A/N - The last of this part of the series! Apologies that it took a little bit to finish ❤❤❤

-----

· The pregnancy had been wild! That had been an understatement of the century- literally. From the moment it was known that you were knocked up with Paul's child, he couldn't stop humming the guns and rose’s song, “O Sweet Child' o mine.” There was no skin left untouched by his hands and lips. He blamed it on the hormones and the ravishing smell you produced.

· It had only been 2 months in and you were being treated like a porcelain doll. Paul was lazy- that was a given but any time you made a move to stand up, you were being carefully pulled back onto his lap with him petting your hair. “No, no. Stay!”

· Only one time he had grabbed you a little too fast and it hadn't taken long for you to feel a horrendous squeeze in your belly. It had you wheezing and Paul had been sent into a panic. The first thought on his mind had been to check you were okay first. Dwayne had to push him aside to help assess you. Everyone had been on alert the moment you expressed being in pain and with the hand over your belly, they were quick to assume.

· They didn't want to say it outright but it was what you had feared- what you both feared. There was something wrong with the baby. With a shaking head, Paul grabs your hand as you go through the process. Grief racks through your body as Paul tried to be strong through it. He stays with you as you deliver a small clump of red. It was hard for him to see it. Incredibly hard. For a guy so happy go lucky and positive on a daily basis, it almost broke him. All the silly little clothing and tiny little baby shoes he helped pick out seemed harder to look at now as it sat in the corner of his peripherals. It was more sadder knowing that the little red foetus would never get to wear them.

· Paul stays there because you need him more than ever right now and he can practically smell the distress. He wants nothing more than to leave and smash shit up but he won't and he couldn't.

· Paul feels incredibly guilty over it for months and months after. The first time you knew was when you noticed him kneeling by the makeshift grave, forehead on the gravel as he cried and asked for forgiveness. He seriously thought it had been his fault. From then on he is incredibly gentle with you, a little less grabby and even more so protective of you. It's only after you both have a heart to heart without weed or alcohol that you can properly try to move past. You reassuring him that it is not his fault and him reassuring you that you don't need to worry about him.

· If tattoos stayed, Paul would have had the chosen name written in graffiti over his back but because it would never stay, he had Marko graffiti the name all over Santa Carla.

· From then on, he always managed to remember that day. It was the only day he seemed off despite his usual shenanigans and fun.
