《Sanders Sides One Shots: Volume 2 [COMPLETED]》Spooky Month (Moxiety)

Roman, Logan, Janus, and Remus were relaxing in Thomas' living room. Their host was also there, scrolling through his phone and looking at creations as October ushered in spooky time. Fanders were already starting to bust out the art supplies, instruments, editing software, and costumes for Halloween-themed Sanders Sides stuff. It brought a warm feeling to his chest, something he needed in the rough year that was 2020.
Thomas' Sides were keeping themselves occupied similarly. Roman was scribbling down ideas for Halloween themed short videos. Remus was mixing a concoction that the others hoped was fake blood. Logan was working on their schedule for the month. Janus was coming up with costume ideas, being the master of disguise.
Shockingly enough, no one of them had seen Patton or Virgil. They expected the two to be busily preparing the house for Halloween.
Virgil was obsessed with the spooky themed holiday, and Patton loved seasonal decorations. Together, they always went over the top with Halloween decorations.
The house was quiet, but the other Sides would come to realize it was the calm before the storm.
"IT'S SPOOKY TIME FUCKERS!"
"Virgil! No swearing!" Patton exclaimed, trying not to giggle.
The others turned toward the stairs, eyes widening at the sight. Virgil was dressed in dark robes of some sort of sorcerer and he had Patton on top of his shoulders. The moral Side was wearing a cute pumpkin themed sweater and clinging to Virgil's hands as he attempted to maintain balance.
Virgil began running around the house singing This Is Halloween with Patton laughing above him.
The other Sides just stared in wonder. Virgil swung Patton around to hold him bridal style. He was grinning ear-to-ear. He pressed their faces together to nuzzle his cheek, causing the moral Side to giggle happily.

"What the hell is even happening?" Thomas whispered, staring at them. "Why is Virgil acting so... like that?"
Logan straightened his glasses and cleared his throat. "It's the season of Halloween, which brings Virgil a lot of personal happiness," he explained. "Said happiness causes him to feel less anxious and act less guarded."
"We have to decorate the house!" Patton cheered as Virgil placed him back on the ground. He laced their fingers together as he summoned their supplies with the other hand. "It's Spooky Month! And with the pandemic putting a damper on everything, the least we can do is make our home feel more festive!"
The other Sides didn't look very thrilled to be dragged into their antics, but with a pointed look from Virgil, they all began to help.
Within a few hours, their house screamed fall and Halloween. Virgil and Patton stood beside each other with grins. The anxious Side scooped him up again and spun him around. "It's Spooky Time!"

Scorched - The Winter Winds (LitRPG)
Frank Ebner once wanted to save the world. Let the second one be better than the first. On Earth he was a student of... well it hardly matters anymore. It was dying, and he and the rest of his fellows and friends studying how to stave off the end graduated just in time to be told it was too late. That there was not enough time, funds, will, to stop it anymore. That the governments and the worthies of the world had moved from trying to stop it, to surviving the oncoming apocalypse, while blaming each other. That was a world Frank wanted nothing to do with. One riven by wars for places in the Archologies going up, and between them and the dying world they were leaving behind. So when a strange voice offered him a way out, to a world unmarred by the poison killing his? Frank took it. The voyage changed him, made him fit his new world, one of stats and magic. It came with perks, for in passing through their Heavens, they'd been exposed to Divinity, and taken some of the Celestial within them. Heroes now, but there are heroes, and there are Heroes. The nobility of the Empire care only for those who carry blessed bloodlines, and their time to adapt and train up for the new world is limited. Patrons are scarce among those like Frank, with only the base Hero perks, and magic studies expensive and lengthy. Often requiring heavy Oaths to gain the necessary aid to wield mana as a mage. Frank found another way. It nearly cost him his life. Now on the run and burned by the very magic he sought and craved, he is a pilgrim traveling to the The Eternal Tree, font of Perseverance. Frank hopes Ir-karlak will grant him some way to recover from the fires that scorched him. Without snuffing out the embers those fires lit within, for he has learned to harness them and he would not give up magic for the world. *** In the last 21 days, as I update this, I've managed about 18-19 updates. So Scorched should update most days, muse willing. She's fickle, sometimes. Not every day, but most. If there's an update for the day, it will be at 7PM, GMT+2. *[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Actually completed it. :) *

Dark blood
A young man oblivious to the blinding lights until the end, presented with a choice, makes a decision that will influence his life. In a far away land, a woman births a stillborn, the homes of thousands are in danger, and a world that is filled with all kinds of dangers, magical energies, and untold treasures is about to enter an age of turmoil and conflict. An age of death, destruction, and slaughtering of the innocent. In such a world, a cry of anguish can lead to a small hope, a cry of desperation can lead to a warm and loving embrace , and a cry of helplessness can lead to freedom. Will one man rise above all, or will he fail to stand up from the dirt from whence he came? We can only find out in the future, can't we? PS: This is my first fiction, so I would really appreciate some feedback, since I don't know if it is any good at all. Also, the creator of the cover is winRoot. If you want a good cover or something illustrated, he is a very good artist and will take commisions. I highly recommend him.
