I was laying across my bed in silence when there was a light knock on the door.

"Come in" I said and in walked monster.

"tt me hungry now" he said and I nodded getting up

Empress was at the school trying to get me and tori in to online schooling.

After I gave monster and Rosey some food I went to tori's room door.

"Come in" she said after I had knocked.

"Hey...you okay?" I asked sitting on the bed beside her.

"I don't know how to answer that" she said and I nodded

"I miss her...so much" I said as my eyes watered

"If I could give esha to get your mom back I would in a heartbeat" tori said and i looked at her curiously,but laid down beside her looking in her eyes.

"What happened to us" I asked and she shrugged. "Life"

"I meant how close we were..what happened" I asked. I mean I know what happened but I feel it's something deeper.

"You had sex with the boy I was in love with and proceeded to try and make a relationship" she said looking at me

"Tori we dated in middle school, I felt like he was my first love...I'm so sorry I let a boy come in between us, we are more than friends now we are family and we have to stick together" I said and she nodded

"What happened" I asked tori again. I can see that something is really eating her alive on the inside. She's not the same tori I was used to.

"I don't want to talk right now" she said turning over, just as the phone started to ring.

"If you wanna talk you know you can come to me" I said then got up to go and answer the phone.

"Hello" I answered

"Wassgood who dis" the person on the phone asked

"Dang, you don't remember your lil sister" I said and he laughed

"Wassgood sis how you been" Eli asked. "Not good my mom died" I said

"What, how" he asked

"This man stabbed her in front of me" I said sadly

"Yo what the fuck, where is empress" he asked

"She's at the school trying to get me and tori enrolled in online schooling" I said

"Tori, wassup with her she there to" he asked and I nodded as if he could see me.

"She won't talk much or come out her room if em not no where around" I said

"Mann I got to get home" he said

"Yea cause I don't know what's going on, everything is just crazy, we all need you to come home brother" I said and he sighed

"Where my babies at" he asked and I called out to monster and Rosey, who came running in the kitchen.

"What" monster said looking at me holding the house phone.

"Who on dat, gimme" he said reaching for the phone.

"Who dis" he asked and you could hear Eli laughing through the phone as they all talked.

I went to clean up the living room, and by the time I was finished monster and Rosey came running back in.

"Yea cause that was me and ro daddy" monster said and I chuckled replying with "I know"

There was a knock on the door. I was so caught up with talking to the kids I didn't even ask who it was I just opened the door.

When I looked up I let out a piercing scream, but before it could fully come out my mouth was covered and I blacked out.

I drug her back inside and laid her by the door. I was instructed to not hurt anyone unless I have to.

I walked in what seemed to be the living room and seen two kids playing.

"What the fuck" the little boy said looking at me

I instructed him to be quiet by putting a finger over my mouth. Instead he grabbed the little girls hand and ran off yelling.

I quickly caught up to them and picked them up throwing them one by one on the kitchen floor.

The little girl kept crying so I kicked her little ass to shut her up. The boy seemingly mad about this bit my leg causing me to punch him.

Once I got them under control I dragged them and the other girl to the back where my partner was so he could place them in the truck.

I went through to check out the house and came up to a closed door, I opened it to see a teenage girl laid out across the bed with a little foam coming out her mouth and a pill bottle on the bed.

I just shut the door back and left out back. Hope boss won't be mad I left her behind, looked like she was going to die anyway.

Walking in the house I called out for tori and carter, but got no answer.

Walking around the house seeing it cleaned up a little I figured the girls took the kids to the park.

I walked to my room and took a quick shower because I need to get started on dinner.

Walking in the kitchen I started to pull out all the things I was going to cook. While preparing I came across the stuff I got tori and carter for school and proceeded to take it to their rooms.

Walking in to Carter's room seeing it messy and empty I walked over to her bed and sat down her school things.

While going to do the same for thing for tori I stopped in my tracks as soon as I opened the door.

"No no no tori baby" I said almost too quite. Quickly dropping the school stuff and rushing to her side.

I looked at the pill bottle and seen that they were oxycodone 20 mg

"TORIIIII" I cried out turning her on he side and rushing to call the police

"Help please my daughter is overdosing and I don't know what to do" I cried on the phone

He kept asking what was going on but I couldn't talk.

"JUST HURRY" I cried out dropping the phone and starting cpr.

I dont know what was going on but she started to convulse and I panicked.

Keeping her on her side, I was pushed to the side after paramedics came in and took over.

"Ma'am I'm going to need to ask you some questions" a cop said and I nodded but told him to wait.

"I need to call my sister and ask where she and my kids are" I said and he allowed me to call.

"15 times 15 fucking times I called her and she is not answering, I need to make sure she and my kids are ok" I told the officers and they nodded

"We are going to patrol the area, but for the mean time they need you at the hospital and we will see you there" he said going to his cop car.

I ran in the house and changed all while calling my moms

"Baby calm down we are on the way now it may take two hours but keep us posted baby and remember Gods got us all protected"

"Bout fucking time" I said walking over to the van. They opened the door and I seen my daughter and my grandson. I don't know who the other little girl was though.

"Where the other female at" I asked my workers

"I think she dead boss" he said and I pushed him against the car

"what the fuck do you mean she's dead" I asked

"I don't know, when I walked in the room she was foaming out the mouth with some pills beside her" he said and I punched him repeatedly

"Next time do as I say, if I said bring the bitch that means bring her" I said

I went and picked up my grandson walking in the house. I noticed a bruise on his face and laid him down.

Grabbing my gun I went back out side. "Who was in charge of knocking them out with the chloroform" I asked

"He was sir" my other work said pointing to the man that was laid out on the ground.

I walked over to him and let out two rounds to his head.

"Hurry up" I told the other man. Walking back in the house I went and got something to wake up my grandson.

When he was finally up he looked at me with a mug.

"Grandson" I said chuckling. "You look just like yo mama" I said and he looked uninterested.

"Where me sister" he asked and I pointed outside. He got up to go out there but I grabbed him.

"She good lil man but me and you finna have some family time ima show you something" I said grabbing his hand and taking him to the basement where I had my lil drug business going on.

When I opened the door lil man closed his eyes, and I pushed the back of his head.

"Don't touch me" he said with his eyes still closed

"Open yo eyes lil nigga it ain't nun but ass I said walking in further pushing him in front of me.
