《Return • Todoroki ff》Chapter 15

As the pair ate they continued to indulge in their conversations occasionally asking the other person a question. This was done so that they could understand each other, mainly because a person's personality can change a lot in just a few years.
"Are you done?" Todoroki asked as he took the napkin by the table to wipe his mouth.
Niko nodded in reply and Todoroki called the waiter over to ask for the bill.
"How much was my meal?"
"It's fine you don't have to pay me I was the one who called you out to eat dinner with me after all. It's my treat," Todoroki said as he took out his wallet and walked to the cashier to pay for their meal.
After he paid he walked back to the table and offered to help Niko carry her stuff as they walked out of the restaurant.
"Do you want to go on a walk before you go back?" Todoroki asked and Niko nodded in reply.
The pair quietly walked through the streets, somehow Niko felt at peace whenever she was with Todoroki perhaps it was because of their past. Whenever Niko felt stress and grumpy back in the days when she was still in UA, she would always drop Todoroki a text and he would immediately come over to give her cuddles until she felt better.
As they were walking Todoroki suddenly spoke up, "Are you ready for tomorrow?"
"Tomorrow?"
"The day that we are going back to UA?"
"Ahhh, no not really why do you ask?"
"You see I heard from Midoriya that Aizawa-sensei may make us spar or show off our quirk to the current class so that they can feel more inspired by us?"
"But... it has been a while since I practiced my quirk, the last time I did was with my brother who had offered to train me," Niko said as she sat down on a nearby bench.

"Let's just try our best tomorrow," Todoroki said as he smiled.
"Well I guess that's all we can do for now, I have to head home before my younger brother starts to nag at me," Niko said as she stood up and swung her bag across her shoulder.
"I guess I'll head back too, I'll see you tomorrow then," Todoroki said as he waved goodbye to Niko before walking off to where he had parked his car.
As Niko was walking towards the car her phone rang. When she switched on her phone and clicked into the messages she realised the message was from an unknown number.
Unknown number Niko
YAH YOU LOSER WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT YOU'RE BACK IN JAPAN
Katsuki?
WHO ELSE
Just as I suspected, anyways calm down and how did you get my number?
OBVIOUSLY I ASKED
You asked? Now that's a first.
YOU ******
Woah woah calm down anyways what did you want?
I was just checking if you were coming for the reunion tomorrow.
Awwww is Katsuki worrying about me??
NO I AM NOT. YOU BETTER SAVE MY NUMBER OR I'M GONNA BLOW YOU OFF A CLIFF TOMORROW
Okok goodnight Katsuki :)) (seen by unknown)
"Tsk that stupid idiot seened me," Niko mumbled as she saved Bakugou's number as 'Explosive hedgehog✨❤️'
After she saved Bakugou's number she started her car and turned on the GPS to start her drive back home. After she reached home she parked her car and walk towards the front door. As soon as she opened the front door, Asahi's face appeared in front of her.
"Oh my god Asahi what are you doing!"
"Waiting for you."
"For?" Niko asked as she took off her shoes.
"Math."
"Isn't there anyone else in the house that you can ask?"

"Mum and dad went out to attend their friend's wedding anniversary party. Akari said she didn't know how to do so that leaves you," Asahi replied taking the math paper from behind him and handing it to Niko.
"I just came back and you're asking me to do math?" Niko asked and Asahi nodded in reply.
Niko sighed as she took the paper from her brother's hand and stared at the question as she walked up the stairs to her room with Asahi following behind her closely. Niko opened the door to her room and sat down on the chair in front of her vanity.
"Asahi isn't this the same kind of question that you asked me this afternoon?"
"Is it? I still don't understand," Asahi said as he smirked.
Niko knew he was doing it on purpose and was knocked his head with the paper.
"Hey that hurts! Besides I really don't understand," Asahi said as he touched where Niko knocked.
"I am going to explain to you one last time and that's it."
After Asahi finally got how to solve the question he went out of Niko's room and left Niko in her room to get ready for bed.
"N.I.K.O G.E.T U.P!" A voice said as they jumped on her bed. Niko didn't have to open her eyes to know who the culprit was.
"ASAHI HITORI GET OFF MY BED AT ONCE," Niko shouted as she sat up on her bed and opened her eyes to stare at Asahi who stopped jumping to sit down in front of her.
"Don't you have school today?!"
"Well you see.... Principal Nezu said that since the previous batch of students are coming back we are allowed to report to school at 11am today! Though we'll be ending later."
"Aha, then isn't it better if you go to school earlier at least you can come back home earlier," Niko asked as she got off her bed.
"Maybe? I don't know that's what the whole school agreed on so yea."
Niko shrugged at her younger brother's answer and pointed at the door asking him to get out so that she could get ready. Asahi obeyed since he didn't want to make his sister mad knowing how scary she can become if she becomes mad.
After Asahi got out of her room Niko went to the bathroom with her change of clothes to brush her teeth and get ready for the day. After changing she got out and walked to the vanity to tie her hair up into a high ponytail and took the things she required for today before walking down the stairs to the dining table to have her meal.
"You're not wearing your hero costume?"
"Dear brother if you have forgotten the last time I wore it was a good 3 years ago. Do you really think I can fit into the hero costume I once wore?"
"Well maybe you can since you didn't grow much-" Asahi commented and Niko kicked his leg from under the table as a response.
"That's what you get for disrespecting your sister," Niko said as she smirked.
Asahi whined in reply as he continued to consume his meal. Niko laughed at his reaction before she took another bite out of her scrambled eggs.
After they finished their meal, the siblings walked to the front door to wear their shoes before getting into Niko's car to drive to UA.
