SUMMARY: Carmen and Ivy go undercover at a fundraiser VILE is planning to rob.
____________
Ivy could tell that all eyes were on her and Carmen tonight. Why wouldn't they be? Carmen looked stunning in that pink, V-neck dress and Ivy had her on her arm as they entered the ballroom.
"Presenting Mrs. and Mrs. O'Leary." The announcer had called as they descended the steps into the museum.
"We're married, huh?" Ivy said with a smirk.
Carmen blushed, a rare occurrence for a women as confident and sure of herself as she was. "We have to seem like a real couple. It's all part of the ploy."
"Yeah, yeah." Ivy said rolling her eyes, placing her arm around Carmen's waist. The thief gasped at her touch but then smirked. "You should put your hand lower."
"All part of the act." Ivy winked, letting her hand slip down to rest on Carmen's ass, giving it a small squeeze.
"Be on the lookout for VILE, Ivy," Carmen said, her smile falling and being replaced with a concerned frown. "We don't know who they're going to send."
"What time did player's tip say VILE was arriving at anyway?"
"We're quite early, actually. VILE won't make a show until when the Phoenix Diamond is removed from it's vault, and that's not until an hour.
"Well then...." Ivy said flirtatiously. "I know how we can pass the time." She grabbed Carmen's hand and pulled her to the dance floor where a gentle waltz was playing.
"You know how to waltz?" Carmen smirked back at the redhead.
"Hey I've picked up a thing or two from all the lessons you've given monsieur Duke." Ivy winked back, staring into Carmen's beautiful dark gray eyes, their hue warbling into tones of blue in ripples from her pupil.
"May I have this dance, M'lady?" Carmen was momentarily speechless. Here was Ivy looking all dapper and charming in that fitted blue tux, a seductive touch to her expression as she held out her hand before the thief.
With a nervous grin, she accepted her hand and allowed Ivy to lead her to the floor. The redhead snaked an arm around her waist roughly, the pink fabric cover her skin bunching up under her hand. Ivy clasped Carmen's other hands and hummed to the beat once, getting a feel of it. She lead Carmen in sequence, never dropping eye contact as they moved along the floor.
"You're....really good at this." Carmen said, her heartbeat rapidly increasing in her chest.
"What can I say?" Ivy said, moving closer. She nibbled at the skin of Carmen's neck as they danced. "You deserve only the best."
The two continued to chat as they moved to the beat, their feet now tapping along in synchrony. Ivy was fascinated by Carmen's beauty as they moved, enraptured by the smooth curve of her jaw, her small pouty lips, and her flawless brown skin. She looked amazing in that dress, too, having the silky fabric fall perfectly around her curvy figure.

"Ready?" The redhead said with a confident grin as the big conclusion of the song neared.
"Always." Carmen smiled, her eyes shining as she saw Ivy in a completely new light. She felt like a princess getting swept off her feet by a handsome knight.
The music spiked dramatically, and Carmen and Ivy two-stepped. Ivy's grip around her waist tightened as she dipped her down, admiring the curves of her body as Carmen hung in the crook of her elbow.
The two women panted, they're eyes only on each other as they stared at each other with wonder. Ivy was tempted to close the gap between them right then and there in the ballroom.
But they were on a caper. With a sigh, Ivy helped Carmen stand again and gently bowed before her, smiling. Before they could leave the floor, though, the redhead grabbed the other woman's wrist and pulled her close.
"When we get out of here, I have a thousand things I want to do to you." Ivy whispered into her ear.
Lust shined on Carmen's eyes, and she bit her lip seductively. "Can't wait."
The sexual tension between the two was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Before Ivy or Carmen could give in to there desires, though, a couple approached them.
"Senor and Senora Tejada." Carmen said, politely nodding her head.
"Scarlett Santa Rosa!" A man with brown tan and graying hair said, at his side a woman with long dreads and chocolate skin.
"Scarlett O'Leary, actually." Carmen said smirking, grasping Ivy's hand and entwining their fingers. "I've tied the knot."
"Congratulations! Care to introduce this handsome young lady?"
"This is my wife Iris. Iris, this is Ramon Tejada and his wife Dominique. They're one of the biggest benefactors at these events."
"Pleased to meet'cha." Ivy said, reaching out and shaking Ramon's hand.
"You two make a lovely couple." Dominique complimented them. "How did you meet?"
"Uh-" Carmen started. She hadn't prepared for this question.
"I got this one, Babe." Ivy said. "We used to work together. Very closely together if you know what I mean."
"Iris!" Carmen playfully slapped her arm while the older couple laughed good-naturedly.
"Well, we had a little relationship of sorts while we were working together, and eventually we developed feelings that were more than just physical. One thing led to another and....here we are."
"Going from coworkers to being married. Look at that." Ramon chuckled. "We have some of our associates to meet with, now, but we hope you two enjoy your night."
"Thank you, we will!" Carmen said.
As the older couple began to walk away, Dominique turned around and whispered in Ivy's ear. "If you and Scarlet feel like "working closely together" again tonight, there's a room in the back that no one else knows about."

Ivy blushed at what Dominique was implying, but the woman sashayed away before she could respond.
"What did she say?" Carmen questioned, raising an eyebrow.
"Just said to have a good time is all." Ivy said nervously.
"Oh, ok." The Latina shrugged. "So I think I've spotted our VILE operatives." Discreetly, she motioned to a couple in suits a few paces away.
"The goat and the mole?" Ivy exclaimed. She ducked away swiftly, afraid they'd catch sight of her and Carmen and run.
"Yep. And relax, they're too busy staring at each other to notice us."
"Heh." Ivy said, her eyes darting between the two. "The sexual tension is unreal."
"Tell me about it. We've been trying to get them since our academy days."
"So what should we do, then?" The Bostonian asked.
"Stay alert. VILE is going to pull something but we don't know what. Until then, just don't seem inconspicuous, I guess. Some place to hide would be nice."
"Some place to hide, you say?" Ivy felt herself smiling. "I have an idea." She laced her fingers with Carmen's and led her to the secret back room, slipping in quietly and discreetly. Ivy shut the door behind her and sighed in relief.
"So, what n-" the redhead cut her off by meeting her lips. Carmen sighed against Ivy's mouth, immediately relenting. The kiss was rough, with dirty things lingering on each woman's mind. They're tongues entwined desperately as they pushed into each other's mouths, arms roaming the other's body. Ivy backed Carmen up against the wall and pressed her curvy body against it. The thief hooked her leg around the other's waist, moaning against her mouth.
Ivy's hand slipped down to Carmen's exposed leg, and she began to stroke her thigh. She left Carmen's lips behind and kissed down her chin and her neck, settling into her sweet spot and beginning.
"Ahh!" She moaned as Ivy sucked her skin tender, leaving the beginnings of a bruise. Her teeth would grate against Carmen's skin every now and then, lighting her senses on on fire. The wetness of Her mouth against her warm skin was almost too much to handle, and Carmen nearly lost control.
The Bostonian finally relented, returning to her lips and sucking on her bottom one.
"Ivy..." Carmen sighed against Her lips, the two exchanging passion and saliva between their mouths. Ivy's tongue danced into Carmen's throat, not able to get enough of the sexy woman. She dug her fingernails into Carmen's thigh for support right before pushing her head back and kissing along her pulsating throat.
Carmen's hand traveled to the back of Ivy's next, weaving into her red curls. The motion sent shivers down Ivy's spine.
A sea of emotions flooded them both, both physically and mentally. Carmen knew what they were doing was risky, dangerous, and extremely irresponsible but...
She had time to pass, didnt she?
Ivy backed up for a moment, making eye contact with Carmen. A million things were painted in her cobalt eyes. Their noses brushed together once before their lips met again, this time slowing down just a bit to savor each other.
Carmen's hands slipped under Ivy's dress shirt, her fingers tracing the outlines of her abs. God, she was so hot. There was something so very attractive about Ivy's rawness in the moment that made Carmen's feelings bubble up.
Sigh, after sigh, after sigh escaped Carmen's lips and she nearly forgot about the caper entirely until—
An alarm blared in her eardrums. "Fuck! They're moving now, let's go!" Carmen yanked herself from Ivy's grasp and smoothed her dress out. "Let's go!"
Ivy shook off her bewilderment and followed suit, rubbing her hands over her curls and fixing her suit.
Outside the guests were running rampant, priceless jewelry being carted away while the snobby elite in attendance frantically argued and ran this way and that.
Chaos was everywhere. It was definitely VILE's doing.
"Come on! We have to get to the Phoenix ruby!" Carmen called, breaking into a run. Ivy followed her, weaving through the crowds. They used the device player had sent them and deactivated the security system, moving into the underground complex where the gem was waiting.
The thief motioned to Ivy to take out the guards, and so she did, sneaking up behind one.
"Hey!" The woman called. "He-!" Ivy clamped a Hans around her mouth with a kerchief scented with sleeping gas.
"I'm sorry." She whispered as the woman's eyes fell to a close and she sunk to the floor. Her partner raced back to check what happened, and the Bostonian delivered a solid punch to the gut.
Carmen emerged from the platform where the gem was. "Ivy, it's gone!"
The thief leapt down, a frown twisting her features. "We never should've-gah! This-this thing between us?? It's a bad fucking idea, Ivy!! I can't believe we lost the ruby!"
"Hey, hey." Ivy said, putting her arms in front of her face in effort calm Carmen down. "They couldn't have gotten far, we can do this."
The Latina said nothing. "Carm, look at me. What's done is done but we need to focus on the present now. What's the plan, boss?"
Carmen sighed, putting her forehead in her palm. "They couldn't have made it out of the complex without red drone knowing. We need to split up and circle the grounds."
"Got it!"

Forgotten Dungeon
Death comes quickly and without warning. Even for such little personage as him. It's quite hard to start as a dungeon core. Quite harder when divine bureaucracy simply dumps you in the a** end of nowhere because of their incompetence and because of your agent status as a Fallen Angel. Yet Uno (temporary name) is used to working with subpar materials and making the best of circumstances. It doesn't help that his personality was cut down to size, but he tries to overcome the system with ingenuity and a healthy dose of duct tape. Or the local equivalent of such. *** An audiobook of the Forgotten Dungeon story has been made by Agro Squerrils and is available on YouTube, under this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLcfzFNUhrNS3Z7DfjN5pMWn-CI1uKg3s2 He has my permission and full support for doing so, so don't be shy and check it out! *** Hello people! It's a story about a dungeon. Or maybe the dungeon? Who knows. Dumped in a hostile world, working hard to overcome circumstances. There is an RPG system in place, but I'll try to make it not number-heavy. I would be more focused on skills - at least from the perspective of the sentient races. Dungeons will have their own little playground. I'll try to make MC not overpowered - it always irks me how the stories tend to go from zero to hero in a few minutes. I hope y'all will enjoy the ride! *** Also, a Discord server has been made recently: https://discord.gg/sK2pam3 Join and share your opinions, if interested! :)
