《NCT 19th Member》The short shorts

Hyejin walked out of her bedroom door in the morning. When Jaemin had left, She and the other Dream members were used to her walking around in a thin tank top and short shorts. When she walked into the kitchen, Jaemin practically choked on his egg. She rushed over to him.
"Are you ok? What happened?" She said. He regained his air and just looked at her.
"Why aren't you wearing anything?" He asked her. Jeno who was lying down on the couch, still sleepy, laughed at what he said.
"Uh, clothes? What do you mean?"
" Y-you practically walked out in underwear and a bra!" He said. Jeno sat up a little.
"That's what she always wears!" He spoke up.
"And you all are ok with this!" He said, standing up from where he was sitting.
Ok with what?" Renjun said, walking out of his bedroom. He was scratching his head.
"You let her walk around the house wearing that!" He said.
"Well, Yeah. I mean it's not like anyone is around! Plus it gets hot in the night!" Renjun said. Hyejin just went to sit with Jeno. She put her head on his shoulder, watching the other two discuss.
"We have gotten used to it!"
"Alright, but I haven't!" He said, jutting his lip. Jeno spoke up.
"Why is this bothering you so much?" He said, playing with Hyejins hair.
"Nothing! I mean it's just different." He said, glaring at Jeno with a jealous look. Obviously, Hyejin was oblivious.
"Look if you don't like me wearing short shorts, I won't. But you have to get used to it because, in summer, I'm not sleeping with sweats." She said, removing her head from Jeno. She walked up to Jaemin and patted his shoulder, before running into her room to change.
"Dude. What was that look?" Jeno asked.
"What do you mean? You were playing with her hair and giving her googly eyes." He said, crossing his arms.
"So? You do that!"
"B-but with me it's different!"

"How?" Jeno said. Jaemin just sighed and didn't say anything.
"Dude you're seriously in love with her," Renjun said. They went back into the kitchen to get breakfast.
The dreamies were doing a vlive. Hyejin was sitting in Mark's lap but she rotated between Mark and Chenle, so There legs wouldn't fall asleep. Mark had his head rested on her shoulder.
"Ok let us read comments," Jeno said, picking up the phone.
"Jeno is cute, thank you. Uh, Jeno is handsome. I love you Jeno. Wow, so many great comments!" He said. Renjun rolled his eyes and grabbed the phone away.
"Oh, Mark and Hyejin are my ships! What is a ship?" Renjun asked.
"I can't believe we live with uncultured swine!" Hyejin said. Mark shook his head in disappointment.
"Right? Ship means to people you would think look good together." He said. He tapped me, indicating for me to go sit in Chenle's lap.
"Oh like Mark and Haechan!" Jisung said. Mark just rolled his eyes while Haechan pretended to be annoyed.
"If the czennie ship you guys so much, then what's the ship name?" Jeno asked. The comments overflooded with names.
"Mia, Myejin, Jark? There are all weird." Chenle said, scrunching up his nose. Jaemin just scoffed and mumbled something under his breath.
A couple of minutes later, Jeno found a comment.
"What is dream doing for Jeno and Jia's birthday?" He said, gasping a little. Hyejin showed a big smile and went to go sit by Jeno. She put her hand around his shoulder and looked in between the members.
"Yeah, guys! What's gonna happen on that fine day of April?" She said.
"Nothing you need to know. But my gift will be the best!" Jisung said.
"No mine is!" Jaemin said. He looked at Hyejin.
"Your gonna love your gift." He said, making her blush from the strong eye contact.
It was getting late and they had to end the live video.
Hyejin tossed and turned in her bed. She closed her eyes tightly, hoping she would fall asleep, but ended up opening them again. She tried counting backward from 100 but she still was wide awake. She sighed and walked into the kitchen. There was a tall figure who was faced away from her. As soon as she got closer, she realized who it was.

"Hey, Jaemin Hyung. What are you doing up so late?" She asked him. He turned around and looked at her.
"I could ask you the same." He said. She shrugged and sat on the counter. She realized him trying not to look uncomfortable.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot. I'll go wear something else." She said. She got off the counter. Before she left, Jaemin grabbed her hand.
"Hey, it's fine. I was just concerned. I mean we are growing teenage boys and, well, you know. Were curious? I just was protecting you from the other members." He said. She smiled, propping herself on the counter again. There was an awkward moment where no one said anything. Finally, Hyejin decided to speak up.
"Why are you worried about other members and me? Why not be worried about me and you?" She said. He furrowed his eyebrows a little, confused on how he was gonna answer the question without him saying he likes her.
"Uh because you should trust me." He said.
"Are you Jealous." She said. He moved back a little.
"Can you read minds? How did you know!?"
"I didn't read your mind. I took a guess, and now you confirmed it." She said, showing a wide smile.
"Well, I don't want to sound rude or anything, but you're always sitting in Mark's or Chenle's lap. Or cuddling with Jeno and Haechan. Or playing with Renjuns hair. I'm not saying you don't do that to me, but it's less, I guess? I don't know. I sound stupid." He said, moving away from her. He hung his head low and looked at the ground.
She, in fact, did understand what he was saying. He wanted to spend time with her. She smiled a little. She pulled him by his wrist towards her. She accidentally pulled him so close so that his front was completely on the counter side.
"Hey, Look at me," she said. He brought his head up but moved back a bit because of the close proximity.
" It's not stupid. You just want to spend time with me. I am sorry I haven't given you the attention I give to other members. But I promise I will from now on. I hate to admit it but, when you came, I felt different. Not in a bad way! I just had to adjust to you being back." I said. He smiled.
"Thanks, Hyejin." He said.
"Does this mean I can wear shorts without you freaking out?" She asked. They both laughed out loud for a second.
"Yes. Yes, you can." He said. She smiled. They stared at each other for a while until Hyejin leaned closer to him and wrapped her hands around him. Even if she couldn't see him, she could feel him smile, as he also wrapped his hands around her waist.
It was the next morning and Jaemin had woken up extra early to make breakfast for everyone. Hyejin was the last to wake up. She walked in the living room, with her hair a mess. She was wearing short shorts and a thin tank top.
Jeno looked at Jaemin, waiting for him to turn around and yell at her for wearing shorts again. But when Jaemin went to say hi to her, he gave her a hug and ruffled her hair. While Hyejin was setting up the table, he went over to check on him
"Uh, yesterday you basically yelled at her for wearing that. Now today you great her with a hug? Who are you?!" He asked, skeptically. Jaemin just shook his head.
"I'm learning to get used to the change." He said while looking at Hyejin.
"Ugh, I don't know if that's a symptom of being lovesick, but it's gross," Jeno said before walking away.

Tale of Family - Book 1 - WIP
The world is peaceful in 2063. Fusion reactor and Diamon battery had taken care of the energetical problem. Countries were stable. Automation was everywhere. Life wasn't hard anymore, at least not in the United States of Europe. Summer break is about to start and, finally, Zoe will turn 18 and be able to play the game, Binding Fate. A simple video game, a vrmmo, but what swam under its surface wasn't simple. Power, fame and money were but the tip of the iceberg... State: Hiatus because I've an idea for another story. Quick F.A.Q. : - Yuri/female homosexual relation? Yes.- Yaoi/male homosexual relation? Maybe.- Explicit Sexual Content? Maybe.- Full Fledged Tragedy? No. Never, ever ever.- Body Modification/Body Horror? Yes. (Note: what one person think is body horror can be acceptable for someone else. If you want to see to what length I can go, read a bit of The Other Labyrinth. However, I won't go as high as quickly in the body mod/horror, so relax.- Gore? Hell yeah! I love gore! spraying blood and viscera etc...- Torture? Hurgh... maybe? Idk. Not at the start at the very least.- Memory loss/erasing? No, or at least not permanently. I basically hate this trope because it's like taking out all the character grow from a character, destroying everything that makes them what and who they are. so no.- Overpowered protagonist? You will see mufufu...- Will characters stay relevant seeing how numerous they are? YES, MOTHERFUCKING YES, I hate when characters relevance decay over time for no good reasons ^^'- Plot Armor? First of all, a definition: "Sometimes referred to as "Script Immunity" or a "Character Shield", Plot Armor is when a main character's life and health are safeguarded by the fact that he's the one person who can't be removed from the story. Therefore, whenever Bob is in a situation where he could be killed (or at the least very seriously injured), he comes out unharmed with no logical, in-universe explanation." (courtesy of https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PlotArmor I love you guys ^^) So now that this is said, do my characters have plot armour? No, because I always have an in-universe explanation, even if you don't know it yet ^^ Something is illogical or don't make sense? Read more, the answer is surely in the story ^u^- Balanced system? If you want to crush numbers and have a perfect equation balancing all the system, that's not the story for you. The system is more like a living being, and the rewards aren't forcibly tied to the level of the player. In fact, the system is purposely unbalanced ^^' Author's note: My goal here is to write a slow-paced story revolving around the bonds linking the characters, be them family, friends or lovers. Fight will be part of it, but I intend to build an actual interesting world before making truly large-scale battle happen, because the bigger a battle is, the larger its causes and effects are. I also aim at telling a story about how the characters actually help each other becoming stronger, more stable and happier. I particularly despise the lone MC type that becomes so powerful that every other character of the current setting become irrelevant beside being hostage targets, so this will not happen. I also like crafting, arrays, blacksmithing etc... so there may be crafting. Another thing I like is management game like sim-city or the like, so this while also appears, keeping in mind that I like MC's that make people around them stronger... For the tropers around here, a list of tropes that I like to use (note that I may not use all of them ^^) (this list will be updated as I dive deeper and deeper into our dear trope wiki.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BodyHorror- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SealedGoodInACan- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/YouAreNotAlone- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ZombieAdvocate (In particular since I see a lot of things that aren't human as worthy to live and to live with)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvenEvilHasLovedOnes- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvenEvilHasStandards- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HeelFaceTurn- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CorruptTheCutie (Note: being corrupted don't mean you're a villain, only different than before.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DefectingForLove (Of course.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/VillainousRescue- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/InterspeciesAdoption (For the same reasons as zombie advocate, since I love family stuff)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BrokenBird (to go with corrupt the cutie if it's a girl)Cover: "The Bard" by John Martin, 1817.

Letters from Shanti Ashram, India
I lived in India from 1984-2005, and wrote to my parents regularly about my adventures in Indian ashrams. From 1984-1993 and again 2001-2005, I was living in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, and I am adding all of those my "Letters from India" book, which will mainly be of interest to those familiar with Prasanthi Nilayam, the ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. However, from 1994-2001 I was staying at a wonderfully spiritual, quiet retreat called Shanti Ashram, and I am putting the letters I wrote to my parents while staying there, on this book. The ashram was a dream come true for sadhana. The people are welcoming, it is usually never crowded, and they offer separate cottages to aspirants. The rates are donation basis only.
