Ya know, sometines I feel like everyone just needs time to let out what they are feeling in any way they can. For me, I try to do something creative or I will play a game that challenges my intelligence a bit.

Or I will shut my bedroom door, smother my face in a pillow, and scream.

Today, I invite all of you who have been having a rough time or are just a little stressed, to do something that helps you unwind. Scream, draw, sing, play a sport, hit something (preferably soft (trust me I've made that mistake)), Etc.
