《Sanders Sides One Shots: Volume 1 [COMPLETED]》Prince Dreamy and Mr. Purrfect (Prinxiety)

Virgil's POV:
I was super bored one evening, and I guess I thought it was a good idea to go on Wattpad of all websites. What could possibly go wrong on Wattpad?
Don't answer that.
I was scrolling through my recommended list, which is never a good idea on Wattpad because they'll often suggest things that have suggestive things in them. However, that wasn't the issue I had today.
I was just curious... I didn't realize what 'Prinxiety' meant... I should have though... I tapped on it and started reading, realizing very quickly what it was. I blushed bright red as I read the short story about myself... and Princey. I was having a panic attack and he came in and calmed me down. It described how he held me close and whispered comforting things in my ear. I got chills just thinking about it, remembering that happening only once before. I rubbed the back of my neck, which had goosebumps on it from the memory as I recalled it.
I had been the one and only time he'd found me during a panic attack. He'd done just that, held me close and told me everything would be fine. What he hadn't done, was what this one shot continued to describe.
In the writing, he confessed that he cared about me because he was in love with me. *laughs nervously* I-I m-mean, could you IMAGINE? He then continued to lean in closer until his lips were on mine.
I felt myself blush even more as I reread it. In a moment of stupidity, I tapped to comment before typing: 'I wish that was how it happened.'
I knew that the other people on Wattpad would assume I was a RP account. I used an inside joke as my username, so I doubt anyone would actually realize it was me. It was as I had that thought that I glanced at the comment above it, face paling. I was from only a minute before mine, and I'd recognize that username anywhere.
Roman's POV:
I blushed a little, smiling as I read the Prinxiety one shot. It was a depiction of Anxiety having a panic attack but I find him and hold him close as I helped calm him down, not unlike one time that had happened before. However, in this short story, I told him my feelings and kissed him. I found it... rather an adorable thought. Flustering of course, I was reading about my rival/friend and myself kissing, but it was also bittersweet for me.

I tapped to comment, typing: 'I wish I had done that instead of just leaving.'
They'll just assume I'm a Role Play account, I thought with a roll of my eyes. My username's a joke so no one will know it's really me-
My heart lurched as someone commented again, seeing the username. No way...
Virgil's POV:
"T-That can't be... Princey?" I breathed, rereading the comment and the username over and over again. Sure enough, it definitely was. I was the only one who ever called him that, and it wasn't in a video.
I leapt from my bed, rushing to the door. I swung it open, eyes widening as I met Princey standing there. We stared at each other, faces both red and hearts racing.
I started to talk the best I could. "I-"
I couldn't finish what I was about to say before he held my face and kissed me hard. I gasped, eyes widening as I placed my hands on his chest. He walked us back into my room and closed the door with his foot. I slowly let myself sink into it, eyes slipping closed as my arms wrapped themselves around his neck. When he finally pulled away, we stared at each other, breathless and red in the face.
"That's... that's what you wanted me to do right?" Princey asked me softly. His gaze searched mine hopefully and fearfully. I nodded, eyes slipping closed as I leaned in to kiss him again. He returned it, backing us up to my bed, which we fell on to. He pulled away again, hovering above me with a breathless smile. I returned it before letting it turn into a smirk.
"Prince Dreamy huh?" I teased. He blushed dark red, looking away with embarrassment. I smiled at him, rolling my eyes and taking his chin in my hand. I pulled his face to look back at me. "Well, you're certainly my dream come true."
His eyes widened as he smiled hopefully. "R-Really?" Princey asked. I nodded with another smile. "I'm glad, because you're my Mr. Puuurrfect."
Roman's POV:
He blushed and let out a groan as I laughed. "Why the hell did we call each other those names again?" he asked, covering his face with his arm. I laid down next to him, propping myself up on on arm.

"We were having an argument," I started to explain.
"Like usual," he commented with a smirk. I rolled my eyes and continued.
"We couldn't decide what Thomas should wear to his friend's party, and I thought he should wear the one outfit with the white jeans, and you thought he should wear the black rips."
"They went better with the shirt, okay?" he said, to which I rolled my eyes again.
"Whatever Anxie, you're questioning the most fashionable of the four of us here," I said with a smirk. He scoffed, looking at me as though I was joking.
He turned on his side, facing me directly. "I beg to differ Princey."
I shook my head with a smile. "ANYWAY! While we were bickering you used 'Prince Dreamy' and I used 'Mr. Purrfect' sarcastically to make fun of each other for thinking we were each better at style."
"Yeah, okay, and I get 'Prince Dreamy', but while 'Mr. Purrfect'?" he asked me with a confused smirk. I smiled to myself as I scooted closer.
"Because you in many ways remind me of a cat," I told him, rubbing my nose to his as he blushed. "And to me, you're perfect."
He blushed darker red and hid his face. "No! Let me see your puuuurrfect face," I whined, as he groaned.
"Princey, we technically have the same face," he mumbled into his pillow. I chuckled and shot him a smirk as he looked back at me. His eyebrow raised in realization. "You're complimenting my face because it's yours? Really?"
I shrugged, making him frown and hide his face again. "No! Hey!" I protested, reaching out to touch his cheek as he looked back at me. "I couldn't pull off the bangs and eye shadow the way you do. It looks incredible on you and ridiculous on me."
He thought about it. "Yeah, that time you guys came to my real room was pretty funny up until the point you guys got corrupted purely because of how ridiculous you looked," he said with a smirk.
I smiled, rolling my eyes with a sigh as I rolled onto my back. "Why didn't I kiss you sooner?" I asked quietly. He was silent for a moment, and I could feel him looking at me as I closed my eyes.
Virgil's POV:
"Why didn't you?" I asked softly. I found his hand and intertwined our fingers. He looked at me briefly before turning his head back to the ceiling.
"I was scared you didn't feel the same way," he murmured. "That if I confessed, I'd ruin what friendship and trust we had, and go back to the way we were..."
I frowned sadly. "Hey... look at me..." I told him. He listened, turning his head to meet my eyes with his own tearful ones. I gathered my courage, deciding to say how I felt. "I love you."
His eyes widened a little, his lips forming a weak smile. Tears dripped from his eyes as he let out a breathy laugh. "I love you too Virgil," he said, reaching with his free had to cup my cheek. I smiled, leaning forward to kiss him again, short and sweet. We pulled away, smiles on our faces. "Now come here you," he said wrapping his arms around me and pulling me close.
I gasped as I rest my head against his shoulder and he pulled my blankets over us. I let myself relax into his arms. I heard him humming softly and felt him running his fingers through my hair, knowing how difficult it was for me to fall asleep. I silently thanked him as my eyes drooped.
He truly was my Prince Dreamy.

How the Stars Turned Red
Announcement as of 05 July 2022: I've been diagnosed with some pretty severe nerve damage in my left arm, rendering me unable to write effectively, and as such this story is on hold until it is healed. I am so sorry, and I promise to get back to writing as soon as possible. In the latter half of the 3rd millennium CE, humanity has spread across the stars, inhabiting close to five-hundred worlds across the Orion Arm. Earth has become irrelevant, a historical has-been. The galactic map is dominated by two mega-factions, both controlling vast amounts of territories either through direct control or through their many allies and treaty signatories. The Kingdom of Aurora is the political and economic hegemon despite consisting of only seven inhabited worlds; their strength lies in the Royal Union, an interstellar commonwealth composing an internal market and a common defence pact. These member worlds are myriad and varied, culturally as well as politically, but they all flock to the same banner. The Independent Systems Alliance, spearheaded by the Republic of Elysium, is the ascendant challenger to Aurora and the Union. A pseudo-federal multi-system polity, the Alliance economy and military is rapidly expanding, but at the cost of effective democratic and meritocratic involvement by its people. However, with two superpowers as this, chafing along a common border, and with a constant clamour of polemics, both sides have become convinced the other is constantly preparing for war and are on the look-out for any perceived weakness in their opponent. The predictable result is a huge arms race and a cold war spreading across the stars, requiring only a spark to set the galaxy aflame. Drawn into this game of high stakes are ordinary men and women, their peaceful lives, hopes, and aspirations swallowed by the vortex of conflict and distrust. This is their story. Cover art by Rhodex Designs (FB). Hope you like long chapters and adjectives. Note: English is not my first language. Another story set in the same universe, written by a good friend
