roman looked in the mirror, frowning as he tried his hardest to conceal the handprint on his face. he had to leave his old school because everyone use to slap him for fun and now he has to learn how to use makeup so he isn't bullied anymore.

"roman! please hurry up!" rachel, his sister yelled. "i get you wanna cover up that mark but we have to go!"

roman sighed, putting down his beauty blender and walking downstairs putting his backpack on as he walked.

he smiled at his mom as he walked through the door, his sister closing it behind her. the two wlaked to the car together, getting in and driving slilently to school. rachel looked over at roman when they were at a red light and sighed, his makeup was splotchy and it will be obvious that he is wearing makeup. roman glanced over at his sister and saw the distressed look on her face but said nothing as they were just approaching the school.

as soon as rachel parked, roman got out and headed towards the school, knowing rachel wouldn't want to be seen with him anyways. when he walked in, he immediately put his head down, hoping no one noticed he was new. he almost made it to the bathroom when someone tripped him. of course, he lost his balance and fell.

"hey fag, whats up with the makeup?" roman frowned, ignoring the bully and trying to get up when he was pushed back down. "hey my buddy kurt just asked you a question." roman went to reply when he suddenly heard his metaphorical gaurdian angel.

"don't you dare lay another hand on him!" roman looked up and saw a man in a light blue polo with a gray cardigan wrapped around his shoulders. the two bullies immediately stepped away from roman and the saviour knelt by him. "oh my gosh, are you okay?"

the man touched roman's face, looking for any bruises when they both noticed their black marks bursting into color. roman blushed and looked up at the other man who was also blushing.

"t-thanks for helping me" roman smiled, and so did the guy above him.

"no problem."
