"Who is this guy, Safari Sam?" Klaus says in Alaric's body as he picks a shirt and walks to Katherine who is tied to a chair in the living room

"Okay, bad or badder?" He asks Katherine.

"The dark colours suit you better." Katherine says

"Oh, thank you, honey. Okay, pop quiz. The dagger ad white ash are in the Salvatore's possession, correct?" He asks putting the shirt on.

"The dagger was used to kill Elijah, you'll find him in the basement of the Salvatore house." She answers

"Okay, that dagger needs to stay exactly where it is. The last think I need to do is resurrect Elijah. Oh, that guy is a buzz kill." He says buttoning up the shirt.

"And don't forget you're on the outs with your girlfriend, Jenna." Katherine reminds

"Right, Elena's aunt. For, uh, all the lies about Isobel. What else?" He asks

"That's it." Katherine says and he touches her head and she flinches.

"Oh, so jumpy."

"Please just kill me, I've told you everything that I know." She says

"You see, I believe that you believe that. But what would you not know? What could they be keeping from you? Anything? Tell me." He compels.

"They were trying to see if Bonnie could find a way to kill an Original without a dagger."

"Bonnie the best friend? I thought you said she didn't have her powers anymore." Klaric says

"She doesn't or didn't. I don't know. You kidnapped me remember, I'm kind of out of the loop."

"Well, we'll have to get to the bottom of that. Anything else?" He compels

"There's another. Salvatore I mean, she's a witch and also a phoenix but she probably won't use her powers." Katherine says

"And why not?" He asks further no longer compelling her

"I don't know. Her name is Rosalie, she won't be hard to miss." She lies.

"Please just kill me, Klaus and be done with it." Katherine pleas

"And show you kindness? I've searched for you for over 500 years. Your death is going to last half that long." He says.

He then takes out a knife

"Now, I want to take this knife and stab yourself." He says and Katherine stabs herself in the leg

"Now, take it out." And she does.

"Now, while I'm gone, I want you to do that over and over and over again and if you get bored, switch legs."

"Where are you going?"

"I'm gonna go lay eyes on my precious doppelgänger." And he kisses her forehead.

"Oh, don't looks so glum, Katerina. The fun is just beginning."

Rosalie's Outfit

"Please sign here and here." Elena and Rosalie were given a pen and they signed the piece of paper,

"So this place is all yours? They just gave it to you both?" Bonnie asks them.

"For now, as sole owners, we are the only people who can invite a certain type of person in here, if you know what I mean." Elena answers

"It was my house to begin with so nothin' new." Rosalie adds.

"Your own personal safe house."

"That's the idea."

"Wouldn't wanna clean it." Bonnie says and they all chuckle.

"Thank you, Mr Henry." Elena says as she shakes his hand and Rosalie does the same and he walks out the door where Stefan and Damon are waiting to be invited in,

"I'm sorry, I completely forgot." Elena says and Rosalie puts her hand up smiling

"I didn't, I just wanted to see if they did so they can hit their heads." And her brothers roll their eyes.

"Stefan, would you like to come inside my house?" Elena asks flirtatiously and Rosalie looks at Damon silently gagging which he laughs and winks at her

"I would love to. Thank you." Stefan says as he walks in and then she looks at Damon.

"What are we, 12?" He asks

"One of us is." Rosalie scoffs touching up her lipstick

"If I let you in, do you promise to obey the owners of this house?" Elena asks.

"No." Damon says

"Seriously, Damon. My way you promised, I call the shots. No lies, no secret agendas, remember?"

"Yes, Elena. Sure." He finally says

"Then please come in." And he walks in.

Bonnie then comes through and hands Elena her jacket,

"Thanks."

"Wait, where are you going?" Stefan asks

"To school." Elena answers

"No, no. We didn't create a safe house for you to leave it."

"Yeah guys Klaus is out there we know that."

"Right but where? No one knows. Look, I really appreciate what you guys are doing and I'll be able to sleep at night knowing that I'll be safe here but I'm not gonna be a prisoner."

"You're way Elena."

"Don't worry I'm ready, if he shows his face I can take him. I know how." Bonnie assures

"The way I see it next, to Bonnie is the safest place that I can be. Come on." Elena says

"Well I'm happy to stay here." Rosalie says falling onto the couch

"You're going as well, if I have to go you're going as well," Stefan says and rolls her eyes "wait we're coming." And they follow Elena and Bonnie and go to school.

Rosalie, Bonnie, Elena and Stefan are all in history class and Elena pulls out a '60s decade dance' poster and Stefan shakes his head and she turns to Bonnie and she nods and she goes to show Rosalie and sees she's drawing a rose in her own world.

"Hello, class. What are we learning today?" Klaric says walking in to the classroom not looking at the students

"With the decade dance, we've been learning about the 60s all week." A girl named Dana replies.

"Right, the 60s." He begins to say when he Elena catches his eye and then turns to the bored writing 'The 60s', "the 60s, I wish there was something good I could say about the 60s but actually they kinda sucked. The Cuban missile thing, we walked on the moon, there was Watergate."

"Watergate was the 70s, Ric," Elena says "I mean Mr Saltzman." She corrects herself

"Yes, thank you Elena." He says and then goes to turn around when a voice stops him.

"Also the Beatles happened in the 60s, they changed the music industry for the better, with amazing songs like Elenor Rigby and many others." Rosalie says looking up from her notebook and Klaus turned to her and stopped, it was her, it was the face he was drawing for centuries, his soulmate.

He clears his throat and points to her and nods

"Yes, well done, Rosalie." And then the bell rings and class is dismissed

It's lunch and Rosalie, Elena and Bonnie are all at the table when Dana comes up to Rosalie smiling,

"Hey, Rosalie, there you are. Okay this is gonna sound freaky but this totally hot guy just asked me to ask you if you're going to the dance tonight." Dana says and Rosalie smiles.

"Well, that does sound amazing but I already have a date and she is meeting me there." But Dana's smile falters and then goes back into a smile,

"You could at least meet him, he'll be at the dance tonight, look for him, his name is Klaus." And they all turn to Dana with a serious look on their face.

"I'm sorry, what did you just say?" Elena asks wondering if it was a trick

"His name's Klaus, I know the name's stupid but I swear he's hot." Dana says

"Where is he? Is he here?" Bonnie asks looking around the room and Dana smile falters again.

"I don't know," And turns back into a smile "but he wants to know if you'll save him the last dance. How cute is that?"

"Absolutely adorable." Rosalie says with a fake smile and then Dana leaves her smile falls and she rolls her eyes

"Why me?" She says and stands up.

"Where are you going?"

"I only go to history. I'm going home." She says and walks out the lunch hall.

"Damon! I'm home!" Rosalie calls into the house and sees him drinking a bottle of bourbon sitting on the couch and he looks up at her

"Finally!"

"Sorry this thing came up at lunch and no I do not want to talk about it." She says taking the bottle of bourbon out of his hands and taking a drink.

Straight after she spits it out hysterically coughing

"Oh, my god that takes disgusting!" She says and Damon rolls his eyes and pats her back.

"So, what do you want to do?" Rosalie asks

"I have an idea." Damon smirks and Rosalie smirks back knowing exactly what it is.

"Cause you make me feel like I've been locked out of heaven for too long!" Both of them sing along to 'Locked out of Heaven' at the top of their lungs dancing around the room with each other.

Once the song ended they heard a knock at the door and Rosalie opened it

"What happened? Why am I not invited in?" Juliana asks

"Oh! This is Elena and I's safe house and we signed paper work and yeah so..." Rosalie says and Juliana nods.

"Can you let me in now?" Juliana asks with a pout and Rosalie smiles

"Come in." She says and Juliana kisses her as a thanks and Rosalie turns to her brother.

"Just go already." Damon says with a smile and Juliana pulls her upstairs

"Thanks!" Rosalie calls and her door shuts and Damon chuckles taking a sip of bourbon, shaking his head.

"Kids."

Rosalie stood next to Juliana with her arms wrapped around her as Damon was talking

"So we got to the dance and find him." He says

"Really? How are we going to do that? We don't know what he looks like." Stefan says.

"Something tells me he's not gonna be 16 and pimply." Damon says

"He could be anywhere at anytime, he compelled somebody at school. Guess this is not as safe as you guys thought, huh?" Stefan asks the girls.

"I didn't wanna go in the first place but you said 'You're going as well, if I have to go you're going as well' so." She says mocking his voice

"I do not sound like that." He says

"Right sure ya don't." Rosalie says.

Then someone knocks on the door and Klaric walks in

"There you are." Damon says

"Sorry, I'm late." He says walking into the house.

"Hey, I need you to put me down as a chaperone at the dance tonight. Klaus made his first move." Damon says

"I thought Elijah was the only one who knew about us?" Rosalie says

"Well, he's not and he's currently in our basement." Damon says

"What!?" She exclaims

"Yeah, you missed it all." He says

"I got back from cheer camp yesterday morning, how was I supposed to know?" Rosalie says

"It's the middle of the school year, how did you even go to cheer camp?" He asks.

"I went with a cheer club from the next town." She shrugs then Juliana checks her phone

"I'm sorry, I need to go. I'll see you before the dance tonight." She says to Rosalie and she nods and she kisses her a goodbye and watched her leave the house.

She continues to stare at Juliana even after she left so Damon snapped his fingers in front of her face and she blinks and looks at him

"What? I'm just doing the things that I couldn't do in 1864." Rosalie looks at him innocently.

"By things you mean Juliana?" Damon asks and she looks at him with a knowing look.

"I mean...you said it not me." She says getting her fidget cube.

"Swiftly moving on." Stefan says.

"Okay, so we find him and then what? Hmm? What's our plan of attack?" Elena asks

"Me. He has no idea how much power I can channel. If you find him, I can kill him." Bonnie says

"That's not gonna be that easy, I mean he is the biggest baddest vampire around." Klaric says.

"Alaric has a point, I mean what if he-" Damon says and then gets thrown into a table

"Oh my fucking god, do that again I need to record it." Rosalie laughs getting out her phone to take a picture.

"Well, I was impressed." Stefan says

"It doesn't matter if he's an Original, I can take down anyone who comes at me, I can kill him Elena, I know I can." Bonnie says.

"And if that doesn't work we always have Rosie." Damon says and she shakes her head.

"No, no witchcraft and me are broken up like since 1864." Rosalie says

"What's the big deal? You've used it after." Damon says.

"Yeah, but growing roses is much different then doing witchcraft and the last time that happened I died. Besides my question is what Klaus wants with me, we know why he wants Elena but me. Does he need virgin blood? Because then I am insulted." Rosalie says.

"So, what are you planning to do at the dance?" Damon asks

"Take pictures for my scrapbook." Rosalie shrugs looking down at her fidget cube

"Scrapbooking? Are you serious? You are an addict." Damon says and Rosalie turns to him.

"Says the alcoholic." She says offended

"At least it's something normal." Damon argues and she walks up to him and noticing a vase with water for when she brings flowers in.

"It's a coping mechanism." She says throwing the water in his face.

There was silenced for a while when Damon and Rosalie burst out laughing with each other and hugging each other, leaving everyone extremely confused.

"What just happened?" Stefan asks looking concerned at siblings

"Damon asked earlier what would I do if someone said something about my scrapbooks and how's it's an 'addiction' and we decided that he was going to do it at the meeting." Rosalie says laughing with some tears coming down her face.

"We can never have a normal meeting, can we?" Stefan asks himself shaking his head

"No, no we can't." Rosalie answers for him giving him a smile.

"Okay, let's go get ready for a dance." Damon says.

Rosalie was doing her make up for the dance when Juliana walked into her room

"Hey, I was just getting ready...why aren't you in your outfit." Rosalie voice goes from excited to confused after seeing what she's wearing.

"We need to talk." Juliana says

"Sure." Rosalie says and they sit on her bed.

"So, what do you want to talk about?" Rosalie asks

"Remember when you asked how I turned and why was here?" Juliana asks and Rosalie nods.

"I got turned by Raymond." She says and memories of him came flooding back.

Mystic Falls 1864 a couple weeks after the ball

Rosalie and Juliana were talking about a book when Emily Bennett walked into the room.

"Mr Salvatore has arranged a dinner party with the Stewarts, Juliana you are obligated to attend, Rosalie your presence is unneeded." Emily says and leaves the room and Rosalie looks at Juliana.

"Isn't that one of the families you were supposed to marry into?" She asks

"Yes, but I said we would have to wait until I was of adult age." Juliana answers equally as confused.

"I'll help you get ready." Rosalie says.

"You look lovely." Rosalie says through the mirror

"Thank you." Juliana says and Rosalie put a necklace on her

"I wish you were attending." Juliana looks at Rosalie.

"Not going to happen." She says and then they hear a knock at the door and Rosalie looks at Juliana

"Enjoy." She says giving her a tiny peck on the lips.

"Bye." Juliana says and Rosalie goes into her room and starts to sketch a rose.

A few hours pasted and Rosalie quietly exited her room and listened to the conversation

"I have something to say to Miss Juliana. Ever since we danced at the ball, you've been on my mind in a loop and I realised I've never felt happier and so I ask you this question. Will you marry me?" The Stewart's son, Raymond who was the age of 27.

A tear fell down Rosalie's face as she hears the words that she never thought Juliana would ever say to someone else.

"Yes."

"Wow, wasn't expecting that. Why are you here?"

"Because after he turned me I ran away and I ran into Katherine and she explained what happened to you and she helped me hide and then..."

"You repaid the favour." Rosalie says.

"Why are you telling me this now?"

"Because Raymond is coming back and I'm going to go back to him so you don't get hurt."

Juliana says with tears in her eyes as she looks up at the redhead who also has tears in her eyes.

"So this is it." Rosalie says and Juliana caresses her face

"I will always love you. Maybe our story was made for another universe." Juliana says

"Probably." Rosalie says the tears are now down her face

"Good-"

"Don't say it. It'll hurt us more." Juliana says and they lean into one last kiss and when Rosalie opens her eyes, she's gone.

"Hey, are you okay?" Stefan asks opening the door to see his sister crying

"She's gone." Rosalie says and Stefan hugs his sister

"Just stay here tonight, relax." He says

"What about my scrapbook?"

"I'll take pictures." He says and she nods and he kisses her head and leaves.
