Mabel was sitting on the bed, when Sev'ral Timez approached her.
"Mabel," Chubby Z started. "You got to hear this, it's a song we wrote to say thank you."
Mabel smiled. "Oh, boy! Songs are like hugs that mouths give to ears."
The boy band stood back, before starting the song:
"Mabel girl, we dream of being free! (so free). But now we know, that that can never be! You know what friends are all about! You kicked those dirty liars out!"
Mabel's smile wavered nervously. "Starting to feel guilty here..."
"Break it down, now!" Deep Chris sang, before the rest of band joined in. "Who's the girl, who's so a'ight? Tucks us into bed at night! Holds the fan up while we sing! Keeps us entertained with string! My shirt was wrinkled, til' she pressed it! Chews our food, so we can digest it! He was evil, cold and reckless, YOU GAVE ME THIS CANDY NECKLACE!" The boy band held up their candy necklaces, with smiles on their faces.
Mabel sat there, now teary eyed.
"Mabel, girl, we know you looove us so~" Sev'ral Timez sang.
"And that's why I have to let you go," Mabel sighed.

Dipper was thrown to the ground.
There were multiple rips in his clothing, and he used his sword to help himself to his feet. Meanwhile, Bill was watching from behind a tree, where Dipper ordered him to stay.
Bill almost stepped out. "Pine Tree--"
"Stay where you are!" Dipper shouted.
There was a loud snap, and an arrow grazed past his cheek. Dipper cried out, when blood leaked from the opened cut. Robbie launched at him with surprising agility, and Dipper swung his sword at him. His weapon pulsed with light, and sent a whip of blue fire into Robbie's face.
The Cupid fell back, clutching his face, which was emitting smoke. When he removed his hands, his flesh was unscathed, but his collar was torn, revealing half of his mouth. Robbie recovered quickly, and took out another arrow, and shot it in Dipper's direction.
Bill felt his heart drop, when it grazed past the brunette's shoulder. Dipper released his sword, and clutched his wound, blood already soaking his uniform. The blond was about to run to his aid, when another form stepped in front of him.
"Come with me peacefully, then you won't get hurt," Wendy said, in an empty voice.
Bill shook his head. "Red, stop this!"
The redheaded Guardian didn't listen, and tried to make a grab for him. Bill tried to dodge, but at the last swipe, she grabbed his wrists.
"Sorry about this, but you leave me no choice!" Bill yelled, then kicked her in the midsection.
Wendy groaned, and fell back. Bill watched as she heaved and bent over, and tried to figure out whether to run or see if she was okay.
Then, something happened, Wendy's eyes flickered from green to gold, and when she spoke, it was her own voice again. "Bill...the CD...you have to..."
Bill stared. "Do what?"
Wendy didn't answer, she growled under her breath like a wild animal. She rose again, her eyes a blazing gold. Bill didn't hesitate, and started climbing the tree. Wendy shook the trunk furiously, and Bill felt queasy, as he perched on the tallest branch. He really hated heights.
Bill thought about what Wendy said. The CD must be something important then. Maybe, it was the source of Jill's mind control? He had to destroy it, then! But, he didn't have it with him.

Fez!, Bill remembered.
Quickly, he fished in his pocket, and pulled out his phone. As he did that, the tree suddenly rattled. He looked down, to see Wendy swinging her axe against the trunk, almost tearing through it. Panicking, Bill dialed in the shack's landline number, and his heart paced as he waited.
Pick up! Pick up! Pick up!
Beep! "Hello, it's Stan!"
"Fez, listen to me!" Bill said, urgently. "I need you to find the record and destroy it!"
"Huh...what?"
Bill cried out, when the tree began to tilt dangerously to the side. He accidentally slid off the branch, but managed to grab hold of it at the last second, his legs dangling in Wendy's reach.
"Just do it!" Bill shouted into the phone. "There's no time to explain!"
"Okay, I left it in my record player...now where is it? Is it in the living room...Nope...not under the table either....Maybe in the kitchen? Hmm, nothing in the fridge, except for this leftover pudding." Stan eating could be heard on the other side of the line. "Mmm, good pudding. Good pudding."
Bill almost cursed at him, but then he yelped, when Wendy grabbed his ankle. The blond gripped the branch tighter, as the redhead tried to drag him down. Meanwhile, Bill could see that Dipper was becoming tired and could barely move, and Robbie was aiming his last arrow at the brunette's heart.
"STAN!" Bill screamed.
"Found it!" Stan said, triumphantly. "And I'm melting it as we speak...Oops, I spilled some on the floor...you might need a new floor." Then, the Day Guardian hung up.
There was a gasp below him, and Bill looked down, relieved to see Wendy's natural green eyes again. Wendy gave him a grateful smile, and helped him down. They turned to Dipper and Robbie, and the Cupid was helping the brunette stand on his two feet.
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but thank you," Robbie told Dipper.
All Dipper could do was breathe heavily, blood dripping from his cheek and shoulder. Bill didn't think, and ran up to the brunette. Dipper almost gasped, when the blond wrapped his arms around him.
Dipper stood there for a second, before patting Bill gently on the head. "Don't worry, I'll be okay," He reassured.
Realizing what he was doing, Bill backed away. "Sorry..."
Dipper regarded him with concern, then turned his attention on Wendy when she spoke. "Robbie, I had no idea you were mindcontrolled this whole time."
"It's alright, babe," Robbie breathed, affectionately.
Wendy gave him a warm look. "I'm glad, you're back to normal."
Robbie's eyes brightened, but that didn't last long. He glanced in Dipper's direction, the brunette's gaze was rimmed with sadness. Robbie turned back to the redhead.
"Wendy, I have something to tell you."
Wendy looked at him questioningly. "What is it?"
"I want to break up."
There was a moment of shock, with no one saying anything. Robbie slid Dipper off his shoulder, before handing him to Bill to take care of.
Finally, Wendy responded. "Are you serious?"
Robbie nodded. "I'm sorry, but I have to do this," He said, for moment, glancing in Dipper's direction. "Goodbye, Wendy."
Then, with that, the Cupid walked away as though nothing happened. Wendy was dumbstruck, before she bowed her head.
"What was that?" Bill whispered to Dipper.
Dipper seemed to be the only one who wasn't confused. "Robbie is the Cupid of Broken Hearts. Whenever there is a broken heart, he has to fix it...no matter the cost."

Bill frowned in realization. "So, he sensed a broken heart in you. He broke up with Wendy...just so you can have her."
Dipper nodded. "I guess Robbie decided to be the bigger man tonight."
Bill looked at him for a while, before turning to Wendy. His chest ached at the sight of his crestfallen friend. No matter how hard it was, he had to be the bigger man too.
"Go to her," Bill said.
Dipper bit his lip nervously. "I don't--"
"This is possibly the only chance you have," Bill pointed out, giving him an encouraging smile. "Go to her. I'll walk back to the shack on my own."
Dipper hesitated, before sliding off him and slowly approaching Wendy. Bill looked on, trying to feel happy about this. This was good. If Dipper went out with Wendy, she'll be happy and the blond wouldn't have to worry about a silly crush. This was good...it had to be.
Bill turned around, and walked away, feeling his stomach drop by the second. Meanwhile, Dipper settled beside Wendy, looking at her in concern.
"Are you okay?"
Wendy sighed heavily. "I think...I will be."
"Alright," Dipper said, gingerly.
There was a long pause between them, then Wendy said. "Are you going to confess your love to me?"
Dipper's eyes widened. "I, uh...you knew?"
Wendy nodded, with a soft smile. "Yes....and, I'm sorry, Dipper, but I only see you as a friend."
Dipper bowed his head. Frankly, he expected to feel much worse from the rejection. But, he only felt a slight ache, not enough to crush him.
"It's alright, Wendy," Dipper reassured.
Wendy looked at him curiously. "Are you sure you had genuine feelings for me? This is similar to when you dated Kill. You force yourself to have feelings for others, to cover up the feelings you have for him?"
"I suppose," Dipper admitted, blushing.
"Do you still like him?"
The male Guardian's brow furrowed. "I can't like him, Wendy. If I allow myself to, then I'll only get hurt again..."
The redhead gazed at him thoughtfully. "Why are you so convinced that Bill will betray us again?"
Dipper remained silent, because the truth was, he had no answer.
"I'm just afraid," He said, his voice shaky. "Afraid of feeling hopeless...like when Bill threw Ford into that portal. Why did he do it, did he hate me that much?"
Dipper felt tears forming in the rims of his eyes, and he quickly wiped them. He felt a warm hand resting on his shoulder, and he turned to Wendy.
"Give him a second chance," Wendy insisted. "It won't turn out like that, I promise."
Dipper looked at her, doubt filled him. "OK...I hope so."
The two stared into the night, a comfortable silence around them. Despite being a little hurt, Dipper couldn't have asked for a better friend like Wendy.
Meanwhile, a distance away from Lookout Point, Bill was walking down the path heading to the shack. As he processed what had just occurred, a shadow loomed over him.
"Mind if I walk with you?"
Bill turned, to see Robbie beside him. "May I asked, how blind are you to not see the broken heart right in front of you?"
Robbie chuckled softly. "So you admit it, you have a thing for soldier boy?"
Bill didn't answer, and Robbie nudged him playfully. "You could've stopped me, though," The Cupid said. "You could've taken him for yourself."
"Trust me, I wish I was that selfish," Bill remarked. "Sympathy sucks."
"Yep," Robbie agreed, a look of sadness in his eyes.
Bill regarded him curiously. "So, is that why you gave Red up? You felt sorry for Pine Tree?"
"It's my damn job," The Cupid said, defiantly. "I have to make a best possible outcome for love."
Bill laughed sadly. "Yeah, I'm sure Red and Pine Tree will make a great couple."
"Wow, you really are stupid."
Bill gave him a sharp look. "What?"
Robbie rolled his eyes. "You thought I was setting Dipper up with Wendy? No, I was only giving him a dose of reality, to show him what he really wanted."
Bill squinted at him. "What the hell are you talking about?"
Robbie quickened his pace. "Remember, I don't give a crap about you or Dipper, this is just my job."
Bill was about to press him for information, when he heard a call behind him. He turned, seeing Dipper catching up to him.
"Hey, Bill" Dipper smiled.
Bill smiled back, then glanced at Robbie, only to see that the Cupid was gone.
"Bill, are you okay?"
The blond turned back to him. "Yeah...how did it go with Red?"
Dipper made a sad smile. "I was friendzoned..."
Bill stared, and kinda felt bad for feeling a burst of happiness. "Oh, sorry about that."
"It's fine," Dipper reassured. "Can I...walk with you?"
Bill smiled warmly. "Sure."
❇❇❇
The sky had hues of orange, as the sun began to rise. Candy, Grenda, and Will gathered around the shack.
"OK, let's save those boys," Will said. "And hopefully, get my room back."
The two Raven Warriors nodded. Will was about to open the front door, when Mabel stepped out. She wore a regretful expression.
"Guys, I'm so sorry," Mabel said. "A catchy song made me realize you were right, can you ever forgive me?"
The three hesitated, before smiling. "Of course," Will said.
Mabel smiled in relief, and they went into a group hug. A moment later, Sev'ral Timez stepped out.
"What's going on, Mabel girl?" Chubby Z asked.
"You said you had something to show us?" Leggy P pointed out.
Mabel turned to them, then gestured outside. "Yep, this!"
Chubby Z squinted at the rising sun. "Yo, dawg, who is this big round, bright, fool?"
"That's the sun, Chubby Z," Mabel explained.
"This fool is making my eyes hurt straight painful! I'm gonna stare this fool down," He said, before staring intensely at the sun until his eyes watered. "Arrgh!"
"Yo, hold up, what's this green mess?" Deep Chris asked, pointing to the grass.
"That's nature, you guys are free now," Mabel told them.
Deep Chris tilted his head. "Fa-ree?"
"Free! It's means you can leave!" Mabel cried. "Go, get out of here!"
The boy band hesitantly moved forward. Once they were nearly into the woods, they looked back at the Guardian.
Mabel teared up. "Go, before I change my mind!"
They smiled gratefully at her, before disappearing into the woods.
Will patted Mabel's arm gently. "You did the right thing."
"Thanks," She sniffed.
There was a pause, then Candy said. "They won't last a week."
❇❇❇
"And that's how Mabel liberated an entire teen pop boy band."
"What the actual hell, Will?"
Will shrugged, laying on his bed. "Yeah, I still don't get it either," He sighed. "So, it seems you also had fun, breaking Robbie and Wendy from Jill's mind control."
Bill sighed, sitting on his bed. "I think you and I lost the meaning fun as soon as we got here."
Will chuckled. Then stopped, as he remembered something. "Earlier, you had something important to tell me?"
Bill hesitated, before reaching down. Will watched intently, as he pulled out a piece of paper from underneath his mattress. "What's that?"
"I think it's a warning," Bill answered, carefully.
He spent a while explaining how he gotten the paper, and his suspicions surrounding it. Will was left in shock.
"Who sent this?"
"I don't know," Bill said, turning the paper over. "And, for some reason, they drew this blueprint."
"Maybe this Tad guy is returning, and this machine can stop him?" Will suggested. "Maybe, it can also stop Jill and Kill."
Bill breathed heavily. "I'm not sure, I'll just have to show Shooting Star and Pine Tree, maybe they can help."
"If you think so," Will said.
Bill glanced at him, then made an amused smile. "You know, for a minute, I thought the letter was warning me about you."
Will blinked. "Really?"
"Yeah," He chuckled. "But, don't worry, I know you'd never hurt me."
The blue haired boy smiled warmly at him. "Of course...though, it's kinda funny that you were scared of me for a second."
"Hey! I wasn't scared, I was cautious," Bill snapped.
Will grinned. "OK, tough guy," He said, then laid down on his bed. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight, Will," Bill said, before turning off the light.
The blond laid down, and closed his eyes.
"Bill..."
Bill furrowed his brow.
"Bill, can you hear me?"
The blond groaned, the voice in his head becoming louder.
"Beware of Will, okay?"
Bill trembled.
"He will end you."
His breathing paced.
"HE WILL END YOU."
Bill's eyes shot open and launched up, panting heavily. His chest ached from his throbbing heartbeat. Slowly, he turned to his brother, who was sleeping soundly. For the first time in his life, Bill only felt one emotion towards Will at this moment:
Fear.
❇❇❇
"GODDAMMIT!"
Crash!
Kill rolled his eyes. Jill was on a rampage, throwing mugs everywhere.
"Calm down, sis."
"Calm down!?" Jill snapped. "My mind control is broken! And we almost had Bill in our clutches!"
"I'm gonna miss Cupid, though," Kill sighed. "He wasn't that bad looking, it's been long since we had an attractive slave."
Jill threw a mug at the back of his head, and it smashed into pieces against his skull.
"Jill, use your words!" Kill shouted.
Jill glared. "I have two words: You idiot!"
