The 5th Hokage called a small group of people in his office. The group comprised of Inuzuka Hana, Mitarashi Anko, Kamizuki Izumo, Hagane Kotetsu, Umino Iruka, Gekko Hayate, Sarutobi Asuma, Yuuhi Kurenai.

Once the group were present in the office the hokage assigned a scroll to each group and told them to ask for reply. The pairs were

Anko & Hana for Kumo, Izumo & Kotetsu for Kiri, Asuma & Kurenai for Suna and Hayate & Iruka for Rock village. They were dismissed and left for mission.

Kakashi has just called a 5 kage summit in Iron country which is considered a neutral zone. He then sat back waiting for reply anxiously.

Anko & Hana were at the gates of kumogakure from where they were escorted to Raikage's office.

On entering the room, they saw a muscle freak which they assumed to be Raikage punching someone through the wall.

When the escort cleared his throat, the raikage and his secretary diverted their attention to the newcomers. Raikage dismissed the escort.

Anko & Hana respectfully handed the scroll and asked for a reply.

The Raikage read the scroll and bashed his desk denting it and said of-course he will come to this little show of power, which he assumed because Kakashi in his laziness forgot to mention Akatsuki.

Hana & Anko left on receiving the reply.

Izumo & Kotetsu were escorted to Mizukage office through the thick fog in Kirigakure. The escorts left them at the office door saying the Mizukage will meet them shortly. As they entered the office they saw the office was empty.

They were just about to ask the guards stationed by the door when the door opened and in came a young boy. They asked the boy what was the Kage's personality like, assuming that he was just a genin coming to visit the kage.

The boy ignored them and sat on the Kage seat. This caused the eternal chunin to panic. They turned to the kid without showing their panic and said

The Mizukage was just taking all this with a stone face, though internally he was enjoying his time, with all his work he is glad that he got some amusement.

The eternal chunin were close to breaking and start begging the kid before them, when the door opened and in came Mei with Aoi & Chojuro.

Assuming that she was the Kage they were looking for. They turned towards her and bowed with respect and were just about to give the message scroll. When they heard a cough from behind

The eternal chunin were speechless they didn't even notice when the scroll was taken from them & given to Mizukage.

Yagura turned towards them and they were literally sweating & panicking. They started to apologise profusely.

They were thinking of what Kakashi was going to do to them on hearing how they ruined Konoha's reputation. Maybe they will buy him a new Icha-Icha novel before breaking the news, that seems like a good idea they both nodded to eachother and left.

If they weren't deep in thought and were aware of their surroundings they would have noticed the Mizukage giving a smirk behind his hands.

Later on they would find out that the Mizukage had requested Hokage to send them whenever he needed amusement.

Iruka and Hayate hadn't even reached the village gates. When they were intercepted by the floating Tsuchikage and his two guards just 5 miles from the village.

Iruka stepped forward and told him of their purpose and showed him their scroll.

The Tsuchikage nodded to his guards to step back. He floated towards the Konoha shinobi which caused them to panic. But he justed lifted them with his floating ability and went towards his office the guards following behind.

In the office he was sitting straight, with grimace on his face and sweating, though he tried not to show it infront of Konoha shinobi.

He read the scroll and agreed that he will come and dismissed them.

Making sure that they left he cried with anguish

Asuma & Kurenai had it easy compared to others. They enjoyed looking around in the village before going to Kazekage who accepted the scroll, and replied yes.

Both of them stayed for a night in Sunagakure has a courtesy of the Kazekage. Before leaving the next morning.

Kakashi was starting to doze off when a bird flew from the open window in his office and sat on his head.

He gently plucked the bird out of his head and took the message. He unfolded it and read. It was a message saying that the Iron village will hold the meeting and has no objections. He sighed in relief since he forgot to get agreement from Iron village before sending message for Gokage summit to other village.

He was glad that all Kage agreed. He was specially amused to hear what the Mizukage said, he was glad to receive Icha-Icha novel from eternal chunin by making them sweat a little.

The Mizukage and his party compromising of Aoi and Chojuro had just reached the Iron country when they saw Hokage entrouge coming towards them.

Kakashi was having Gai and Shisui has his bodyguards. Kakashi seeing them waved in greeting.

On entering they were informed that the Raikage, Tsuchikage and Kazekage had already arrived.

Has all the Kages were seated Mifune stepped forward to act as a Chairman/Mediator and asked all Kages to put their hat infront of them on the table.

He then addressed the Hokage and asked him what he wants to say since he called this meeting.

Kakashi started by greeting other Kage's nonchalantly then he did a 180 with a serious facade he told them about the rising threat called Akatsuki and the information he had about them.

He was confronted that they could merely be a delusional mercenary group.

Kakashi was just about to answer when the meeting was breached by an Akatsuki member who was covering his face. The guards snapped to action and placed themselves infront of their respective Kages.

He was not given time to say anything when Raikage tried to attack him with his lightening armour. The Akatsuki member just threw the Raikage like a rag doll, the Raikage was taken by surprise.

He told them what he wanted and to give him peacefully or they won't like what he does.

The Tsuchikage snapped saying that the youth these days have gotten arrogant.

The Akatsuki member replied with:

This shocked every shinobi in the room. He continued on

He then disappeared leaving the room in chaos. As soon as everyone calmed down they discussed the war preparation and plans before leaving.
