Rosalie and Klaus were painting when Rebekah walks in

"What took you so long?" He asks

"Alaric didn't want to hand over the stake. Luckily, I'm quite the charmer." Rebekah says with the stake in her hand.

"That's it?" Klaus asks

"The last of the white oak stakes that can kill us. Do you want to do the honours or shall I?" Rebekah asks and Klaus takes the stake and throws it into the fire

"Well, that's that then." Rebekah says and goes to leave the room.

"Pack your bags. We're leaving." Klaus says

"Today?" She asks

"Why not? There's nothing keeping us here. We'll grab the doppelgänger and be off by sunset." Klaus says

"But tonight's the decade dance." Rebekah says.

"So?" He asks

"I'm the head of the committee. We have to go." Rebekah says

"I'm not going to any dance." Klaus says

"Well, who am I going with then?" Rosalie asks

"I thought you hated dances." He says.

"Well, since we are apparently leaving which you never discussed with me which after Rebekah leaves we will be talking about." Rosalie says

"Please, I have big plans for tonight." Rebekah says

"Just go, for us." Rosalie says as she wraps her arms around Klaus while on her tippy toes trying to rest her head on his shoulder

"Okay, fine. One last hurrah." He says

"One last hurrah, Nik." Rebekah says.

"So, when were you going to tell me we were leaving?" Rosalie asks

"I don't know." Klaus mutters

"You don't know? Nik, I can't just leave I have my brothers here." Rosalie says.

"The brothers who are trying to kill my family and killed Finn." Klaus argues

"I'm still loyal to my brothers." She argues back

"Well, they aren't that loyal to you, have they?" He asks.

"You know what? You're right, my brothers chose a girl over me and I've been on the other end of the protecting but I want to leave knowing that if I come back they would love to see me because they are my brothers. I've made peace with the fact they are different from how they were when I knew them but they are still my brothers and I will always have that hope." Rosalie says and walks out the room.

"Where are you going?" Klaus calls after her

"To get ready for the dance." Rosalie replies

"I love you." Klaus shouts

"I love you too." She shouts back.

"Matt, oh my god. I haven't seen you since Caroline's birthday." Rosalie says as she hugs him

"Yeah, it's been pretty crazy." Matt says

"How are you?" She asks.

"I'm good, how are you?" Matt asks

"I'm great, better since you last saw me." Rosalie says

"Well, yeah, I mean you found your soulmate and I had to film the kiss." Matt says.

"What?" She asks

"Caroline. She made me film the kiss while she played the music." He laughs and Rosalie does as well

"Of course she did. Now where is she?" She asks.

"Over there with Tyler." He says and Rosalie looks to see the couple

"Tyler's back? I think I might throw up." She fake gags

"Wanna dance?" She asks.

"Sure, just promise I won't get skinned alive by your soulmate." He says

"I promise." She says and then they being to dance when a slow song comes on

"Hey, I promised." She reminds him and they begin to dance.

"Mind if I cut in." They hear a voice and see Klaus standing there and Rosalie turns to Matt

"Yeah, sure, it was good seeing you." He says to Rosalie and she turns to Klaus with a fake annoyed look.

"Why do you always have to prove you're the alpha male?" She asks

"I don't have to prove anything, love, I am the alpha male." He says playing along and then she takes his hand

"You would have loved the 1920s, the girls were reckless, sexy, fun. They literally used to dance until they dropped." He smiles.

"I'm sorry." They both say and then look at each other

"No, I'm sorry." They say and laugh

"Love, I'm sorry about what I said about your brothers and not telling you that we are leaving." Klaus says.

"Nik, I'm sorry you were right, my brothers chose a girl over there sister and I just want to believe they are exactly how they were in 1864." Rosalie says

"Have you seen Rebekah because she said she was going to ask Maya to the dance?" She asks.

"Not since I saw her with you." He says and then they instantly stop dancing and try to leave but there's a circle of salt

"What is this?" He asks

"Your mother is back." Stefan says

"Fucking witch bitch." Rosalie mutters.

"Bonnie, you look amazing." Rosalie says

"What's taking so long? All boundary spells have a loophole." Klaus says and then Matt walks through the door

"People are walking right out of the dance, past the barrier." He says.

"If Matt and I can leave, we can stop Esther ourselves. We gotta find out where she is."

"Suicide, Jeremy."

"Wait, follow me." Rosalie says and leads them to the barrier and then closes her eyes and takes a step forward and sees she past the barrier.

"I can do it." Rosalie says

"No, love, why don't you help Bonnie with the spell." Klaus suggests

"Sure, wait, where's Caroline?" She asks and her brothers give her a look and she runs back to where Bonnie is.

"Jer, get me a bucket and a scalpel from a biology class room." She says and he does and the guys come back and he hands her the stuff and then she takes a breath and runs the scalpel down her arm and the blood runs into the bucket and then wipes the blood away and the wound heals.

"That's enough blood right? Ask Nik if you don't know how to use it." Rosalie rushes and then runs out of there and her brothers and soulmate tries to follow her when they can't move

"Maybe you should have added that they are in the fucking gym." Damon says.

"Esther!" Rosalie yells as she walks through the forest

"Rosalie, so glad you could join." Esther says

"You left your location in my dress, I assume because you were Rebekah." Rosalie says

"How did you figure it out?" Esther asks.

"Because Rebekah was supposed to call Maya to be her date." Rosalie says

"Why didn't you tell, Niklaus? I mean he is your soulmate." Esther says

"Who said I didn't?" Rosalie asks.

"Now." Esther says and then Rosalie gets stabbed in the back and everything goes black.

Klaus and the Salvatore brothers run through the forest to see Esther chanting and then see Rosalie with a stake through her heart but Klaus didn't feel any of the pain that he should since they completed the bond.

Then fire started to light around her and the ground opened and Esther was gone and the fire grew bigger and then Rosalie was walking towards them through the fire and she lifted her hand and the fire went into the air and made into a phoenix and disappeared.

"Was the phoenix too much?" Rosalie asks

"No, it was fucking awesome." Jeremy says as he hugs her

"Elena is in there go get her." Rosalie says to her brothers and they walk to where Elena is and Klaus wraps his arms around her waist.

"Are you okay, love?" He asks and Rosalie looks back at her brothers

"Yeah." She sighs.
