logan sighed, laying down in his bed. today had been exhausting, patton told countless of puns, virgil made him question the world again and roman wouldn't shut up for a second.
since it is finally an adequate time, he decided to head off to bed. he was always the first one to go to bed, but something felt off. he tried to brush it off as he changed into his sleeping clothing and eventually drifted off into sleep

roman decided he wanted to bake a cake as soon as logan went to bed. patton and virgil were sitting on the couch, exchanging funny jokes they either thought of or found. it was going well all until he had to put it into the oven.
the first five minutes went smoothly. the cake was supposed to stay in for about thirty minutes. roman kept checking every two minutes until virgil yelled at him and waited for the beep.
well to put it simply patton and virgil moved to patton's room to cuddle and roman ended up falling asleep. he was lucky that virgil was quickly awoken from the smoke and alarmed everyone to go outside as he dealed with the fire.
the fire was extinguished easily but everyone was annoyed that roman was so irresponsible. "we are never letting him cook again." logan muttered as he walked back into his room.
"well i guess you could say roman was a little too lit!"
