The Ancient Tree's Journey
On a planet far away from Earth, an ancient tree lives inside a beautiful forest. When the tree realises that its life is coming to an end, it creates a seed without a soul. The seed begins a long journey, being passed from person to person, until it finally collides with the soul of a girl from Earth and sprouts. With her human knowledge, the girl tries to survive in this world... as a tree. Note: This is my first time writing a novel, so my writing style might be a little rough around the edges sometimes, especially the first twelve are still amateur style. I'll probably rewrite them at some point... later perhaps. Also, the MC will be introduced in chapter 13. The first twelve chapters are more of an introduction to the world, so they bear little significance to the main story. Still, I recommend reading it if you want to get a better view of the world. Chapter releases once every four days.

Both break from their old lives, and forge a new one together as partners, to explore the wild unknown. It will be hard, and it will be interesting, and it will be both a journey and a revival.

Ripped from his old life and even his body, Jack Hearth must now decide what needs to be done to protect those he has claimed as his own. Not all is as it seems though. Those in power do not approve of his quest and will seek to bring ruin to his efforts. This is my very first work, so I ask for understanding should I make a mistake. This story is not on of those stories where the MC gains power and immediately decides to use it for violence. While those types of stories are fun, this isn't one of those. Pokeballs have rules, and everybody, human and pokemon alike, know them; Pokeballs come in many types and colours. Some are good for using at night, others in the water, others are for bigger pokemon. Some catch pokemon better than others, or catch certain types of pokemon better than others. In every case though, there are things that pokeballs do and do not do. They're cheap, they're everywhere. Pokeballs can be resisted. They're never 100% successful. And they don't work on humans. Right? Right? Lux the eevee is in a bit of a pickle. She came into contact with a strange pokeball, and... that's where things started to go wrong. Now she's not quite sure who she is, what she is or where she's going. Oh Arceus, I'm a pokemon! But... now what? Updates weekly (so far). A not-so serious fun jaunt through the pokemon world.
