"What is it?" Beast Boy asked.
"How about we play a game"
"What kind of game?"
Raven flew up to Beast Boy's ear a whispered something. A small smirk grew on his face and he couldn't help but chuckle.
"Heh, ok you're on! Butttt you can't use any of your powers besides flight"
"Hmm, ok but you can't turn into more than three animals in the process of chasing me"
"Fair enough. Now's let's goooo!"
"You ready?"
"As I'll ever be!"
And just as Raven was about to start Beast Boy paused.
"Oh and one more thing. Get ready to lose~"
Raven scoffed and flew away.
Beast Boy then started to count from ten to one in his head. As the seconds went by, Beast Boy began fantasizing about what he would do when he caught her. He couldn't wait to start.
And so it begun. The green boy transformed into a cheetah and ran out the main room at full speed. The halls in the tower were like a maze. Endless and identical. Like he was running for minutes before he finally saw a glimpse of shiny purple hair.
*Heh, gotcha* Beast Boy thought to himself.
Getting closer, the hair suddenly disappeared turning a corner. Beast Boy then zoomed around the corner as well only to find that the hallway was empty.
*Huh? Where'd she go!? Looks like I needa try something else*
Beast Boy morphed into a dog and began sniffing the air and ground. Sniffing until he caught a particularly calming scent. Lilac. Raven was close.
He kept down the hallway still sniffing the ground until he reached library. The scent completely disappeared.
*Huh? Where'd she go now?*
The green dog then morphed back into his normal form and began looking around. The metal book shelves stretched all around the room and reached all the way up to the ceiling with tables on the ground floor.

There was second floor loft area that was also covered in book shelves that contained books of all sizes, colors, and mediums. The room still seemed empty even with all the knowledge it contained.
And the fact that there were dark spots in some corners and other places were light couldn't reach emphasized its eternal size. The sunlight just couldn't cover everything.
Beast Boy studied the room. Nothing seemed off at all. The tables and chairs were spaced out equally and all the windows were closed. No book was out of place and the floor was spotless.
*Hmm... The trails gone cold so she's got to be here*
Beast Boy then shut the door, put his back against it, and turned into an owl. His night vision, now more inhanced, allowed him to see every inch of the room. He flapped his feathery wings and began gazing all throughout the room.
Raven was still nowhere to be found. Nowhere until he looked up at the ceiling. There was figure clinging to the flat white surface and a pair of eyes were pearing down at him until grin filled by white teeth was visible.
The figure then leaped down and landed on a table of the second floor as Beast Boy transformed back.
"Well it looks like you found me. Unless..." Raven said.
"Unless...?" Beast Boy asked intrigued.
"What if I were to count to ten and if you reach me by then I'll actually let you win"
"Heh! Sounds like a challenge. I like it~"
"Alright, ten, nine, eight..."
The green boy jumped onto the tables on the ground floor and began running across them. Once he reached the far end of the room he leaped up to the second floor's railing.
"Five, four, three..."
Beast Boy, almost out of time, balanced himself and lunged at Raven ready to have her in his arms. Her straight face only made him more eager to break her serious demeanor.

"One..."
Just as she said that, Beast Boy had knocked them both off the table when he finally got to her. They both hit the floor with their eyes clenched shut until they both looked off into the distance.
The green boy looked to see that he was on top of Raven, his head beared in her chest once again. He blushed and couldn't look at her as they both stayed in that position.
"Well this is familiar" he said awkwardly"
"Yep, definitely" Raven replied.
They both then looked at one another just gazing into their eyes. What is their next move going to be?
