Jungkook's letter was sent to the Omega's old house because somehow he thought Jimin still lived there.

He never thought that maybe Jimin would move back in with Taehyung or go as far as being his mate. Unfortunately the owner of the house had seen the letter and without a second thought, he threw it away.

Back in Jimin's home, he'd been begging Taehyung to let him start work or at least start his fruit and vegetables business again but the Alpha was hell bent on keeping Jimin in the house. The Omega was losing his mind everyday because it was as if someone put his life on hold. He thought he'd finally be happy with his family but it was the opposite. Taehyung barely showed him affection. Everyday they grew apart and the only thing that kept them together was the kids and sex, which didn't even happen all the time except when Taehyung really wanted it.

Since Taemin started walking, Taehyung spent more time with his kids, not minding whether Jimin was part of the fun or not. Whenever the Alpha played with his kids, Jimin would sit by the corner watching them and occasionally forcing himself to smile when his kids smiled at him.

Jimin was depressed, unhappy, and in need of freedom but he would never think of running away. His kids came first in every decision so leaving them was not an option.

Taehyung wasn't paying attention to Jimin's sadness until the day he was playing with his kids and the Omega was sitting beside him yet so lost in thought. Jimin was there but his soul wasn't and Taehyung had called him more that 5 times yet he didn't react.

"Baby are you okay?" Taehyung shook the omega's shoulder several times but Jimin didn't react until Taehyung cupped his cheeks and kissed him.

Jimin snapped back to reality and stared at Taehyung who looked worried. He gave the Alpha a faint smile to cover up how lost he was seconds ago.

"What's wrong Jiminie?" Now the Alpha was genuinely concerned. He'd never seen Jimin in such state before.

"It's nothing. I'm absolutely fine". Jimin looked away from the alpha as he lied.

"You're lying to me. I called you several times but you looked out of the world. You didn't even blink for two minutes".

"Tae..." Jimin hugged the Alpha tightly and let his emotions show. Tears filled his and his heart couldn't endure anymore sadness.

Taehyung hugged him back, patting his back and kissing his neck to calm him down. The kids could sense their Mama's sadness so they stopped playing and stared at their parents.

Taemin's lips began to wobble and a sad pout appeared on his face. Seeing his Mama cry was heartbreaking but his sister was quick to hold his hand and take him away from the scene.

"Come on Minie, let's go play in my room". Maya said to her brother as she wiped his tears with the hem of her dress.

Jimin calmed down after a while and let go of Taehyung before explaining the reason for his sudden breakdown.

"Taehyung I'm not happy in this marriage. I'm sorry but since we got mated, you literally paused my life. It's killing me and I don't think I want to be with you anymore".

"Are you planning to go away?" The Alpha asked with wide eyes.

"I want us to renounce our marks. Taehyung I have been sad for most part of my life. I don't want to die an unhappy Omega". Jimin started crying again.

"This is what you want? This is how you pay me back for working my ass off to take care of you and our kids?" Taehyung moved away from the Omega, pulling his own hair and yelling on top of his lungs.

"I begged you to let me work. How would I support your income when you don't let me work?" Jimin raised his voice too.

"That's why you're renouncing our mark? That's why you want to quit this marriage so you will have the freedom to spread your legs for other Alphas, right?

"How dare you?" Jimin slapped the Alpha on the right cheek and another one on the left.

"You're not going anywhere. You belong to me. Your life, your freedom, your happiness, your body, your soul, everything you have belongs to me". The Alpha asserted confidently.

"You're a bastard. Ever since you came into my life, you've brought nothing but sorrow. You made me fall for you and hate you at the same time. God! I'm so stupid". Jimin pushed the Alpha and walked to Maya's bedroom.

The Omega barged into the room and picked his son. He briefly looked at Maya and stormed out of the room. He was going to pack his things and leave the house with his son. It was a big mistake to agree to living with Taehyung.

Taehyung stormed into the room and saw Jimin packing his things. The Omega had his pup strapped to his back and the little boy wailed as his Mama's pheromone was too bitter to take in.

"Where do you think you are going with my son?" Taehyung tried grabbing Taemin from the Omega's back but Jimin moved away from him.

"I'm leaving to find happiness with my son and I don't need you or any other Alpha to give me happiness. I'll create a happy life for myself and Taemin". Jimin picked up his luggage and tried leaving.

"If you're leaving this house, then leave alone because you're not taking my son anywhere. Don't you have sense? How do you intend to take care of a little pup like this?". Taehyung yelled.

Meanwhile, Maya had ran to the backyard to alert her granny of the fight between her parents and the elder dropped everything she was doing to go stop the couple.

Mrs Kim rushed into the room and the first thing she did was to grab the pup that had already turned pink from crying.

"Mum take Taemin away from here". Taehyung asked the elder with red eyes.

"Taehyung, stop yelling, you're scaring the pups". Mrs Kim begged.

"Get out of here mum. This is between me and Jimin".

"There's nothing between us ok? You're not my Alpha from today!"

"What did you say?"

"You're not my Al..."

Taehyung pinned down the Omega with his Alpha strength. He was going to make Jimin submit by force because no Alpha ever wanted to hear such words from him Omega. The omega was weak immediately as Taehyung's pheromones overpowered him but he wouldn't give up so easily.

Mrs Kim was not about to stand there and let the kids witness such a sight. So she carried them away and slammed the door.

"Give me back my son. I'm done with this marriage". Jimin shouted as he watched Mrs Kim leave with the traumatized kids.

"You're not happy right? Tell me how else you want to be happy. I give you everything, I fulfill my duties as a husband. How else..."

"Love me Taehyung, love me! Make some space for me in your heart. Just a tiny little space. Look at me the way you look at her pictures. I am here Taehyung but you don't see me. I have proven time and time again that I love you but you don't recognize me. Don't I deserve your love?"

"I love you Jimin. How many times do I have to say it?"

"You don't love me. You just want me around. You just want someone to bear pups for you and stay at home taking care of them".

"That's not true".

"If you love me, why do you have her pictures all over? Why do you say her name when we get intimate? Why do you love her daughter more than my son?"

"What do you mean I love her daughter more than your son. You're not making any sense. They are both my kids and I love them equally and I love you for being their Mama".

"Fucking liar!"

"I understand your point but Maya is my mate and..."

"Was your mate. She's dead, buried and gone forever. She's not coming back Taehyung! Get that into your crazy block head!"

Since Maya died, Taehyung was unable to move on completely. Maybe because no one had said it to his face that Maya was gone and he should move on. But how could he? Maya was his everything, his doll, the prettiest pup he had ever seen as a kid.

Maya grew in front of him and all his life, he only loved her.

How could he move on?

The Alpha froze when Jimin said his mind. It just dawned on him how bad this marriage had been. How faulty the foundation of this marriage was. It was bound to fail on the long run.

The Alpha was quite as Jimin's words pierced into his ears and his heart. He had hurt the Omega once again.

He let go of Jimin's hands and freed him from the right grip.

"Leave". The Alpha said quietly.

"Taehyung". Jimin tried reaching for the Alpha's hand.

"Just leave". Taehyung walked out of the room without looking back.

Jimin followed the Alpha as he took long strides toward the back door.

"Taehyung we're not done talking, come back here".

But the Alpha didn't look back until he got outside and before Jimin knew it, Taehyung shifted into his wolf form and ran off.

"If you leave this house, then I'll cease to be your Omega!" Jimin shouted enough for the Alpha to hear.

The Alpha stopped running and turned around to look at Jimin. He stared into the Omega's eyes in shame and guilt. Then he finally ran into the forest.

"Alpha". Jimin whispered as he watched Taehyung leave.

He broke down again and held his chest. It hurt so bad.
