Early in the morning, Heeyeon removed the hand around her waist and got down the bed. She started preparing breakfast and fish soup.

While preparing all these, the past memories flashed across her mind. She could still remember things that happened the first day she came here.

Jin opened his eyes and found Heeyeon's not beside him. He jumped out of the bed and went out searching for her. Finally he found her busy doing her stuff in the kitchen and didn't even notice he's standing there. He went forward and hugged her from behind.

Heeyeon was shocked and dropped the spoon.

"Yah! can you not appear behind me all of the sudden?" She puts her hand on her chest and exhales.

Jin laughs at the reaction of the lady.

"Having a weak heart?" He slides his hand around her waist.

Heeyeon hits his hand around her waist,

"Go away"

She becomes flustered at his action, she turned around facing him and blushed more when he saw him topless.

"Why didn't you put on your shirt before coming out?"

Jin smiling cheekily.

"It doesn't matter, you have seen my everything.." He winks.

"Yah!! Aish.. please get out of the kitchen. Don't disturb me." Heeyeon getting used to his cheesy acts.

"I want my breakfast.." Jin pouts.

"Hmm, I remembered someone had told me, there's no need to prepare breakfast for him because he's used eating out right?" Heeyeon smirks, teasing him on purpose.

"I— erm.. that was in the past!" Jin defending himself.

"Yeah yeah, go and wash up now!" She pushes away Jin and continues to do her cooking.

After washing up, he puts on his office suit and went to the dining area. He saw breakfast prepared and lay on the table. He recalled the scenes when Heeyeon first came his place.

He smelled the aroma of the food coming in the kitchen. He decided to go out of the bedroom.

Heeyeon shouted from the kitchen.

"Have it while hot before you go to work..!"

Jin went in and pulled her out.

"Sit down and eat with me."

"I am not done yet! My maeun-tang soup (spicy fish soup)! Let me put them in the flask first."

After a few minutes, she returned back and has breakfast with him.

"I'll fetch you to the hospital.." He spoke.

"Don't you have to work? It's ok for me to do the checkup by myself."

"Just a while only, no need to worry."

"Alright, I shall get changed."

Jin nodded his head.

Should I tell her I am meeting that Cho Joohyun? Wonder why is she looking for me..

After changing, Heeyeon left with Jin and headed to the hospital. Upon reaching the out entrance,

"After this are you going home?"

Heeyeon shrugged her shoulders.

"I don't know.."

"Wherever you are, just give me a call. I'll go fetch you and go to my house, you have never been there before."

"Okay.. Be careful on the road."

Jin smiles.

"I will."

Watching her entering the hospital, Jin left for work. When Heeyeon reached, she saw Jin's mother is there too.

She shyly smiled

"Hello auntie..."

His mother smiled backed at her and started to speak,

"Heeyeon-ah you're here already... did Jin tell you about having dinner at my place?"

"He did.." Heeyeon nodded as she poured the fish soup for Jin's grandfather.

Kim Jae Chul drink the soup while Mrs. Kim and Heeyeon were chatting. While chatting, Heeyeon got to know that Jin's grandfather is discharging today. He wanted to drink her fish soup that's why he is still staying in the ward.

Heeyeon looks at Jin's grandfather, appreciating that he likes it.

"Actually, if you want to drink fish soup, you can always call me. I can bring it to you."

Kim Jae Chul ignored her and continued drinking. Heeyeon just stared as she understand the usual attitude of Jin's grandfather.

"Heeyeon.. want to follow us home?" Mrs. Kim offered.

"I..." Heeyeon still decisioning.

"I might be going back to office." Jin's grandfather added.

Mrs. Kim sighed and replied, "Abeoji... you are just discharged today."

"Stay at home and rest harabeoji (grandfather).. you can always return to office tomorrow.. Though wealth is important, health is more important. Without health, there won't be wealth! Spare a thought for people who are concern about you." Heeyeon spoke.

Jin's grandfather didn't answer. After finishing the soup, Heeyeon washed the flask and bowls.

Jin's grandfather finally opened his mouth.

"Come with us so you won't have to run another trip later..."

"You... not going back office?" Heeyeon asked.

He just kept quiet; he still won't admit in front of others that he just listens to Heeyeon. Seeing that, Mrs. Kim and Heeyeon smiled at each other.

While leaving the hospital, Heeyeon saw Ken rushing into the hospital. She stopped him and found out that his mother had fallen sick, so she took the address from Jin's mother asking them to leave first while she visits Ken's mother. After visiting his mother, Ken and Heeyeon went a café.

Ken started the conversation. "So.. how have you been?"

"Doing fine.. what about you?"

"Still the same old me." Ken sighed and smiled.

"Your mother.."

"Her aliment just relapsed."

Heeyeon smiled as she knows that his mom is fine. "You.. must take good care of her."

"I will. By the way are you still staying there?"

Heeyeon didn't answer him because she saw Jin entered the café with another lady. The lady is tall, beautiful and elegant. Ken's back was facing the door so he didn't know what is Heeyeon looking at. She had seen the smiles on him while chatting with the lady.

Ken started to wave her hand in front of her.

"Helloooo earth to Heeyeonnn!"

Heeyeon stopped staring and blink.

"Huh?"

"What are you looking at?" Ken slightly tilted his head"

Heeyeon shakes her head and smiled.

"Oh, it's nothing.."

Jin's table was just two tables adjacent to Heeyeon's. He realized Heeyeon and Ken's presence while walking towards the seats. He was surprised to see Heeyeon there and the moment he saw Ken, his face turned sour. The lady beside him noticed his face changed.

The girl noticed it and her hand pats around his arms. "Are you alright?"

"I am fine." He stoically answered.

The moment Heeyeon saw them walking towards their seats, she ignored their presence totally especially seeing the lady hands at Jin's arm.

Heeyeon asked Ken to go out of the café.

"Ken-ah let's go."

"Alright.. I shall pick the tab." Ken points out.

She nods her head. "Sure, I'll wait for you outside."

"Alright."

Ken and Heeyeon got out from their seats, Ken proceed to the counter while Heeyeon went out of the café. Seeing them leaving, Jin went after Heeyeon .

"I will be right back." He stand at his seat and went out searching for Heeyeon, went up and grabbed her arms."

Heeyeon swept his hand away.

"Later give me a call and I'll fetch you."

Heeyeon gives off her cold attitude

"I have the address. I go my own way there."

Jin frowned.

That cold attitude of hers is back. I should have told her.

Heeyeon left with Ken when he steps out. Jin wanted to stop her but she reminded him someone's waiting for him in the café.After seeing her leave, he went back in.

"Sorry about that.." Jin returned at his seat.

"Actually you are a promising young man, no wonder my parents would want us to be together.."

"Ms Cho..."

"Call me Joohyun."

"That was their agreement, and I never agreed to that. Besides I have a fiancée, we're planning to get married soon."

Cho Joohyun stunned by the man's words.

"What?! You are getting married soon?"

"This is true. How much do you understand about me? Do you love me? You are really that ready to accept the arranged marriage? Or maybe I should say business marriage? I don't need my marriage to enhance my career. What's more that, "

Joohyun gots impatient as she knows his motive.

"You are trying to say that I am being naïve? What makes you think I don't like you?"

"My apologies if I have said anything that provokes you but do you think are worth sacrificing your happiness for business?"

Joohyun sighs and started to speak.

"My main purpose of meeting you today is to let you know we can try being together."

"I am sorry. My heart has no space for others. I believe you will find someone you love next time." He stood up and getting ready to leave.

"Really no chance at all?" Joohyun hugged and glared.

Jin shook his head and left. His mind now is filled with nothing but Heeyeon. He starts to panic, because her cold attitude towards is back. He knows she has misunderstood and starts blaming himself for not telling her.

They went through so much before they came to this stage, he must really do something.

While on the other hand, Joohyun is still unwilling to give Jin up. Of all guys, she's attracted to Jin that's also why she didn't object when her parents told her about the marriage between both of them.

Now he's here telling her that he's getting married soon and the bride is someone else not her. She decided to go to Kim Jae Chul's place to ask him, since he was the one who decided on it.

After Heeyeon left the café, Ken wanted to send her back but she rejected his offer and asked him to keep his mother accompany.

"Heeyeon.."

She turned back. "Yes?"

"Just now that guy.."

Heeyeon knows who is he talking about and stopped her steps. "Yes? What about it?"

"Is he your—"

"My fiancé."

Ken was surprised at his friend's words.

There goes my dreams...

"I see, don't forget to invite me when you are getting married." Ken smiled.

Heeyeon smiled back. "I will."

After departing, Heeyeon followed the address and went to Kim's residence. Their housekeeper opened the door for her. When guided to the living room, she saw Kim Jae Chul and Mrs. Kim sitting at the sofa.

"Heeyeon you are here.."

"Aunty.. ha..harabeoji"

"I still feeling your awkwardness calling me "harabeoji" (grandfather) then I think you should start calling me by it Heeyeon. That sounds better." Jin's grandfather replied.

Heeyeon smiled lightly and diverts another topic.

"So have you taken your medication?"

Jin's grandfather didn't respond but Jin's mother answered Heeyeon that he did. Not too long later, Jin and Minha met outside.

"Cous where's my future sis-in-law?"

Jin shrugged his shoulders expressionless.

Both of them entered the house, with Minha keep bombarding him with questions but he has never replied any of them. He was thinking how Heeyeon will treat him later.

"Oh? Both of you back so early? That's rare..." Mrs. Kim saw the two of them.

"I am anxious to meet my future sis-in-law~" Minha said to her aunty.

The moment he saw Heeyeon seated there, Jin's expressions changed. Naturally he walked and sat next to her but she seems to snob him. The moment he sat down, she moved away. The rest of them didn't notice their actions and continued talking.

"You are Heeyeon, my future sis-in-law!" Minha smiles as she holds both of Heeyeon's hands.

Heeyeon smiled and gladly accepts her gesture as she move away her hands from her. "I am, but—"

Jin interrupts the talk,

"Of course, she's your future sis-in-law."

"You really have an unique characteristics. No wonder my brother is so attracted to you. You know what he has never lost his temper to anyone since he was 10 years old, not even to gramps. Yet you are the only one—"

Heeyeon just sat there listened but never respond to it, while Jin noticed the coldness she gave him. He knew, she's going to treat him the same as before. He knows there's no point explaining to her now so he can only wait till at night when they are back at their apartment.

After dinner, both of them returned home. Heeyeon's attitude was still cold towards him. He sighed. When they reached home, Heeyeon went straight to the bedroom and Jin naturally followed her. Who knows, she threw him a pillow and blanket and closed the door.

Jin knocks at the door.

"Heeyeon.. open the door. Listen to me... Heeyeon..."

He knows no matter how hard he knocks on the door, she just won't open. He had no choice but to sleep on the sofa. While Heeyeon who is lying on the bed is worried if he will catch a cold because it's cold when it's late night. She kept tossing on the bed couldn't get to sleep.

In the end, she went out to the living room and saw Jin sleeping on the sofa-bed. Seeing that his blanket had dropped, she went forward and picked it up. She covers for him gently but didn't realize that he hasn't sleep. All of the sudden, Jin grabbed her hands and pulled her towards him.

Heeyeon shrieked.

Jin hugs her tightly. "I knew you would come out."

Heeyeon struggles to get out of his hug. "Let go mister!"

Jin continues to cuddle her.

"I don't want to, why should I? You are worried; you are worried for me that's why you came out!"

"I am thirsty, just want to go to kitchen get some water."

Jin cheekily smiles. "There's water in the room."

"Aishhh, you.."

Before she could say anything else, Jin pinned her down and kissed her.

Heeyeon pushes him slightly away, pinched both of his cheeks. "Stop you there!"

Jin removes both of her hands and starts to seat properly in the couch, staring at her.

"Why were you there with that guy?"

"I don't owe you any explanation." Heeyeon responds as she still lays down and stares at the ceiling.

Jin knows she's angry so he had no choice but to swallow back his anger.

"Things are not like what you saw..."

"I have said before, you don't have to explain things to me."

Heeyeon decided to move and seat on the couch. Jin sighed.

"Can't you just listen to me? That person I don't have to say you know who she is. I am sorry, I should have told you I am meeting her—"

Heeyeon interrupts him.

"I have said before, you don't have to explain things to me!"

"She came looking for me saying that she agrees with the idea of the arrange marriage."

Heeyeon sarcastically replied, looks down.

"That's good then."

"But I told her, I won't exchange my happiness for career.. and I won't marry her."

Heeyeon started to look at him as Jin moves closer to her.

"You know how I feel.."

Heeyeon trying hard to push him away.

"Have you heard before a leopard will never change its spots?"

Jin decided to give up arguing with her and use his actions to prove. He lowered his body again and gave her a passionate kiss. Initially Heeyeon struggled and rejected his kiss but in the end she softened in his hugs. He broke the kiss when he saw Heeyeon blushing like a tomato.

Jin leans his forehead against hers.

"I have given you my heart," he stated as puts his palm to his chest. "I don't have anymore space here for anyone else except you."

Seeing that Heeyeon seems touched by what he said, she kissed her back.

"You sounded weird when you talk cheesy things like this." Heeyeon smirked. Jin just laughed it away.

They decided to sleep together back at the bedroom.

Next day morning, while both of them were still asleep. Jin received a phone call from his cousin.

Jin rises on his laying postion as he rubs his eyes, he still feels sleepy.

"What you want?"

"Just to tell you Cho Joohyun is here, think you better make your way here!" She retorts.

"Aish, I will!" Jin lowered his phone and turns off the call.

Heeyeon is being waked at the voice, she yawns and stares at Jin.

"Why are you frowning and flaring early in the morning?"

"Cho Joohyun has gone to my mother's place."

Jin frowned but after seeing Xiaoyu nodding her head, he felt relaxed.

"So.. shouldn't you make your way there now before she does anything?" She up and started pushing him off the bed and started to fix up the pillows.

Jin stands up and stares at her.

"I will definitely go over now but—" He goes forward to her and puts her arm on her shoulder. "—you must go with me!"

Heeyeon raises her eyebrows, blinked. "Why must I?"

"You are my fiancée, shouldn't you face this together with me?" He flicks her forehead.

"Don't think I won't know what you are thinking, I won't let you have the chance to run away from me again!"

He passed the clothes to her, pulled her to the bathroom door.

"Ah what the—"

"You have to go with me!" Jin insisted.

Heeyeon had no choice but to leave with Jin.

The moment they reached the doorstep they heard voices.

"You and my father had suggested on Jin to marry me, and now your grandson is saying that he's not going to marry me. What is this?" Cho Joohyun slightly raises the tone of her voice, showing that she is agitated.

Jin's grandfather giving her a stern look

"That was only a suggestion.. not a must!"

Actually in Kim Jae Chul's heart, he has already treats Heeyeon as his granddaughter-in-law.

"Then what is this?"

"If you are really interested in this marriage, during my one month you stay in the hospital, would you visit me only once? You just came once."

Jin decides to go in as he holds Heeyeon's hand and entered the house. "Ms. Cho, haven't I made my stand clear?"

She saw him holding Heeyeon's hand. She looked at her from head to toe and couldn't see that she's way better than her.

She points at Heeyeon.

"She's the one you are going to marry? Who is she? As rich as me? Is she able to help you in your career? I don't think so.. just a look at her, to me she's just a poor girl. You are not worthy of his love. You can't help him in anything—"

Jin flares up by Joohyun's words.

"It's not up to you to decide!"

Jin's grandfather added.

"She's my ideal granddaughter-in-law. No one else fits this position other than her. She has been treating others with her sincerity no matter how much I used to hate her. She took care of me when I was sick, visit me everyday, talking to me, trying to understand me. I threw tantrums at her, but that didn't stop her from visiting me. She knew I hate fish, she had her ways of making me like it."

"What about you? Being born rich, spendthrift do you ever know how to respect your elders? Anyway, for your information, Jin and Heeyeon will be getting married soon. No matter what you say, I won't let my granddaughter-in-law leave. Now you have heard everything so please make your way out of my house!"

All of them were stunned when Kim Jae Chul said all those. Jin never expect his grandfather to tell Cho Joohyun all these. He knows he had accepted Heeyeon but didn't know that he has already accepted her as his granddaughter-in-law.

After hearing all those, she had no choice but to stomp out of the house. After she left, Minha went up to her grandfather.

"Gramps.. do you mean what you said?" Minha looks her grandfather with wide eyes.

"I..meant what have I said?" Jin's grandfather just simply answered, awkwardness felt as he realizes the situation.

"You said cous will be getting married soon!" Minha grinned.
