《naruto character one shots》Shark Boy & Lava Girl {Kisame Hoshigaki}

"Kisame!" You shouted after the blue skinned man, making sure to put extra stress holding out his name.
Kisame had just gotten back from a mission with Itachi. Even though it only lasted for two days, you still wasted no time in running to his side upon his arrival home, not even a care in the world for the Uchiha trailing behind him. Shark boy was your favorite member in the organization and even though the feelings weren't exactly mutual, you still took great pride and joy in your favorite past time: annoying him.
Kisame huffed in annoyance, crossing his arms over his chest. You copied him, your eyes traveling all the way up his tall frame until finally meeting his eyes, staring dangerously downward at yours.
"Miss me?" You teased with a playful smirk.
He scoffed, even though indeed he did miss you while being away.
There was something about you, a far from ordinary rogue ninja from the Hidden Leaf. Maybe it was your maturity, well in your case, your lack of that intrigued him, making him wonder how a girl like you would be rogue, let alone in the Akatsuki. Or it could be your impressive lava-style kehkai-genkai you possessed and honed with a dangerousness so unlike you which drew him in. The other possibility being the fact that you took such an indiscreet interest in him, which even though on the outside he acted annoyed, on the inside he craved the attention and found it really cute.
"I should be asking you the same question." The man challenged, inching closer to you while flashing his razor sharp pearly whites.
He always did things like that, in hopes to bring out your womanly side. You were eighteen and acted like a little kid too often. Kisame wanted to see if there was a more intimate and mature side to you.

You grinned up at him. "Of course I did, silly!"
Even Itachi face palmed at your reaction. You appeared to be so oblivious to every man's actions. Just about the entire Akatsuki had given up on getting a chance with you knowing you were as much of a loss as Tobi was when it came to taking a hint.
"Bye, {Name}." Said Kisame, putting a hand on your shoulder before beginning to walk away.
"But Kisame, I wanted to fight with you." You pouted, following him.
Hidan whistled obnoxiously at your proposal, knowing that the out come would be inevitable. You were getting rusty with your skills and enjoyed sparring and training with Kisame, but you though why not have a full on fight with him.
"I'd rather not be turned into a pile of ash. Or my existence wiped away in a flood of molten rock, lava-girl." He refused, using your commonly used nickname.
As the day went on, you continued to annoy Kisame making the day feel ten times longer than it really was. From forcing him to give you piggy back rides, to staring at him in awe, inspecting his skin and gills, or ruffling his hair before begging him to do something with you. He was finally able to get rid of you when you asked him the question of how a shark boy was made, to which he kicked you out of his room, slamming and locking the door in your face.
Knitting your eye brows in confusion you decided to find Itachi. No one understands Kisame more than his partner.
"Itachi-sama?" You gained the attention of the Uchiha, who was alone in the living room reading a book.
He looked up at you, placing a book mark on the page he was on before directing his attention to you.

"What is it {Name}?"
"How do I get Kisame to like me? Every time I try to talk to him or do something with him he pushes me away or tells me I'm annoying." You said sadly.
Itachi thought to himself for a moment, figuring out a way to fathom his thoughts into something philosophical that you would still understand.
"Kisame likes you, {Name}. Usually when a man treats a woman like a nuisance it's because it's too hard to express his true feelings. But I'm sure he'd enjoy your company a lot more if you'd... act more sensual and mature." He explained.
You left to wander the halls, Itachi's "words of wisdom" echoing in your mind.
'More sensual and mature'
You slammed a fist to your palm, gesturing that you came up with an idea. A smirk twitched at the corner of your mouth. You pulled your long blonde hair out from its high ponytail, letting it's true length reveal itself. Ditching your Akatsuki cloak you examined what you wore beneath it; ripped tight skinny jeans and a comfortable black tank top with a fairly plunging neckline, being the reason you always made sure to wear your cloak over it. If Itachi said be more sensual and mature, this definitely was provocative enough. Now you had to play the part to really capture shark boy's attention.
Knocking on Kisame's bedroom door you ran a hand through your hair and cleared your throat.
"{Name}, if that's you I'm not opening the door until you learn to grow up!" Shouted the man on the other side.
"I'll show him grown up." You snickered before melting down the door.
Upon entering the room, Kisame was sitting on a red swivel chair, lazily watching the fish in his mini aquarium. Before he could process what had happened you jumped onto the chair, leaning over him with your legs on either side of him.
"You'll get burned for that one, shark boy." You whispered seductively into his ear.
"I await punishment, lava girl." He replied before you pressed your lips to his.
There was no wasted time in your kiss. It turned from bitter sweet to rough and hungry within about a second. You weaved your fingers through his hair and his hand roamed your waist and sides, his fingers going underneath the confines of your top.
As groans escaped either one of your mouths' you mentally applauded yourself at your little victory. Lava girl was swift and deadly. No way around her. One touch and you're burned.
Shark boy was as placid as water and you could always see right through him.

The Loyal Ones [Dark Biopunk Fantasy]
TLDR; A slave monster survives horror, war and servitude, while trying to live with himself. Thralls are a race of monstrous slave soldiers, in a universe where biological magic takes the place of technology. Centuries ago, their ancestors were desperate humans, who volunteered to be transformed for the Poison War. Today their unfortunate descendants are still soldiers and laborers. In contract law they are 'corporate wards'; slaves owned largely by arms dealers. Dally Harper starts this story as a champion cage fighter. He is one of the 'lucky' ones. It's all downhill from there. Content Warning: Explicit violence and gore, slavery, implied sexual assault. None of these are framed as positive or glorified, however they do have a strong impact on the plot and main characters.
