"Here's what we're gonna do," Stan started. "Whoever sucks up the most, gets the room."
Will frowned. "Mr Pines, we're not gonna suck-up to you."
"Yeah, we are," Bill said.
"Ten suck-up points for Bill!" Stan grinned.
"Uh--I mean, yeah we are!" Will laughed, nervously.
"Trying too hard. Minus 15 suck-up points," Stan said.
"What?" Will complained.
"Great decision, Fez," Bill smiled.
"Trying way too hard, plus 50 suck-up points!" Stan beamed.
Bill grinned, while Will's expression soured.
"Now, who wants to mow the front lawn?" Stan suggested. "Plus, it'll be in seething 105 degree heat, because I'm a jerk."
Will sighed.
❇❇❇
For the rest of the day, the Cipher brothers did backbreaking chores. It was very exhausting, and near afternoon, they were finally allowed a break. Later, Will entered the room, and breathed heavily.
"All these chores will be worth it, once I get this room," Will reassured himself, flopping onto the sofa. "I mean, shag carpeting? Come on!"
He took off his shoes, and began shuffling his feet on the carpet. Will leaned against the sofa, but then sprang up when a voice was heard from the entrance.
"Don't get too comfortable, bro," Bill smirked, leaning against the door. "I just made Fez a sandwich shaped like his own face. This room is as good as mine. What do you say?" He held out his hand.
Will narrowed his eyes, then stood up and walked up to him. "I say that I'll win this room somehow, then we won't have to share anything ever again!"
He raised his hand and slapped Bill's hand away. At that moment, Will's eyes widened when seeing a current of blue electricity surging up his wrist, and a glow blinded them. They were dazed, but eventually recovered. Will blinked his eyes, then his heart almost leaped out of his chest, at what he saw.
Bill groaned, then squinted at him. "Will, why are you wearing my clothes, and my...face!?" He gasped, feeling his face. "Am I in your body!?"
"Am I in your body!?" Will cried

Both screamed, and ran around the room in panicked state. Bill threw up in the nearby bathroom, and Will was screaming at a mirror. This continued for a few minutes, before the two calmed down, looking at themselves in the mirror.
"Great, more of this town's weirdness," Bill grumbled, tugging at Will's sweater.
"You gotta stop using all those cheap hair products," Will complained, playing with Bill's golden locks. "I can practically feel your scalp shriveling."
"You're so scrawny and awkward," Bill cringed. "Seriously, you need to work out once in a while."
Will ignored him, as he caught sight of something on the floor. He spotted electricity surging across the carpet. Will bent down, and reached for it's tag, then turned it over.
"Experiment 78," He read. "Electron Carpet. Atoms swap electrons, so this carpet must build up a static charge powerful enough to swap minds! It was the static electricity, maybe we can use it to switch back!"
"That's a relief," Bill breathed. "Knowing me, I would definitely try to sabotage you."
"And if I were you, which I am," Will said, thoughtfully. "I'll sabotage myself, and all the points will go to Will!"
Bill stared. "Wait, what--"
"I'm sorry, Bill!" Will yelled, running out of the room. "But, I'm the one getting that room!"
"You little twerp!" The blond shouted. "Who gave you permission to use your brain?"
"You're making it too easy to betray you, Bill!" Will yelled back, from outside the room.
Will ran out, and Bill followed him. The blue haired boy quickly arrived in the kitchen, where Stan had just finished eating the sandwich.
"Man, those cannibals I met in that one dimension were onto something," Stan smiled. "I do taste delicious."
"Mr Pines!" Will blurted out.
"What's up, Blondie?" Stan asked. "Want to earn more suck-up points?"
"I just wanted to say..." He started. "You're a big wrinkly jerk!" For a second, Will stopped himself from adding sorry to that last sentence.
Stan blinked. "What?"
Bill came into the kitchen, panting. "Hey! Old man, you smell like a T-rex's great granduncle that baked in the sun too long!"

"What?" Stan said, still confused.
"Will has gone bananas!" Bill laughed, manically.
"OK, I'm leaving," The Guardian said, before standing up from the table and walking away.
"Wait! Ain't you gonna dock my points?" Will yelled.
"I should lose points! I deserve it!" Bill shouted. "Fez-- I mean, Mr Pines! Ugh." He ran after him.
"Bill, don't you dare," Will said, following right after.
The two stepped out, only to be blocked by a figure. Mabel smiled at them brightly.
"Will!" Mabel beamed at Bill.
Bill blinked, then nodded quickly. "Yep, that's me. What do you want, Shoo--Mabel?"
"Well, I was hoping we can hang out today," She smiled, excitingly.
"Actually--"
Bill was interrupted, when the Guardian lifted him off his feet in a hug. "Great! Let's go," She cheered, before running upstairs while carrying him.
"Wait, wait, wait!" Bill yelped.
"Have fun, Will," Will smiled at him.
"You little--" Bill's threat was cut short, when Mabel walked inside the attic and shut the door behind her.
Will breathed in relief. Now, that his brother was out of the way, he could definitely win this thing. Where did Mr Pines run off to?
The blue haired boy entered the hallway, and started calling Stan's name. A few minutes passed, and Will still couldn't find the old Guardian. He paused, and took the time to think. Will didn't notice that a shadow was looming over him, until a pair of strong hands were placed on his shoulders.
Will suppressed a scream, and whirled around. He relaxed, when seeing Dipper standing there.
Dipper rubbed his arm, looking a bit uncomfortable. "Bill, I was hoping to talk to you...alone."
"Uh, I was kinda in the middle of something," Will replied, nervously. "Maybe, later--"
"This is important," The Guardian said, seriously. "Back in the pool...I noticed that you tried to kiss me."
Will's eyes widened. "WHAT?"
Dipper looked shocked by his outburst, and Will probably shouted louder than intended. Will cleared his throat, and spoke again.
"Are you completely sure?" Will pressed.
Dipper turned red. "Yes! Are you trying to make fun of me?"
Will shook his head quickly. "No, I'm not!"
Him and his brother may be arguing right now, but Will would never ruin Bill's friendship with Dipper. If he could even call it friendship? Maybe a complicated friendship at best, at least to Will.
Dipper cooled down a bit, but his cheeks still bore a blush. "I'm sorry for yelling, Bill," He apologized. "Can you please tell me, what were you thinking when you decided to do that?"
Will was frozen in place. His mind was a whirlpool of panicking thoughts. How was he suppose to answer that? Only Bill knew what he had been feeling that night. Or, did he? From what Will could gather, Bill wasn't that good when it came to emotional issues, the blond was mostly a steel wall barracking his private thoughts.
With no answer, Dipper sighed heavily. "I think I know what's happening..."
Good, because I certainly don't, Will thought.
Dipper stepped closer, a solemn expression on his face. "It's starting all over again," He breathed, softly. "First, you act all nice and then I fall for you, and then..." He clenched his hands into fists.
Will still remained silent, seeing Dipper's lip quivering. Was the Guardian close to tears? Was Will supposed to comfort him? Though, the action would've been out of character for Bill.
However, Dipper seemed to control himself, and he looked at Will with an emotionless stare. "Whatever feelings I had for you in the past, will stay in the past," He said, quite harshly. "I'm not ready to get my heart broken a second time, which is why we'll forget that night ever happened."
As Dipper started to turn and walk away, the wheels in Will's head started turning. The way Dipper was talking about Bill, almost seemed...
No way, Will thought, in disbelief.
Before Will could call to Dipper, the Guardian left without another word, and the boy was left in utter confusion on how to take this.

Bleen Fada - The Legendary Pathfinder
It had been decades since dreams started to kill. Today, it's finally over.Mahon was once a general and an impressive warrior. In his dreams. In Nightmare. There, he put an end to the war that plagued mankind for decades. In the real world, however, the war has been raging for millenia, and Mahon is weak, his body frail from all his years spent dream-fighting. But it's time for a new beginning. In a world he knows almost nothing about, he will struggle to climb back to power, a necessity if he wants to achieve his goal. But he doesn’t lack willpower. And he already reached the highest ranks before. Who is to say he can’t do it again? That is, if the Fada let it be… This story takes place in a medieval fantasy world. Swords and schemes are the common ways to assert your place among the powerful. This story follows Mahon on his journey back to power. Not a simple one, as he will uncover some of the deepest mysteries that had been buried deep down along the ages. As of now, 98% of my chapters are through Mahon’s PoV and I want to keep it that way. There will be no unending PoV swaps for multiple chapters. Although war/conflict is one of the main themes, it’s not really a story about war. Instead, expect fights, plots, foreshadowing, progression and adventure from these chapters. It’s my first time publishing a book, and English is not my native language. I hope you will enjoy the story and that you’ll be indulgent enough to point out my mistakes with kindness. I wish to grow as a better writer and provide something that will make you cheer for, and shiver in anticipation. As long as you’re not, it means there is something to improve. Note: It's a slow progression fantasy, and some have raised complaints about the depressing tones and slowness in some of the first chapters. Rest assured, it soon disappears as Mahon progresses.
