Maybe things are getting better. We pulled up at the mall. It was huge I looked around. So many people. When we got out and walked in Justin took my hand. I smiled at that. Him being close let my mind rest for once. We walked to a store called 'Macy's'. Sean walked us to the men section. "Umm I don't think you can fit this stuff max. Would you like to go to he boys section?" Sean looked down at me. I nodded. We walked to the boys section. "What do you want?" I let go of Justin hand and walked over to Sean. I lend up. "I-I-I never been s-shopping." I whispered in his ear. "It's ok. What's your favorite color?" "I-I don't know. W-what's yours?" Justin walked off. "Well mines red but let's go look around for stuff you like ok?" I nodded. We walked around. We walked over to a rack with different colors that had a panda on them. "I-I-I like these." I whispered. Sean turned and look. "You like pandas? We can get you some panda shirts if you like." I nodded. Just then Justin came back with a cart. Sean put all the different colors in the cart. my eyes widen. "I-I-I only n-need one." "No. You need everything you want. I told you I adopted you." I nodded blushing. Oh my. I'll have to get a job to repay him. He's asking so much for me. We continued. Justin got me 5 pairs of blue jeans! We walked to the underwear. "S-Sean I-I have b-b-boxers." "How long have you had them?" "A-a couple y-years." "Max you need more then one pair." Justin put 2 packs of 8 briefs. We walked to socks and shoes. "C-can I-I get panda a-socks?" Justin grabbed a pack. I smiled. "Max what size shoe you wear?" "I-I don't know." We set down on a benched. Sean took of my shoe off. "A size 3. Do these shoes fit good on you?" "I-I don't w-want new ones." "Well that's ones your house are falling a part. You can't just have those in your feet. You need 2 pairs okay. When was the last time you got your feet measured?" "W-when I-I I-I-I was 13." "What the hell?!" Justin turned red. I moved closer for dean scared. Did I do something wrong? "How the hell do you have the same shoes for 3 fucking years?!" I moved away from him. I made him mad. Please don't hit me! Oh god. I'm so stupid! "D-d-don't hit me." I whimpered out.

"Ok I know you don't want new shoes but you need them baby boy. Let's just get what you like ok?" I nodded. "C-c-can I still hold you hand while we do it?" Sean nodded.
I grabbed his-wait my son hand. My wife and I can't have kids so Right after that night I adopted. I talked it over with my wife of course. He's too much of a sweet baby. His life should not be this hard. His name is Max pines but I let him keep his last name for now. Too much change might be bad for him. We walked around till Max stopped. I turned back to see him looking at a black and white shoes with a panda on them. Damn he loves pandas. "You want them max?" He nodded very quickly but stopped when he saw me smile. "Let me get a size 3." I bent down and grabbed them. We walked to the counter and checked out. Justin was sitting outside the store with an apple bag and the cart. When he saw us he stood up. "I went and got all the school things you need and an IPhone 6." Max eyes went big. His grip on my hand tighten. "T-t-t-hank you."

We checked out and get back in the car. Justin was setting up my phone. "Hey max?" "Y-y-yes Sean?" "Max since I adopted you. My wife and I set you up a room. Do you want to see it?"
