"YOU DID WHAT?"

Will was back in the shack, confronting Dipper and Bill, who were in an agitated state after he told them what had happened.

"I didn't mean to."

"Still, you broke Robbie's arrows," Dipper said, in shock.

"Only some of them," He protested. "Now, he wants me to meet him alone later."

"You're not thinking about going, are you?" Bill told him, seriously.

"What choice do I have?" Will countered, hopelessly. "Robbie will just come find me if I don't show up."

"Then, let us take care of him," Dipper insisted, and Bill nodded in agreement.

Will shook his head. "No. Once I meet up with him, I'm going to try to convince him not to fight."

Bill rolled his eyes. "Yeah, like talking worked so well the first time," He said, voice dripping with sarcasm.

"I don't know what else to do," Will argued.

Mabel then chimed in, putting a comforting hand on Will's shoulder. "You still have time before you meet Robbie, how about you take a break? It's unhealthy to stress about this all day."

Will sighed. "I guess, you're right," He decided, then turned towards the front door. "I'm heading into town to clear my head."

Then, he left the three in the shack, closing the door behind him. After that, Bill groaned, rubbing his brow with his index finger and thumb.

"Seriously, what went through his head?" He muttered.

"I think it's brave of your brother to face Robbie without help," Mabel said.

"Sometimes I wish Will went back to being a scaredy cat," Bill admitted. "At least then, he would stay out of trouble and not endanger himself 24/7."

"Isn't Will still afraid of a lot of things?" Dipper asked.

The blond nodded, feeling he might as while have fun exposing his brother while he was not around. "Oh yeah, for example: the government, spiders, clowns, a dark closet that is slightly cracked open, tight spaces, marionette puppets, silent black and white movies--"

"Wait, I just thought of a question," Mabel interrupted, then looked at the blond thoughtfully. "What's your biggest fear, Bill?"

Both Dipper and Bill paused. Bill cleared his throat, then said. "Nothing, I'm not afraid of everything."

"C'mon, everyone's afraid of something," She countered. "Also, why do you two look suspicious?"

"We're not..." Dipper murmured, nervously.

Mabel narrowed her eyes, and stepped closer to her brother. Her nose was inches away from his cheek, and she was glaring at him.

"Tell me the truth, Dipping Sauce," She whispered, prodding his face as she said. "Speak. The. Truth. Brother."

Dipper held his breath for a moment, then gasped. "Bill has a fear of heights!"

"Pine Tree!" Bill snapped.

"I'm sorry, Bill," He said, genuinely. "But, I'm weak against Mabel's interrogation skills."

"All she did was poke your face!"

"Exactly, I hate when she does that!"

Mabel's loud gasp interrupted their bickering. They turned to see her with wide eyes. "This is so unexpected! Bill, we have to cure your fear--"

"No," Bill said, crossing his arms.

"Don't be like that," She said. "You're our friend, it's the least Dipper and I can do."

"When was I dragged into this?" Dipper asked.

"Because Bill is your friend too, dummy," Mabel shot back. "And, you're the Guardian of the Mind, you know about this psychological stuff, you can convince Bill that this fear is all in his head."

"I don't know, Mabel," Dipper responded. "Bill really doesn't seem up to it."

"And why do you say that?"

"Because he already left."

Mabel looked around, and saw that the blond was nowhere in sight.

"Aw, man."

Will was currently in the arcade.

Moments ago, he had been walking the streets of Zero Gravity Town, when he came across the arcade, and remembered he still had money left to buy some tokens. So, here he was, playing a game of Fight Fighters.

He just lost the first round, and the giant letters K.O spread across the screen. The game asked if he wanted to continue.

"Winners never run away from a fight!" His avatar, Rumble McSkirmish, chimed in.

"Easy for you to say, you have more than one life," Will murmured, bitterly.

He knew it was immature to get mad at a videogame, but he couldn't help his sour mood at the moment. Will regretted ever deciding to face Robbie alone. Yet, he couldn't bring Dipper or Bill, they would definitely start a fight with the Cupid. Should he bring Mabel? But, he didn't want to drag her into his problems. And Wendy was not an option, because she wasn't here, and she would've been the perfect choice.

He sighed, and went to add in another token, when it slipped out of his hands. It rolled to the floor, and Will immediately bent down to grab it. However, he spotted something in the side of the game. It was a bunch of letters scratched in the metal, and he read the words on top.

"To unleash ultimate power."

I guess, it's a cheat code?, Will thought.

With that, token back in his hand, he returned back to the videogame. He inserted the token, then mashed in the mysterious code. Back, back, hold, forward, back, forward, down, hold, quarter circle, triple punch!

Then, the whole screen turned black.

"Aw, it didn't work," Will sighed.

His assumptions were proven wrong, when the screen flashed a ray of white light into his face. He shielded his eyes as best as he could, on the same time when a voice echoed from the machine.

"CHOOSE YOUR CHARACTER!"

Will blinked, then decided randomly. "Uh, Rumble McSkirmish?"

The machine shook, when a huge form jumped out of the screen in a surge of static. It landed in front of Will, and it was soon revealed to be the character that he selected, pixels and everything.

"Woah," He breathed, awestruck. "Are you real--"

"Greetings!" Rumble shouted. "I am Rumble McSkirmish! From the USA!"

"Um, I know who you are," Will noted. "Also, you are the second mystical muscular man I came across when I needed help, and I find that concerning."

Suddenly, Rumble flashed red. "Quickly, little girl! I am in dire need of power-ups!"

"I'm a boy actually. Also, of course I'll help you," Will said.

As he said this, an arcade employee came up, it was the same one that worked at the museum. The pimply teenager looked Rumble up and down.

"Aw man, this is what I get for working at multiple jobs," He complained, starting to walk away. "You start seeing things..."

The two watched him leave, then Rumble flashed red again.

"POWER-UPS!" He yelled at Will.

"Ah! Okay, okay!"

"Shooting Star, this is stupid," Bill groaned.

They were in the kitchen, and Mabel had recently removed the lightbulb from the ceiling lamp, and handed it to Bill. She then took a chair from the table, and moved it to the center.

"It's easy," Mabel insisted, gesturing to the chair. "All you have to do is climb up this chair, and screw that lightbulb back in."

"Can't I call maintenance?" The blond remarked.

"No, you are doing this."

"She's just gonna keep bugging you," Dipper told Bill. "You might as while get it over with."

Bill growled under his breath, then reluctantly climbed on top of the chair. He reached effortlessly for the ceiling, and when that didn't work, he tried tippy toes. However, he didn't notice his feet were planted on one edge of the chair, making it tilt sideways. A second later, Bill was falling. He prepared to hit the ground, when something stopped his fall. Bill looked up to see Dipper carrying him in his arms.

"Are you alright?" The brunette asked.

The blond turned red, before quickly climbing out of Dipper's arms. Ignoring what happened, Bill turned furiously towards Mabel. "Well, that didn't work! Also, I was barely a foot off the ground, how do you expect me to break my fear like that?"

Mabel looked at him thoughtfully. "You're right...we definitely need to go higher."

"Wait, what?" Bill asked.

"And, I know exactly the location in mind."

"Shooting Star--"

"Bill, put on your blindfold! We're going somewhere special!"

"Curse my big mouth," Bill grumbled.

Will came out a store, carrying a packet of chips. He went into the nearby alley, where he saw Rumble McSkirmish waiting for him.

"I couldn't find any traditional power-ups like pizza or mushrooms, but how about this bag of barbecue chips?"

"Put it on the floor!" Rumble instructed.

Will obeyed, and set the packet on the ground, on the same time Rumble knelt. The blue haired boy stared, as the food product disappeared in a shower of pixels.

"Wow, that's amazing!" He gasped, then an idea struck him. "Hey, do you think you can protect me from Robbie?"

"Who is this new challenger you speak of?"

"Well, he wears black all the time and he's kinda aggro."

"Did he kill your father?"

Will tilted his head. "Um, actually, I just made him mad and now he wants to fight me."

"And then, he killed you father," Rumble repeated.

"Uh, sure," He said, gingerly. "Anyway, I'm hoping you can scare him off, so I don't have to fight him?"

"Of course, you are talking to someone who once tore out Dr Karate's spleen with a fork."

"I find that disturbing...for a number of reasons," Will said, honestly.

"Now, where are you meeting this Robbie?" He asked.

Will nodded, and leaned in to explain everything. He hoped that this plan would work, because Rumble was his only option now.
