Jaemin and Jia? I didn't not see that coming
ahhh I ship it!
she like so ugly why would he date her?
omg yessss I've known since day one these two would be together
She's not worth Jaemins love. She shouldn't even be in NCT in general
"It's live now!" Hyejin said, whispering.
"We'll wait until more people start watching,he said, trying to calm her down. When about 2,000 people had logged into their VLive, they started talking.
"Hello everyone!" Jaemin said. she smiled and looked into the screen. Hyejin looked through the comments. Many of then were saying how they wanted an explanation of the dating scandal. She showed Jaemin the comments and he sighed.
"I'm guessing many of you have questions. And a lot of those questions have to do with me and Hyejin." He said looking at the camera and back at her.
"We'll answer all your questions but first we have to explain everything," Jaemin said. He sighed before he began the story
"So it all started 20 hours ago," he said looking into the camera.
"Actually Nana, it started 3 days ago," Hyejin interrupted.
"No I'm explaining it the way we explained it to the manager." He said. She raised her eyebrows.
"Carry on then," She said. He shook his head.
"I would like for you to explain exactly why you lied to me," their manager said, directing his voice to Hyejin. She pursed her lips but became more relaxed when she felt Jaemin squeeze her hand under the table.
"I didn't lie to you sir. I-"
"Oh is that why after I distinctly asked you if you where dating anyone you went off and continued your happy relationship!?" He interrupted. She felt Jaemin tense.
"She didn't finish speaking sir. What she was going to say before you interrupted her was that we didn't date until a little after the dating scandal." He said, slowly raising his voice. She patted his leg, signaling him to calm down.
"So, explain this from the beginning," the manager said, calming down a bit.
Jaemin leaned on the railing as Hyejin hugged him.
"Jaemin, I have a question," She asked, putting her head into his chest.
" do you really have a crush on Tzuyu sunbaenim or where we you just saying that because of the interview?" She asked. He laughed.
"Has it really been bothering you that much?" He said. She just blushed and dug her head farther into his jacket to hide her face. They saw a flash of light and Hyejin sighed.
"I guess it's gonna rain. Did you see the lightning?" She asked him. He nodded.
"We should go inside," He said. He pulled away and stood up straight, heading for the door.
"You never answered my question," she muttered. He laughed and turned around. He cupped her cheek with one hand and played with her hair in the other.
"You know that I only have eyes for you, love." He said. She smiled.
"I know but I like hearing you say it." She said. He laughed and pullled her in for a kiss when another flash went off. This time they both heard the sound of a click. They pulled away and looked in the direction of the flash to see a man with a camera slowly walking away.

"Oh no," she whispered.
"Let's go inside. Now." Jaemin said lowering his voice. They walked inside.
"Nope I'm telling you the first time it wasn't lightning!" She said. She was pacing around her room and Jaemin lay on her bed.
"Babe, were gonna be fine." He sighed.
"No we won't Jaemin! I'm telling you it's dispatch! There gonna leak the photos! And I just was involved in a dating scandal!" She said, pacing faster.
"Ok babe, you need to stop pacing cuz I'm getting dizzy from watching you walk back and forth." He said, rubbing his eyes.
"Jaemin you can't be calm about this! We're gonna be in so much trouble!" She said. He rubbed his face one more time before sitting up. He walked over to her and stopped her from continuing to pace. He wrapped his hands around her.
"No we won't. I'll figure something out. Don't worry." He said she bit her lip nervously and buried her head into his chest.
"You promise?"
"I'll do everything I can," she looked up at him.
"You sound like a doctor," She said. He laughed and shook his head.
"Ok so what did Jaemin do? Obviously you did something because knowing dispatch, they would have posted it the second they sent the pictures," the manager asked, crossing his arms and leaning back into his chair.
"The day after, I called a family friend who works for dispatch and told her everything that happened.
"Jaemin did you ask her to do anything illegal or anything that would risk her job?" The manager asked.
"No! I didn't!" He sighed.
"She told me that if the company releases a statement before they post anything, then they don't post it. So she said that she would take the assignment and hide it, until we talked to you so you could release a statement." He said. Their manager massaged his temples, contemplating the story.
"Ok so. If we release a statement, she'll get rid of the assignment," he said. Jaemin nodded. Their manager stood up and went to the mini fridge. He grabbed a bottle of whine and poured some into a glass.
"I'll have to think about it," He said.
"She said she can't hold it off that long. Her manager checks her filed every week," Jaemin said. He chugged half of the glass into his mouth and swallowed with one huge gulp.
"So what? I'm just supposed to hope that SM lets you guys date?" He said.
"But Kai Sunbaenim dated Krystal sunbaenim! How would it be much different?" She said.
"Because you two are in the same group! Their contracts are different. But your contract and Jaemins are practically identical! It's even harder when your together all the time!" He said. Slightly raising his voice. I think the whine had started to kick in.
"By the end of this week, you have to have an answer, Hyung. Please." Jaemin said.
"You do know if I present this information to the ceo he will either, kick Hyejin out of the group if you still want to be together or keep both of you but you have to break up?" Hyejin nodded but Jaemin furrowed his eyebrows.
"Why would she only have to leave? Why would she leave and I stay?" He said. She looked at him.

"Because I'm easier to get rid of ,Jaemin. If they got rid of you they would see a major drop in sales prices. But loosing me, it's not a big change." She said. Jaemin looked at the manager.
"Is that true?" He was enraged. He knew that Hyejin wasn't treated the same as them but he didn't know it was that bad.
"I-it's not the only thing that I'm worried about. I'm worried about you guys. Can you take the pressure of the backlash? Not everyone is going to agree with this!" He said.
"Were committed to each other. We're not going to break up because some of our fans don't approve," She whispered.
"Look. I think you guys are great together. Your probably one of the happiest couples out there. I'm going to try to convince Sm but I'm telling you right now, the odds are not in your favor," He said.
"You sound like your giving up. You haven't even tried!" Tears we're threatening to fall from her eyes and drip down her face. Her voice had gotten weaker and she swallowed the lump in her throat.
"I'm just trying to tell you the truth. Just be prepared." He said strictly.
She felt her heart shatter. Why did he have to give up? Why did it feel like he was giving up on them.If she couldn't be with Jaemin, her life wouldn't be the same.
"Well thank you for trying, I guess." She said angrily before running out of the room."
"Wait I didn't run out of the room!" She said. He glared at her.
"It was more of an angry fast walk," She said. He rolled his eyes.
"You said I get to tell the story." He said. She sighed.
"Fine fine," she whispered, "carry on."
"Hyejin Wait!" Jaemin said, jogging to catch up with her.
"No! I'm not going to wait!" She said, turning around, abruptly.
"It's going to be okay." He said. He tried putting his hands on her shoulders but she shrugged them off.
"No! It's not! Your treating this so camly like it's nothing! A-and I feel like the only one trying!" She yelled. He raised his eyebrows and crossed his arms.
"I'm the one who made sure that we don't get in trouble before hand! I was the one who called my friend at dispatch to make sure that they wouldn't post anything! If anything, I'm the one who cares the most!" He raised his voice. She didn't respond after. A calming silence passed.
Her lips started to tremble and the tears flowed from her face.
"H-hey Hyejin. Don't cry. I-I'm sorry I didn't mean It," he said, bringing her close.
"N-no it's not you! I-I'm scared" She said. Her voice was hidden between her sobs.
"Of what, love?" He said.
"He's going to say no! H-he's going to say no. Imagine being happy and everything feels right! A-and he's just gonna say no!" She cried into his shoulder.
"You were just saying that he shouldn't give up! And here you are giving up!" He said. She inhaled, trying to calm down.
"H-how am I supposed to have h-hope I-if the manager doesn't even think we'll be together!" She said. Jaemin stood there, caressing her back.
He didn't have an honest answer for her. He didn't know what to say to comfort her. The only thing he could do is stand there and hold her.
"Hey. It's been a long day. You and I are going to go home, then your going to take a shower and put on one of your favorite pajamas. Then We're going to go to bed. And if you can't fall asleep, I'll sleep with you tonight. I'll be there for you. Ok?" She nodded her head and wiped her tears.
"Ok," she sighed. They got into the car and headed home.
"Jaemin I think we should stop the story so we can read fan comments," she said. He nodded and picked up the phone. Most of the comments were saying for them to continue the story.
"Ok then I guess I'll continue. Where was I?" He said, furrowing his eyebrows.
"You were at the part where you and I went home, grandpa." She said. He shoved her playfully.
"Ok then."

(September 18)
Hyejin lay in Jaemins arms. She had gone to bed way earlier than usual. She didn't feel like doing anything but going to bed. She nuzzled her head into his chest and he draped his arm around her waist. Their legs were tangled together with the bedsheets.
Jaemin was slwoly falling asleep when he heard Hyejin's phone rang. He checked the caller ID and found that it was the manager.
He didn't want to wake her up only to break her heart. But he knew that if he didn't, she would be pissed in the morning.
"Hyejin! Hyejin wake up." He whisper yelled. She hummer and slowly opened her eyes.
"It's the manager!" He said. Her eyes shot open. She sat up in the bed.
"Oh! Oh my god ok! Answer!"
" I don't want to answer! It's your phone!"
"You owe me because I bought you those-"
"Hyejin is now really the time to talk about that?" She didn't reply him and gave him a look instead.
"Fine!" He picked up the phone and put it on speaker.
"H-hello?" Jaemin answered.
"Hi Jaemin. I contacted the ceo of SM. He has a final conclusion to your... situation." He said. Hyejin sighed and put her hand over her mouth. He grabbed her hand to calm her down.
"Ok we're ready." He said.
"Jaemin, you and Hyejin..."
Jaemin and Hyejin exited the building. Many interviewers came with cameras and notepads.
"You know the best part about our relationship being public?" Jaemin asked. She smiled and shook her head.
"Now I get to show the whole world what's mine," he smiled. She laughed and a light blush painted her cheeks. He brought her closer and placed a kiss on her lips. She smiled into the kiss and wrapped her arms on his neck as he wrapped his on her waist. They deepens the kiss for a while, eventually pulling away.
"Yeah. I guess doing that in public is better than in hiding." She said, giggling a bit.

Killstealer
Unfinished - Apologies to anyone who was reading but I have no current intentions to revisit this story Alex was stuck in a rut: He was nearing thirty, and his career seemed to be going no-where; He used to have plenty of friends at university, but had gradually lost touch with them. He had recently started using a dating site, but truthfully he never quite got over his ex. It could be worse; he didn't spend his nights wallowing in self pity. However, he had a sinking feeling that his life was going no-where fast. When Alex decided to take up an old hobby all he really was looking for was something fun to do on friday nights. Thrust into another world by a mad mage Alex must adapt quickly to survive. Unfortunately, Alex showed up late to game night and ends up stuck with a pretty mediocre character in this game like reality. Alex must learn to survive in this new world; just because it all seems like a giant game doesn't make death any less terrifying. This will be my first attempt at writing litrpg. I wanted to set myself the challenge of writing every week and I think knowing people might be reading it will motivate me. I've always worked much better with external deadlines. FAQ Why should I read this LitRPG? I am writing because I enjoy it and you should read it if you enjoy it. If I had to make an elevator pitch I would start off by saying my MC is a rogue type character, which seems a relatively uncommon character at least based on what I have read. I also strive to make the supporting cast three dimensional characters, and not just caricatures. Finally, I can't forget that this is a LitRPG so I have tried to make a RPG system with depth, and one that makes sense. How often will you release chapters? At least once a week is my goal. I am a nurse with a baby at home, so between my hospital and my baby I won't have time for more unless something dramatically changes. Will there be romance? I won't rule it out as I try to let my characters write their own stories. However, there will NEVER be a harem, it just isn't something I am interested in. Gore, Profanity, and Traumatising Content? I don't intend to have any of these present at obscene levels, but my tolerance might be different to yours. The tags are mostly there to cover me.
