They hid behind a tree and observed her. Sakura was aware as soon as they stepped in the field but made no move to acknowledge them thus lowering their suspicion about her.
After the deer was healed he nudged her happily with his nose which resulted in an angelic laugh from her.
The Uchiha family was mesmerised by the scene.
Fugaku decided to approach the girl playing with the deer flaring his chakra lightly with his family following behind.
The deer stopped playing seeing the people approaching. Sakura looked at the people and approached them with a light skip in her steps.
