Virgil's POV:
I don't fully remember how I got there, but I was crying and shaking. I knew other kids had seen me as I ran into the bathroom. I was sobbing as I locked myself in a stall and curled in on myself.
Everything came crashing down on me at once. All the thoughts that screamed everyone hated me, the fears that everyone wouldn't notice if I disappeared.
The tears stopped as I just let the thoughts run. I felt empty inside, like I couldn't feel anything anymore. I wanted to feel something. Anything would be enough to at least convince myself I wasn't a monster.
I couldn't help it... I pulled out the spare razor blade I always kept in my backpack. I raise it to my wrist, about to slide it across the skin when I hesitated. I froze, looking at the cursive hand writing on my wrist.
Don't do it.
The tears came back, pouring down my cheeks in waterfalls. Someone... had told me not to once... it had been the first thing they'd said to me... they cared about me... to hurt myself I'd hurt them...
The blade clattered to the bathroom floor as I sobbed. I stayed there curled up with my eyes squeezed shut for a length of time before I heard someone rush into the bathroom. They stopped in front of my stall.
"Virgil?" he called softly, knocking on the stall door. My crying quieted, telling him that it was me. "Virgil, can you unlock the door for me, love?"
I shakily reached forward and slid the lock open. He opened the door and came into the stall, closing it behind him. He knelt down in front of me, taking my hand. I looked at him, meeting his eyes with my own glossy ones. His eyes drifted to the razor blade on the floor, fear flashing through his gaze as he looked back at me.

"I-I didn't do it..." I whispered. He sighed in relief, squeezing my hand.
"I'm proud of you," he said, smiling. I gave him a weak one back. "Do you want to tell me what's wrong?"
"I-I j-just... I just..." I couldn't explain it. I didn't even know what happened. A few tears fell from my eyes as I looked down. "You love me right... you wouldn't want me to disappear right..."
"Of course," he said, pulling me close to his chest. "A world without you wouldn't be worth living in. I love you so much Virgil, and I promise I always will. I'll help you get through this, I promise."
I curled into his chest, relaxing into his warm and the sound of his voice. I wanted to be strong for him, so I could be with him, so I could hold him and love him for the rest of my life.
"I love you too Roman."

Shattered Soul
Scorned by the humans of earth, the Shadow Walker and telekinetic Sarah Marie Johnson was executed as a traitor to the human race. Unexpectedly her ritual is hijacked by Tavariel, who guides her to the place, where someone awaits her. This is the story of two parts of a soul, which were never meant to be divided. This is their journey. Hello everyone, this is my first attempt for a story on my own, so if you find any mistakes feel free to point them out. This can subject to change and occasionally chapters can be delayed. If you got any questions regarding my story, feel free to contact me via comments or messages. WARNING: This story is mature and is only recommended to an audience older than 18. There is tragedy involved and if you can not handle certain topics like character death, suicide, rape (or any consent-based sexual activity), racism or violence, you are advised to skip this story. There will be, however, no depictions of rape . If it should happen, it will be "off-screen".
8 178The Writer
Frustrated with his limits, the young writer Seven accepts an offer from a supernatural entity, traveling to its world whilst given the chance to live past his regrets. Humans, though, are creatures that don't easily change, and his warped views of reality turn him into an unpredictable ally or foe in the game of death that is to follow. For the sake of translating his new experiences into a written masterpiece, he will spare nothing, not even his own life - so long as the work is complete. *** Romance tag was previously there, but it starts quite late in the story and I've yet to reach that part. I know how it will happen (more precisely, how I want it to happen), but currently, there are just subtle nuances that can only be left to the reader's very expansive imagination, and I wouldn't call that romance but a
8 201Resistance is Futile
Resistance is Futile 2336 G-L32 is my title. I go G’ell though, pronounce it how you like, it doesn’t matter. I was born, like the rest of the human race this era, with my abilities. I can manipulate the world around me, using the Strand to do it, looks like the old telekinesis “superpowers” the old humans used to entertain themselves with. As of only recently, within the last 20 years, the Ul’Katoin ripped open space to take our planets. However, they didn’t expect our resistance. They are stronger than us, faster, and far, far more adaptable and enduring. Humanity however, can use technology. Wherever they lay their roots, we burn them away with plasma and radiation. But where we lay down our foundations in their world, they snuff out our light with their vines and tendrils. And with The Jhar Empyrean and other space-faring empires keeping their borders tight, we have nowhere else to expand to. Humanity finds a way, and our soldiers will bring the fury of a Nebulean storm upon the Hellscape the Ul’Katoin call home. And I am one of those soldiers.

8 193The Tamer is Repulsive
What works in a game does not always work as well in reality, a fact that a certain FDMMORPG (Full-Dive-Massively-Multiplayer-Online-Role-Playing-Game) player discovers when he is yanked from the game-world into another one. His unique set of in-game skills and traits, designed to help him get the most powerful monsters on his side, end up nearly causing his death. Escaping at the last moment, The Repulsive Tamer named Vaile goes on a grand adventure to see those Tamed Beings of his that exist in the New World, but he must be careful. After all, death is but a heartbeat away when you are the ugliest conceivable being to ‘civilized people’ and an absolute hunk to monsters. (WARNING!
