Taehyung paced back and forth in the living room, he'd peek at the wall clock from time to time and his jaw would clench involuntarily. The alpha didn't even understand why he was concerned about Jimin's return. The Omega had said he'd return before Maya woke up, so what in the world was keeping him at his boyfriend's place until that time of the morning.

"Why do you look worried?" Mrs. Kim asked her son when she noticed he had been pacing the living room like he was waiting for someone.

"Jimin said he'd return before Maya wakes up. Why the hell is he not here?" Taehyung grabbed his hair in frustration.

"You're like this because Jimin is not back? Maya is not even awake yet, so why are you so worked up?" The elder asked suspiciously.

"Well, I don't want Maya to start crying because her Nanny decided to stay at his stupid boyfriend's house till now".

"Are you jealous?" Mrs. Kim asked again.

"Me, Jealous...what? Why would I be jealous? Pfft who said I'm jealous?" The Alpha denied it as he avoided his mother's eyes.

"Then you should relax and do something else instead of waiting for..."

"Daddy". Maya called out as she slowly walked down the stairs, tightly holding the railing with one hand while the other hand clutched her plushie.

"See? Maya's awake and Jimin is not here yet". Taehyung said to his mother before going to help Maya get down the stairs.

"How's my strong Alpha baby?" Mrs. Kim grinned at her granddaughter.

"Not good... Mama is not here". Maya complained.

"It's ok my darling, he'll be here real soon. He had to get things from the store". The elder consoled her.

"Good morning my beautiful family!" Jimin's voice beamed in the room as he walked in with a wide smile and open arms to hug Maya.

The little girl let go of her father's hand immediately and ran into Jimin's embrace. She hugged the Omega so tight, that it felt like she wanted to absorb into him.

Mrs. Kim watched the reunion happily while Taehyung glared daggers at the Omega. The Alpha didn't like the glow on Jimin's face nor did he like how their living room was filled with the scent of another Alpha immediately Jimin entered.

"Looks like you had a lot of fun last night". Mrs. Kim wriggled her eyebrows.

"Mum!" Jimin covered his mouth, ears turning pink as waves of embarrassment hit the Omega.

"You don't have to be embarrassed, I'm happy you have someone to call your own. You didn't have this glow when you were single. You better tell me how your date went when I return from work ok?" The elder said teasingly before kissing her granddaughter's forehead and waving goodbye to Taehyung and Jimin.

Once Mrs. Kim was out, Jimin turned his attention to Taehyung to ask him if they already had breakfast but the Alpha looked angry as if he would snap at the Omega the moment he asked any question.

"Go have a bath. I don't want my daughter smelling like your boyfriend". Taehyung tried his best to speak calmly even though he felt like scolding the Omega for spending the night with another alpha.

"Yes Sir". Jimin was confused about the Alpha's tone.

Taehyung walked away, stomping his feet on the stairs and it was clear that the alpha had something bothering him but Jimin chose to ignore his attitude and start his work for the day. He balanced Maya on his hip even though the girl grew bigger, the omega didn't mind. He made his way to the kitchen to start fixing breakfast.

"Your daddy's acting up. He better not behave like that with me cus I'm in a good mood today". The Omega rolled his eyes.

Maya giggle and mimicked Jimin by rolling her eyes too.

"Girl, don't roll your eyes at me". He tickled the little girl.

"Mate, mate, mate". Taehyung's wolf howled continuously when he saw the Omega. The alpha circled Jimin and sniffed him while the Omega bared his neck in submission. The moment Taehyung wanted to bite into Jimin's scent gland, another alpha pounced on Taehyung and threw him off the Omega. Taehyung couldn't fight or do anything as he watched the other alpha take Jimin away from him.

Taehyung mumbled and rolled from one side of his bed to the other before his eyes opened.

"What kind of dream was that?" The alpha rubbed his eyes and yawned.

He had a dream where his wolf referred to Jimin as 'mate' and all of a sudden, Jimin's boyfriend interrupted their mating process. He shrugged off the questions going through his mind and decided to start his day as if the dream meant nothing.

Taehyung stared at his reflection in the mirror while brushing his teeth and he burst into laughter because he thought the dream was funny.

"Dear moon goddess, please don't joke with me about things like this. I'm sure you're not a comedian so please stop". Taehyung talked to himself and continued brushing.

When he finished his morning routine, he went downstairs to check on Maya but on getting to the door, he remembered that Jimin shared the room with Maya and the omega was probably inside. Taehyung suddenly felt nervous and embarrassed. First, because he had been giving the omega some attitude and secondly because of the dream he had about the Omega.

He knocked three times but no one answered so he decided to peek in to check if they were still sleeping. There was no sign of Maya or Jimin in the room so the alpha assumed they were either in the kitchen or the living room.

Before Taehyung could shut the door, a naked Jimin walked out of the bathroom.

The Omega had told Maya to wait in the living room while he took his bath so he was sure the child wasn't in the room which was why he freely stepped out of the bathroom without a towel.

Taehyung almost had a heart attack at the sight of Jimin's fresh silky smooth skin, his perky nipples, his flat belly, curvy waist, and wide hips which were common in both male and female omegas. Jimin looked captivating and it was not even in a sexual way. He looked like a delicate work of art that must be adored and worshipped forever.

"Oh my God, Mr. Kim!" Jimin screamed and grabbed the nearest fabric he could to cover his body.

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry". Taehyung repeatedly apologized as he ran downstairs.
