《Zero Falls: Season One》Time Traveling Twins-Part Two

Will and Bill fell into a pile of snow.
After they recovered, they stood up, and looked at their surroundings. Nothing but a white landscape, and a wall of trees around them.
"What the hell!?" Bill yelled, through the icy air.
Will hugged himself desperately against the cold. "W-what happened?"
Bill thought back to the carnival, and recalled what Dipper said. "That guy was the time traveller! And that..." He pointed to the tape measurer in Will's hand. "Must've sent us here somehow."
Will stared at the tool. He saw a glowing symbol on it's side. "This is a time machine! Oh no, what did I do!?"
"Relax," Bill told him. "We can get back and..."
He paused, when he glanced to the side, and saw a familiar sight. The shack stood right beside them, except it looked cleaner on the outside than usual, and was coated in snow.
"How long have we gone back?" Will asked, nervously.
"I don't intend to find out," Bill decided, then took the time device from his brother. "Let's see how I can work this thing..."
However, before he could do anything, Will grabbed his arm and dragged him towards the side of the shack. Bill was about to protest, when he saw two figures appear out of the woods. They looked futuristic, with padded armour with green lines. On their uniforms, was the same symbol matching the one on the time device. Eventually, they disappeared back into the woods.
"Who were those guys?" Will questioned.
Bill narrowed his eyes. "I dunno, but I'm guessing they're looking for us. We should go."
He was about to move, when Will stopped him, and pointed overhead. Bill noticed there was a window above them, and voices were heard from it. The two listened, as one voice grew louder.
"Are you really okay with betraying your family like this?"
There was a chuckle from the second voice.
"Oh please, I barely consider them as family."
"I should thank you...you and Fidds are the only ones keeping my sanity in check."
"I worry about you, you know? Maybe, you should take a break from your studies."

"I can't do that, not when fate itself is against me. I will have to document my work, so that hopefully my family will see me again. Will you do the honours of hiding my journals?"
"Anything for you, my dear."
There was a sigh. "I told you not to call me that."
Bill only processed this in confusion. Did he mentioned the journals? Before the blond could take a peek through the window, Will tugged at his arm, and nodded to the other direction. Reluctantly, Bill followed his brother away from the shack. After they gone far enough, they looked quizzically at the tape measurer.
"Oh, I get it!" Bill said, pulling out the tape. "All we have to do is put in the date and year in mind."
"Sounds easy enough," Will smiled.
Bill was about to put in the settings, when he was interrupted. A column of light narrowly missed his face, and exploded a nearby tree. The two turned, and saw the men from before, both had their guns aimed at them.
"Don't move!" One of them ordered. "Or else."
Panicking, Bill pulled out the tape without even thinking about it's current settings. The man saw what he was doing, and fired another laser, but missed completely, when the brothers disappeared in a blast of light.

"Ow..."
He sat up slowly, and rubbed his arm, which was aching slightly. The last thing he remembered was those mysterious men, and the flash of light...
Will gasped, and stood up. He looked around, and saw that he was in an alleyway. And if things weren't bad enough, Bill was nowhere in sight.
Fear surged through him, and he began to worry if his brother was hurt. Will couldn't stay here for long, he had to find Bill so they could go home.
So, mustering up the courage, he walked down the alleyway, and then into town. He wondered what year they travelled to, because by the looks of it, everything seemed normal. But then, he noticed that everyone was driving some old fashioned cars, and even wearing outdated clothes. Plus, they were all giving Will strange looks, which was understandable, since he stuck out like a sore thumb in this place.

Feeling a little dizzy, Will sat on the pavement. He had the urge to give up right there. He couldn't do this alone.
"Will!"
He perked up, and his heart soared. He recognized that voice, it was Dipper! The Guardian must've come to save them. Will turned around, expecting to see his friend. However...
The person in question wasn't Dipper. At least, he thought so.
The man before him did have a striking resemblance to the Guardian, besides from his hair being a lighter shade of brown, and of course, his eyes being a dazzling blue. The man was wearing fancy clothing, with a sapphire vest, black pants and shoes, and most amazingly, the bowtie Will thought he had destroyed.
Thinking back to Gideon, Will recalled the painting of the boy's Great Uncle. What was his name again?
"Mason?" Will said, gingerly.
Mason tilted his head. "Odd, you usually call me Master."
Will blinked. What was he talking about? He never met this man until now.
"Will, I told you not to run off," Mason said, seriously. "You don't want to be punished, do you?"
The boy stared, trembling in fear.
The young man patted his head. "I'm kidding, Will," He assured. "But seriously, don't run off again, it drives me crazy. Also, why do you look so young?"
Will was silent, honestly confused by all of this. Seriously, how did this man know his name? He wanted to ask Mason, but didn't know how to explain. Though, it wasn't like he had the chance to explain, when the man grabbed his arm and started dragging him in one direction.
"Where are you taking me!?" Will demanded.
Mason paused, and looked at him. A shimmer of concern in his gaze. "Are you feeling alright, Will? You're acting strange."
"I...uh.." Will hesitated.
"I'm going to take you home," Mason decided. "You look like you need a rest."
He continued dragging Will, and despite the boy's protests, Mason seemed to have his mind set. Will could only frown in dismay. He hoped Bill was having better luck than him.
❇❇❇
"Will!"
Bill called for the eleventh time while walking through town, but still no answer. He sighed, and looked at the time machine in his hand. Bill had to find his brother, before those men return.
"Will, come out!" He called, again.
"Bill?"
Finally!
He turned around, to face his brother. But then, he noticed something very different.
The Will before him was almost a young adult, and was wearing a blue suit. He had the same face as his brother, but at the same time, he looked different. Bill noticed that his eyes were glowing blue, with black slits for pupils. No way. Could this be Will's past life?
"Will?" He asked, gingerly.
The young man stared at him, before he burst into tears. "Bill! You're alive!"
Bill froze, when the other attacked him in a tight embrace, while sobs rocked his body.
Yep, this is definitely Will, He thought.
Will, or Other Will, finally stopped crying. He wiped his cheeks, before smiling at Bill. "I can't believe it's you...why do you look like a kid?"
"I did not go through the hell that is puberty to be called a kid!" Bill snapped. "I'm a teen."
"Sorry," Will said, sheepishly. Then, a look of amazement lit up his face. "Could it be that you reincarnated? I heard there are rare occasions where we can be reborn quicker, so could it be...?"
"Actually, no," Bill told him. "I'm from the future, actually."
"The future, you say?" A voice sang.
"Oh no," Will gasped, in fear.
Bill turned, and couldn't believe his eyes. Before him, stood Mabel, but in way, she wasn't. The young woman looked almost exactly like the Guardian, with the exception of blue eyes, and a cold smirk, which was the complete opposite of the Guardian's warm smile.
The copycat glared daggers at Bill. "Mind telling me what you're doing with my slave?"
