《Snow And Ice》The Northerns

Jade and Winner were training, fighting sword to sword. She was going easy on him, stopping between blows to pull tricks like spinning her sword and throwing it up and catching it, but even with all the jumps and turns she was doing she was still winning. With three strokes she had Winner down on the floor.
"By name and not by nature" she said, helping him up. He sighed.
"I can't believe I was caught by such amateurs!" said the Snow Queen from her cage next to Santa's.
"I am not an amature!" said Jade, trying to keep her voice level. She hated prisoners talking, she liked to think she was in control of them. Red and Nightshade came in.
"Hi" said Winner.
"Hi" said Red.
"Hello" said Nightshade.
"Jade, come see this!" came Sapphire's voice from the other door. She ran to her sister and they dashed up the hall to where Aurora was watching something out the window.
"What is it!" asked Jade, coming to a stop beside her sister.
"A reindeer with 2 riders and some sort of pet."
"Hang on." She pointed her finger at the group and the night sky brightened with a green tinge. "An elf holding a dog" she clarified.
"They don't seem to be threatening," said Sapphire.
"I wouldn't be so sure" said Jade, her hand flashing to her sword hilt.
"Let's give them in" said Aurora. Jade nodded and she and Sapphire lit up the sky in green and blue. They got the hint and followed the green, staying away from the blue. Soon they were at the door and the three sisters ran to greet them.
"Oh, thank Christmas you're here!" said the girl, stepping off the reindeer.
"Who are they?" asked the boy, jumping down beside her.

"Oh, sorry, we are the Northerns. We control the northern lights" said Aurora.
"My mum knows them" said the girl. "I've been here before. You're Aurora, right?"
"Yes I am. You're Alica, correct?" Although her sister's tone was even Jade could detect worry in her voice.
"I'm Hawthorn, son of Santa and this is Jingle Berries my elf, Holly the daughter of Rudolph, Snow flurry daughter of the snow hound and Alica's mum is the Snow Queen." Now Jade understood why.
"Please, we need your help. Our parents have disappeared!" said Alica.
"Oh, we know where they are" said Nightshade.
"We do!?" said Aurora.
"Yeah. They're in the cages, remember?"said Red.
"No, I don't remember. You must have seen them yourselves."
"Cage?" asked Alica.
"Oooh, oohh, maybe they can help us!" said Jingle Berries.
"Maybe we can kill them" said Jade, drawing her sword still staind with Winner's golden blood.
"What!?" Alica sounded surprised. "But Aurora, I've known you since we were little."
"No, we met once when we were little." Aurora stomped her foot and the room lit up purple for a second, blinding them. However, Jade and her siblings could see fine. In one swift motion Jade grabbed Jingle Berries and put her sword to his neck.
"You have a choice" said Aurora. "As you can see we have your little friend here. Come with us nicely or he dies."

The Reaper's Legion
Earth: An advanced inhabitable world in the ideal colonizable range. Moderate temperatures and consistent weather patterns make this planet an incredible resource, along with a wealth of animals and wildlife beyond most worlds. Inhabited by the sentient species designated “Humans,” Earth would likely have joined the galactic community of its own accord. Levels of technology in local populace indicate a sharp trend towards interstellar travel, but still needs to make the last push to acquire reasonable interstellar technologies. Up until quite recently, Earth has not been a fully classified planet and was largely unknown. Due to biotic activity in the quadrant, however, attention has been drawn to Earth and many other possibly habitable planets in the regions, primarily for quarantine and control tactics. Matthew Todd was not a particularly unique human being before the meteors struck the earth. Average athletics, above average intelligence, but somewhat gifted in marksmanship, the post-apocalyptic earth has been a trial by fire for him and many others. Creatures that resemble bastardized wolves roam the land in packs numbering in the thousands. With entire cities decimated, those that remain are left with the harsh reality that they may be witnessing the end of humanity. And yet, there is a chance. Humanity knows they are not alone in the universe - the wolves are case enough for that - but what they do not know is that they are not alone in their plight. They are not without aid. Obelisks descend from the sky, giving the people a means to fight back. With tools ranging from guns to advanced mechanical apparatus and more bizarre tools, the people must cull the Biotics. Or, be consumed by the ever growing and mutating threat. Join Matthew in the fight to exterminate the Biotic threat, and to ensure the survival of human kind!
