why? Something wrong death?" He asked I looked around nothing was moving and it was still quiet he seemed to notice this and looked around

"Heh~ look what we have here! A couple of monsters out alone at night~" a voice says from behind us

We quickly turn around and see a group of men behind us armed with pocket knifes and a few pistols and some broken beer bottles obviously drunk and monster haters

How could I tell? They literally have logos on there arms that say

'NO MONSTERS ALLOWED'

And how do I know they have weapons well when you live my life you learn to pick up a thing or two also I can see a bit of them

Stars got up quickly and his left eye glowed a faint blue along with his left hand

"What do you want?" I asked floating down with my hood up casting a shadow over my face my wings slightly hiding stars from view who looked quite shocked at how calm I was but covered it up

"We want you gone" the biggest one said looks like he's the leader of the group he held out a pocket knife

Pfft like that will scare me

"Well we were here first so how about you leave us alone" I say again a dark edge in my tone

"How about no. Why don't you leave and crawl back down into your little hole wouldn't that feel more like home?~" he said

I mentally facepalm and stars just chuckles making them mad

"Well first of all buddy we were never trapped in the underground second were not even from here and third leave us alone already or you'll regret it" I say the gang looks shocked but quickly covers it

"Tch. Whatever boys get them!" He shouts pointing at us

They instantly surrounded us and I change into my mortal form so they don't die when they touch me

"I'm giving you guys one last warning leave us alone or you will regret it" I say one more time stars looks kinda nervous at how many there are but I just act casual

"What are you waiting for you idiots a invitation!? I SAID GET THEM!!!!!" The leader dude said/yelled/screamed

I tried to warn them

They all charged at us and I quickly summoned some bones and pinned five to trees without hurting them

One tried to throw a punch at me I caught their fist and punched them in the gut before grabbing the back of their head and slamming it against my knee knocking them out

Stars got tackled by one so I kicked him in the ribs sending him flying and helped stars up

Someone stabbed me in the leg and I growled ripping the knife out and kicking them making them hit their head on a tree

I punched one in the face and knocked him out and shoved his unconscious body into three of them knocking them over

One grabbed their pistol and tried to shoot me but I dodged and caught the bullet in between my fingers

He shot at me again and I teleported him and knocked him out by hitting a pressure point on his neck

Three tried to stab me and I ducked making one stab his friend I tripped the second one and he landed on the first one the third one tried to stab me again but I grabbed his wrist tightly and he dropped the knife screaming in agony and I kicked him in the stomach and he fell by his friends

A sharp pain came from my wings as I yelled out in pain I look over to see that someone had smashed a glass bottle onto my wings and black blood was gushing out of the fresh wound

THAT SON OF A BITCH JUST SMASHED A BEER BOTTLE ON MY FUCKING WINGS!!!!!

My eye glowed in anger I turn and punched him Straight in the nose a sickening crunch followed on impact I shove him into a tree and punched him again in the stomach

he kneeled over in pain and I kicked him in the head and he flew back and crashes into a tree letting out a agonizing shriek of pain before going limp

I look over to stars to see if he needed any help and he hit another with a bone across the head and he hit the pavement out cold

Now there was only the leader left he got out his pistol and shot at me the bullet scraped my wings again and I grit my teeth

I lunged forward making us both fall to the ground he tried to shoot me but I smacked the gun out on his hands

I punched him in the head and he shoved me off trying to get up I quickly kick him in the side of the head and he's out cold

"MOTHER FUCKER THAT HURTS!!!!" I yell out clutching my wing returning to my normal form

My knuckles were bloody as well as my wings

Stars rushed over and tried to touch my wing I hissed at him and he quickly retracted his hand

I checked which au we were in and woopty-fucking-doo! its under fell out of all the places I could've gone too

I opened a portal back to outertale and we quickly left I closed the portal behind us I instantly fall to my knees

My mortal form sure as hell took some damage as well as my wings

"Hey you okay pal? It looks like that wound of yours hurts why don't you stay a bit at my place and we can get you fixed up" he said looking at the injury

I don't really have a choice do I?

"Sure but only till my wing heals I don't want to intrude" I said trying to be polite

"No problem pal and thanks for saving me back there if you weren't there I would've been dust and besides you took me to see earth again" he said kindly

I changed back to my mortal form and he looked at me confused

"So then I don't look like some sort of killer in your au" I say he nods his head and he helps me stand and teleports to his alphys lab

"HEY ALPHYS OPEN UP I NEED YOUR HELP" he calls theirs some shuffling noises and the door opens and I hear a gasp

I weakly look up and see his alphys standing there she quickly rushes us inside and closes the lab door behind her

Stars helps me to a table and I sit down on to of it since I can't lie down because of my wings

"S-sans w-what h-happend t-t-to him?" She questioned grabbing some medical equipment and rushes back over

"We got into a fight and he saved me from getting pounded and got a beer bottle smashed on his wings along with a stab wound" sans said helping alphys

Well it wasn't a completed lie

"O-okay l-lets do h-his w-wings f-first" she said and moved behind me I tensed up making my wings poof up slightly

I'm not used to trusting new people

"Hey don't worry pal alphys won't hurt ya we just need to get the glass outta your wings first" sans says trying to calm me down

I nod slightly and I winch feeling the glass getting pulled out of my wings and a small clang as she puts it on a tray

"W-woah y-your b-blood i-its b-black!" She said stunned

"I know it is but that's normal for me" I say my voice with no emotion and me winching as she pulls out another glass shard from my wing

After she pulled them all out she wet a cloth and gently began to clean off the blood

"Ow ow ow ow damn that hurts a lot" I curse as she continues to clean it

"S-sorry" she apologizes and continues to clean it before getting some bandages and wrapping it around my wings

"T-try n-not t-to m-move y-your

w-wings t-to m-much o-or y-you

m-might h-hurt y-yourself e-even

m-more" she stutters out and I nod my relaxing my wings

"C-can you s-show m-me y-your l-leg" she stutters out I nod and show her my leg she quickly cleans and bandages it

"T-there y-you g-go j-just t-take i-it

e-easy o-okay" she stutters again I nod my head and she walks out sans looks over at me and raises a non-existent eyebrow

"So your not used to new people? Or do you just not trust alphys?" He asked

"Sorta both I was never used to new people because I didn't trust them easy and back in my au everyone pretty much hated me and well in my au they- i dont want to explain that so yeah both'' I say he nods knowing that I won't want to explai n what happened

What really happened is that in my au gaster and alphys tested on me and didn't even know it! I refuse to call gaster 'dad' or 'father' because calling him that would be a disgrace to all fathers in the multi verse

I would get tortured and injected with different liquids that made it feel like I would burst into flames at any moment

Alphys didn't know I was getting tested on she only helped gaster with getting the equipment but I doubt she ever knew what it was really used for

I sigh and then remember the my blood on the glass shards and looked around for it

" hey where's that tray with my blood on it?" I asked he points to it and I hold my hand out towards it and the glass shards along with all my blood floats over covered in a black flame

The shards float in front of me and I can sense him looking at me but I just ignore him I close my hand into a fist and the blood begins to disappear in a shadow of smoke leaving behind clean shards of broken glass

One thing I learned from being alone most of the time

Never leave any trace of yourself anywhere especially blood stains

"How did you do that?" He questioned me

"Magic~" I said doing jazz hands he laughed and I kept up my smile

"I-im b-back y-you'll h-have t-to s-stay h-here f-for a b-bit s-so I c-can d-do a c-couple m-more t-tests t-to m-make

S-sure y-your o-okay" she said my wings poofed up again and stars laughed I growled at him showing him my teeth/fangs

He started sweating and I retracted my fangs and calmed myself down and my wings went back to normal I moved them in a comfortable position

"Do I have to stay over night?" I asked she shook her head

"O-only u-until I f-finish s-some t-tests t-then y-you c-can l-leave" she said I sighed and nodded

Welp no way I'll be getting out of this and besides stars would probably just drag me back anyway

"Okay then alphys call me when your done I gotta get back to papyrus and are you gonna be okay or do you want me too stay?" He said turning from alphys to me I shake my head

"I'll be fine don't worry about me go look after papyrus" I say to him he looks uneasy but nods

"And also" his pinpricks in his eyes disappeared so they were completely black

"don't hurt her or anyone here or I will give you a BAD TIME got it"

"Sure pal I won't hurt anyone plus you and her both helped me so I guess I owe you guys one anyway" I say shrugging ignoring the threat

Because honestly when you live my life threats aren't exactly threatening anymore

Guess that's the perk of being soulless you can't really feel

Alphys shakes and sans nods going back to his normal lazy state and walks out the door

I move my wing in front of me and see it neatly wrapped up in some comfortable bandages along with my leg

My knuckles were still bloody and I'm pretty sure that its still bleeding I can feel a stinging pain in them but they didn't notice because I had my hands in my pockets

"Thanks for wrapping my wings the bandages are really comfortable" I thank her she nods

"N-no p-problem h-how d-do y-you

f-feel???" She asked

Those were all the thoughts that were running through my head all those things that I was feeling and wanted to scream out loud

Everything that I wanted to say and shout out loud everything I've hidden but I don't let it show so I answer her question with the most pain hidden inside of it
