"That's a good idea but it's not gonna work. We don't have money". Maya said in a low voice. Taemin had just suggested that they planned a trip for their parents as it would help them be together alone therefore making them realize how much they loved each other. A trip seemed like a good idea but it was expensive as well.

"But we can ask Daddy to borrow us some money. Then when we finish college and start working, we'll pay him back". The boy suggested innocently.

"You're such a dumbo. That'll take so long. No one is gonna borrow us a lot of money without asking what we want to do with it". Maya face palmed herself. Her brother was still a kid and he didn't understand how life worked. It was so hard planning this with a 7 years old boy.

"I'm telling Mama you called me dumbo". Taemin pouted angrily. He was done with this whole plan if his older sister was going to insult his brilliant ideas.

"Go tell her. Tell Daddy as well and tell your teacher. In fact tell it to the moon goddess". Maya rolled her eyes and stuck her tongue out to piss him off more.

"Mama!" Taemin yelled, tears already welling up in his eyes. Maya quickly shut his mouth with her palm and tried getting him to calm down before Jimin would walk in and ask what happened.

"I didn't even mean it. You're such a cry baby". Maya said,her eyes never leaving the door. She was panicking.

"I'm telling Mama". The boy insisted.

"Telling me what?" Jimin was standing by the door with his hands on his hips.

"Sisi said I'm a..."

"It's not true Mama!" Maya cut her brother's words immediately. She had to come up with something fast because she didn't want to face Jimin's scolding.

"She said you're what?" Jimin walked closer to the kids. He was totally done with them because one minute they're best friends and the next minute they're fighting like Tom and Jerry.

"I told him that Daddy said he loves you". Maya lied. It wasn't a lie technically but in that situation it was just a way for her to save herself.

"That's not what you said!" Taemin's eyes widened at such a horrendous lie.

"That's totally what daddy said. He said he loves Mama and he wants to marry him again and...and have more pups with him and..."

"Enough... I've heard enough. I don't want you two fighting anymore. I'll cut your allowance if you do that. Trust me, I'll do it". Jimin threatened before he rushed out of the room so that his kids wouldn't notice how he was blushing.

"You ruined everything". Taemin glared at his sister and jumped off her bed.

"Yeah because you wouldn't keep your big mouth shut". Maya rolled her eyes at him.

"Says the one with the big mouth". Taemin stuck out his tongue as he slowly moved to the door in case Maya wanted to hit him.

"What did you say?" Maya jumped down from her bed and chased after Taemin.

"Mama!" The boy ran away.

Meanwhile, Taehyung was also thinking of what to do for the Omega. Talk was really cheap and he had already done so much talking. He already confessed his feelings so it was time for action. If he wanted the Omega, he must start showing how serious he was.

But the bad side of his whole plan was that he didn't have enough money to execute his plan. He had not been able to work for the past 5 years. Jimin was in charge of the family income which was basically all on the Omega. He worked afternoon shifts at a local bakery so all his salary was going directly to family expenses. How in the world was a jobless paralysed Alpha going to pull off a romantic dinner date with an Omega.

The only reasonable idea that he could come up with was to ask his kids to help. At least Maya was almost a teenager so she could carry out some tasks to an extent. So there was the plan. Jimin would leave for work in the afternoon and then Taehyung would cook and bake for the Omega with the help of the kids. Then they'd set the dinning table and make it look like a romantic date. Perfect plan.

"This is not a perfect plan". Taehyung mumbled as he stared at the mess in the kitchen. His plan wasn't going the way he imagined because his kids wouldn't stop playing with flour and messing up everywhere. What could an Alpha in a wheelchair do.

Jimin had gone to work and would return in the evening. With the way things were going, Taehyung was not sure if this romantic dinner date would happen. Instead Jimin might get mad when he got home to be met with the sight of a dirty kitchen and two kids covered in flour.

"I guess you two don't want your Mama to have another pup. So let's just forget about the whole plan. Good night everyone". Taehyung said and pretended to leave.

The kitchen was suddenly quiet. Maya and Taemin rushed to their father to beg him for a second chance. They looked so desperate to have another pup.

"It's Taemin's fault, he wouldn't stop playing with the flour". Maya defended with her hands up.

"Not true! Sisi said she wanted to act like those chefs in fast paced cooking shows". Taemin glared at his sister for blaming him.

"Then you can both do what you like. The date is canceled". Taehyung declared.

Just then, the oven dinged and everyone turned towards it. The chicken was ready.

"I guess we can continue this date after all". Taehyung cheered and the kids jumped in joy.

They continued cooking, even though Taehyung had to check some recipes on YouTube. He'd show the videos to Maya and she'd give him a thumbs up to show that she understood.

When the cooking was over, they started setting up the dinning. Just like before, Taehyung was giving the kids instructions while they did the work.

Finally, the evening came and all of a sudden Taehyung became nervous. His palms started sweating. He looked at himself in the mirror several times, he looked pretty good but he hoped Jimin wouldn't notice the dirt on his pants. Taemin had helped him change into a clean shirt but it would be stressful to change his pants. Jimin was the only one who could do that. Well, dirty or not it was time to get this date started.

Jimin walked into the house tired. He groaned as he took off his shoes and walked straight to the fridge to get water. The kitchen was still messy because there was no time to clean up. Jimin looked around and he was already fuming. The same kitchen he cleaned in the morning was looking like a horror scene. But when his eyes landed on the dinning table, all the anger varnished and he started looking around the house for Taehyung and the kids.

"Hey". Taehyung got the Omega's attention.

"H..hey". Jimin turned to the Alpha. His breath hitched. Taehyung looked like he was going on a date or something. His hair was neatly styled, thanks to Maya and Jimin could perceive his cologne from where he stood.

"You look tired". The Alpha said.

"I...umm...well". Jimin stuttered. He couldn't even look at the Alpha. Somewhere deep down, his wolf was getting excited that Taehyung took his time to look good for him and set up dinner.

"Come". The Alpha held out his hand and Jimin slowly walked up to him. Taehyung took the Omega's hand and kissed it.

"How did you...wait, where are the kids?" Jimin asked as he helped Taehyung get on the chair in the dining.

"Relax Omega". Taehyung said calmly.

Jimin felt shivers and butterflies at the same time. It'd been a long time the Alpha addressed him by his rank and that minute he was ready to submit. Taehyung was so calm yet he reeked of dominance and power which was a major turn on for the Omega.

Jimin just composed himself and watched the Alpha. Everything was serious and mature untill the moment Taehyung snapped his fingers and the lights went off. Jimin was kind of anticipating something interesting to happen but everywhere remained dark. Apparently, Taemin was supposed to switch the light to the dim red lights but he started an argument with his sister and forgot.

"Umm...are we having dinner in the dark?" Jimin asked confused.

"No no... I'll fix it". Taehyung panicked. The plan wasn't going well. He snapped his fingers again but nothing happened. Instead he heard the kids arguing in muffled voices.

"Taemin for God's sake turn the red lights on!" He yelled, already getting pissed that the kids were ruining the mood.

Jimin giggled, he knew the kids must have forgotten that a "romantic dinner" was going on.

"Sorry about that". Taehyung apologized and cleared his throat, ready to continue his date.

"It's fine". Jimin almost laughed but he didn't want the Alpha to feel embarrassed.

"Let's go ahead then". Taehyung said.

"Of course". Jimin smiled and took a sip of the wine in front of him. It was cheap but it was wine and he didn't mind.

Taehyung snapped his fingers again. This time it was a signal for Maya to bring the menu. It wasn't a real menu though, just a cardboard they had written all the dishes they made on. Since they couldn't afford a real restaurant, at least this should be close to it. Maya marched out majestically, trying to copy a real waitress.

Jimin found it hilarious but he played along anyway and "ordered". In a short while, Maya stepped out again with a tray of food but when she placed it on the table, she noticed it was the wrong dish. She had brought the dessert instead of the main course.

"Oh, sorry. Wrong dish, wrong dish sorry wrong dish". She chanted her apology in embarrassment and ran off with the tray.

Taehyung face palmed himself and Taemin sighed from where he was watching. So far, there was nothing romantic about this dinner. Jimin couldn't hold it together anymore. He burst into laughter, surprising the Alpha who wanted to apologise for ruining the date.

Jimin wanted to stop laughing but he couldn't control it. Tears where running down his cheeks and it was both of joy and built up emotions.

"I love it". Jimin confessed. His smile reached his eyes as he spoke.

"We didn't plan it this way, I promise". Taehyung tried to convince the Omega.

"But I love it this way". Jimin said.

"You do?" Taehyung was confused.

"Yes, It's full of flaws and chaos but that's the fun of it. Everything must not be serious all the time". Jimin said.

Maya was scared to bring the main dish because she felt she ruined everything so she stood with Taemin and watched their parents. They both felt sad and disappointed that they may have ruined their chance to get a new pup.

"We can try again". Jimin said shyly.

"Huh?" Taehyung was taken aback. He didn't understand what Jimin meant by trying again.

"We can give love a second chance". Jimin was almost turning red due to embarrassment.

"Did you just...".

"Yes, I just accepted your courtship".

What a romantic dinner.
