《Malfoy v. Diggory (reader x draco malfoy x cedric diggory x reader love story)》chapter 13

I start my day off in Muggle Studies with Cedric and I can't help but notice he seems a bit annoyed. Or not. Could be my imagination. Though I would think it has something to do with me leaving his Quidditch match early...and never returning. That night in the Astronomy tower with Draco was- well I don't know, but it was something. We stayed up in the tower till after curfew talking while we stargazed. I honestly enjoy tower time with Draco, he's able to let his guard down a bit. I feel a smile start to grow on my face as I think about this and shake my head to snap out of it.
"Alright there?" Cedric asks looking at me puzzled.
His first words to me today.
"Yeah, just a bug" I say swatting the air around me. "Hey, look about your game, I'm sorry I left early I meant to come back but" I huff "I had a friend emergency. It took a lot longer than I expected".
"It's ok, life happens" he chuckles. "Plus you can make it up to me" he says sending me a wink.
I smile.
"F-For sure, I'll think of something". Well what can we do? It's still early in the week and we can't go to Hogsmeade during the week. Which really sucks I could already use a break from all the work we've been getting. I let my mind wander as class starts.
Professor Burbage teaches us about televisions and how muggles use it as a form of entertainment. Personally I already knew what a telly was I have one at home. Mum loves to bring muggle thing home and I love it when she does, shows there's more out there than just wizards and magic. Burbage walks to the storage closet located inside the classroom and starts to wheel out a telly that's placed on a trolly.
"This students is a television" Burbage says as she presents it enthusiastically with her hands.
The kids look at it in wonder and some even ask if she can turn it on for them.

"No, no there shall be none of that" she responds. "It's known to kill your braincells".
The class boos and moans in disappointment. "Who needs them anyway!" one shouts back.
Professor calms the class down and continues with her lecture about televisions and why they shouldn't be used too often. A load of rubbish if you ask me. I don't watch tv too frequently cause I tend to feel sort of useless sitting around for too long, but I do enjoy a good movie every once in a while.
I lean over to Cedric: "What about a movie tonight?" I ask softly.
"A movie? Like the one Burbage talked about?" he whispers back.
"Yeah, we can come here after dark bring some snacks, blankets, I'm sure she's got a couple movies in the storage closet".
"Alright, but if we get caught I'm blaming it on you y/l/n" he chuckles softly.
I roll my eyes. "We'll get some dessert from the kitchens later yeah?"
He looks at me and smiles warmly. "Wow you just love breaking the rules don't you?"
"Hey! I'm doing this to compensate for missing your Quidditch match ok? It would be nice to hear 'great idea! This night is gonna knock my socks off!' you know something!" I say pretending to be annoyed.
He rolls his eyes playfully in response. "You're right I should be grateful the y/n y/l/n is making time for me".
"Exactly" I say with a wide smile.
Muggle studies finally comes to an end and I say my goodbyes to Cedric as I head over to my next class, then my next class and then my last class. Ugh I can't wait to relax and watch a movie tonight with Ced I think as I drop down on my bed. I take a quick nap before I have to go meet up with Cedric and have a dreamless sleep. By the time I wake up it's dark out and I change out of my robes to put something a little more comfortable on. I grab a couple pillows and some blankets so we have somewhere comfortable to lie and make my way over to the kitchen.

Down the corridor I can see Ced waving to me from afar and soon coming up to help me with the blankets.
"That's very thoughtful of you to bring these" he says turning to me with a smile.
"Comfort first my friend" I add smiling back.
We make it the front of the kitchen and painting filled with all types of fruits on it. Cedric tickles the pear in the painting allowing for a big green door handle to appear.
We walk in and place the pillows and blankets on the counter. "I see you're not a first timer Mr. Diggory".
He lets out a laugh. "Every Hufflepuff knows how to get into the kitchens. It's like a right of passage".
"'Mhm" I hum back suspiciously. He laughs again at my hesitancy to believe him.
He makes his ways to the fridge and opens both the fridge and freezer door. "So, what'll it be tonight y/l/n?" he says as he starts to shuffle things around.
"Hmm any ice cream? Say strawberry or vanilla?" I respond walking towards him.
"Both". He takes both bins of ice cream out of the freezer and places them on the long silver island. I grab some chocolate syrup out of the fridge while Cedric grabs some bowls and spoons. We meet back at the counter and decide which flavor we want. Cedric scoops some vanilla ice cream into my bowl and scoops some strawberry for himself. I drizzle some chocolate over both of our bowls and put the ice cream away.
"Ready?" I ask grabbing the pillows.
Cedric reaches for the blankets and nods.
We walk back out into the dimly lit hall and walk to Burbages classroom. Good thing it's not too far or else the ice cream would've melted. We arrive in front of the classroom door and I hear Mrs. Norris approaching us. Shit.
I quickly pull out my wand and point at the lock and chant "Alohomora". I grab Cedrics shirt and shove him inside the room and quietly close the door hoping Mrs. Norris didn't hear us.
"Merlin, aggressive much?" he laughs.
I roll my eyes. "Oh shove off". I place my things down and gesture for Cedric to follow me to the storage room.
"Woah Y/n, I didn't know you liked me like that" he says backing away from me slowly.
I grab his arm and pull him into the closet. "I see we got a jokester tonight huh? Why are you so happy? You're, usually more- well serious, no offense" I add as we pull the trolly which the tv sits on out of the closet.
"I don't know, I'm just happy to be spending time with you I guess" we place the trolly in the center of the room but turn it so that the screen is facing the back wall. "You bring out the best in me what can I say" he says smiling down at me.
I take his hand in mine. "That's sweet" I respond looking up at with a smile him.
We grab the blankets, pillows and ice cream and move them to the back of the room in front of the screen. We place a blanket down on the ground and pillows against the wall. I walk over to the trolly and notice two movies sitting on it next to a dvd player. What a hypocrite. I let out a scoff. So much for 'tv rots the brain' Burbage.
"So what're the options?" Cedric asks as he takes a seat on the blanket.
"Not much, we got two options: The Breakfast Club or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. You pick" I ask turning back to him.
"Tell me what they're about".
"Well the Breakfast Club is a personal favorite and-"
"Ok, let's do that one then" he responds eagerly.
"But I didn't even tell you about the other one" I chuckle.
He smiles. "No need, if it's a personal favorite it must be good".
"It is good, just you wait". I place the disk in the dvd player and adjust the volume before joining Cedric in our makeshift bed. I feel him inch closer and wrap an arm around me inviting me to lay my head on his chest. I feel like I could stay here forever. It feels so safe and warm, just like Cedric.

Softest Lips | on hold
𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧-𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝-"I just kissed the softest lips that god has ever madeAnd I am so in love with the girl to whom these lips he gave." Orianne was a lover girl, whom some considered a hopeless romantic, but she wouldn't dare let the opinions of others knock her off her pivot. She was a young woman who knew what she wanted, and to her, there was nothing wrong with that. She desired the husband, children, dates, random gifts, trips, family outings, and so on.Some would say the reason she can't keep a man is because her standards are high. Which is a ridiculous take. Yes, her standards may be "high," but that's because her father set the tone. She knows what she wants and how she's supposed to be treated, and if you're not giving her that, then you have to go. Out of the few men she has dealt with, she lets them know beforehand what she wants, and it's not her fault that they choose to lead her on under the impression that they wanted the same thing. Another reason men tend to leave her alone is because she's a woman of status, a woman of her word, and a woman about her business. She handles her own and has her own which tends to bruise a man's ego. When asked what she brings to the table, she has a solid answer. She doesn't just bring herself or her body-that's the bonus-she brings communication, trust, comprehension, stability, submission, commitment, and so on. The main question of the matter is, how will Miss. Orianne react when a 19 year old wants to sweep her off her feet and give her everything she wants and more?𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐲: me
