The shinning sun beaming down on his face was what woke Arthit up. As soon as he opened his eyes he immediately regretted waking up. His head felt as though it would explode and he felt as though his insides were turning inside out.

He groaned softly, despite the fact that he felt as though his bed was incredibly warm his entire body was telling him that he needed to wake up and take care of his hangover. When he tried to sit up, however, he was unable to do so as there was a heavyweight around his waist holding on to him tightly.

Arthit froze, for a moment he was unsure as to where he was exactly. He'd remembered his mother telling him that he and Byul would be staying in the same room. However, he could not remember much after. He looked up and finally realized that he was lying on Kongpob's chest. He blushed and tried to move away but once again, the hold on his waist tightened.

"Don't move... You moved so much last night... give me a few more moments." Arthit blushed as he realized he'd spent the entire night outside of his mother's house with Kongpob. He tried to remember what happened the previous night or why exactly he ended up like that.

"Kong... I don't feel so good." Arthit whispered as he began to feel a bit nauseous. Immediately Kongpob let go of him and sat up looking at him in concern, the blankets that had been placed around him; no doubt by his mother, fell off them both.

Kongpob reached to touch his cheek and forehead. It was then that Arthit finally noticed all the stickers that were on Kongpob's face and neck, not to mention the red marks on his neck. Either Kongpob had been bitten by mosquitos or... Flashes of the previous night came flashing to his mind.

Hungry kisses, moans, him grinding on Kongpob like a dog in heat.

"Do you like me?" He turned beet red and pushed Kongpob away from him before running inside his mother's home. He made his way towards the bathroom pushing Jae Ha out of the way and immediately throwing up the contents inside his stomach from the previous night.

His mind kept replaying their kisses and yet he could not remember what Kongpob's answer had been after he had practically made a fool out of himself. What had he done? The one thing that he did not want to do was to lose Kongpob. He had told himself countless times that he would try to be his friend. He was willing to be Kongpob's friend if that meant that he could stay beside the handsome man. But now he'd ruined it all by throwing himself at Kongpob.

Tears began to sting his eyes and he quickly tried to push them away. Unfortunately, more tears continued to fall from his eyes and soon sobs escaped his lips. He sat beside the toilet holding his knees close to him unable to stop his cries and the pain in his heart.

"Arthit. Arthit! Are you okay? Arthit!" He could hear Kongpob knock on the door and Arthit covered his mouth trying to stop himself from being heard.

"I'm coming in okay." Kongpob spoke up clearly concerned for him. The worry on Kongpob's face was clear as he made his way to him.

"Arthit... what's wrong tell me" Kongpob says to him kneeling beside him. Arthit shakes his head and continues to cry.

"Arthit..." Kongpob calls out softly, he begins to rub his back gently trying to calm and soothe him. Arthit wants to ask Kongpob why he's not acting cold, or why he's still here. Why had he not left or told him by now that he never wanted to see him again?

"Arthit... are you in pain is something hurting?" There's concern in Kongpob's eyes and more sobs escape Arthit's lips he moved towards Kongpob and hugs him tightly. For a moment he feels Kongpob tense before he hugs him back tightly.

"Arthit... what's wrong?. You have to tell me or else I can't help you." Kongpob tells him gently. Arthit doesn't answer but simply continues to hug Kongpob.

"Please don't leave." He wants to say but he can't seem to get the words out of his mouth.

"It's okay Arthit. Whatever it is, it will be okay. You can trust me okay." Kongpob is telling him reassuring words as he continues to rub his back. Somehow he winds up on Kongpob's lap again, clinging on to him tightly as Kongpob rubs soothing circles on his back trying to calm him down.

Eventually, the tears do stop and when they do Kongpob is tightly holding him, preventing him from getting off his lap. He's gently wiping away his tears and brushing away the hair away from his forehead while looking at him.

"Arthit... what's wrong. And don't tell me it's just because you have a hangover because no one cries like that over something like that. Something's really bothering you... so talk to me because you're scaring me... Did I do something wrong? Did I-"

"No... You didn't do anything wrong I just... had a really bad dream." Arthit tells him while tears began to fall down his eyes again. Kongpob immediately pulls him close once more patting his hair gently.

"It's okay... you don't have to tell me about it okay. I just want you to know that if you want to talk to me about anything you can." Kongpob pressed a kiss to his forehead. Arthit looked back at Kongopb wanting to ask why he was not mad at him. However, as he looks at Kongpob's face there's no anger at all and yet Arthit's thoughts only make his fear grow and he makes a cowardly decision because he can't lose this person in front of him.

"I'm sorry..."

"What for?" Kongpob questions.

"The stickers...." Kongpob grins at him and ruffles his hair gently.

"It's okay. As long as you don't r-"

"What happened after? I can't remember anything else." Arthit lies to the handsome man despite the fact that he's breaking his own heart at the moment.

"You can't remember?" Kongpob questioned while looking back at him. Arthit tried not to give himself away and simply nodded.

"I can't remember anything... just a vague memory of me putting the stickers on you..." Arthit lied. Kongpob was silent for a moment and Arthit held his breath knowing he was being observed intently by the other part.

"Nothing..." Kongpob spoke and once again Arthit shook his head. Kongpob then reached out to cup his cheek and sighed.

"Okay..." He was kissed on the forehead again and Arthit simply forced himself to smile.

"Wash up then. My back hurts from sleeping on that wooden table all night. I want to go home to my bed." Arthit nodded and blushed as he got off Kongpob's lap.

"I'm sorry." Kongpob didn't say anything simply offered him a smile and simply walked out of the bathroom. Arthit sighed when the door closed. He bit the inside of his cheek trying not to panic.

"What am I going to do?"...

"Arthit are you paying attention?" Arthit jumped when Forth scolded him. He looked around to find Byul, and Son all looking at him.

"Sorry..." He said to them. He was currently sitting behind a set of drums on stage. Son was on Piano, Byul was on bass and Forth had his guitar and a mic and stand in front of him.

"Byul. You guys called me. If he's not going to take this seriously then what the hell are we doing." Forth snapped. Arthit bit the inside of his cheek and looked back at his friend.

"Don't be so hard on him. He's had a rough week and we're tired from all the planning." Byul spoke up. They had spent the entire week working on the event for the orphanage. Forth was their friend in college and one of Byul's ex-boyfriends. When they'd started dating they had gotten along well. Arthit didn't know the details but during their dating Forth and Byul never fought. They'd become the cutest couple on campus and the one that everyone rooted for.

They were even voted most likely to marry. Byul had been the Star of the English Department and Forth the Moon of the Engineering department. They had dated for six months during their senior year at Kanthapat. After Knot, Byul had a string of boyfriends but Forth was the last of them and the one that lasted more than a few weeks. They had always been the best of friends and had met because of Knot. They started their band during the time Byul was dating Knot and remained friends even after she had broken up with Knot. Forth had taken her side instead of Knot's and that was the end of everyone's friendship with Knot who had done something so despicable to Byul as to use her for her money.

Byul had never been the same since then. At least when it came to love. Forth seemed to be the one to finally stop that streak for Byul. Arthit genuinely thought they were good together and they would go all the way. He was just as shocked as everyone when they had broken up after six months.

However, they still remained friends, they still kept in touch from time to time and despite their band breaking up they were still close. Byul would sometimes call Forth or vise versa. They remained as close as when they were dating and Byul and Forth had both summed it up in one phrase.

"That's because we were more friends than lovers."

"Arthit. You've been offbeat this entire time. If you can't play well we all look like a mess."

"I know... I'm sorry." Arthit told him. Forth sighed while looking at him.

"Okay... I think that's enough practice for today. Everyone go home except Arthit." Forth spoke.

"But... Forth..." Byul began.

"I'm not going to eat him. Arthit is one of my favorite people. Everyone leave. We'll practice again tomorrow. We only have one more day to practice and we need to get it right. Otherwise, I'm not getting on stage to make a fool of myself."

"He's right." Arthit spoke with a sigh.

"I'll stay here to help him out and we'll practice together." Forth explained. Byul and Son both nodded and hesitantly headed out of the bar that was currently closed. Forth sighed and made his way over to a table, he took two chairs down and motioned for Arthit to come to sit next to him. Bitting his bottom lip Arthit had no choice but to follow him.

They sat in silence and Arthit was ready to be scolded.

"Okay...so what's up with you?"

"Huh?"

"Arthit...you realize you're a bad liar and you suck at trying to pretend like nothing's wrong with you. So... what's wrong? I heard from Jay that Namtarn dumped you and you got a rich boyfriend soon after. So who is it that you're worried about. Namtarn or the boyfriend." Forth questioned.

"You still talk to Jay?" Forth chuckled at his response.

"No. I beat that bastard up a while back when he tried to do something to Beam. But he came to my bar a couple of weeks ago, completely drunk and rambling. I let him drink and when he passed out I called his driver. I also let him know Jay wasn't ever welcome here." Forth pointed out.

"So... who is it Namtarn of the rich boyfrienf?"

"He's my friend... not my boyfriend... everyone thinks he's my boyfriend but he's my friend..." Arthit responded quietly trying to fight back his tears and to pull back his heartbreak to keep himself from falling apart in front of Forth.

"Not boyfriend just friend?" Forth questioned.

"Yes," Arthit says quietly.

"Arthit... Do you love him?" Forth questioned. Arthit is quiet but he finds himself nodding.

"Then tell him how you feel. What do you have to lose?"

"Him. It's complicated between us." Arthit tells Forth.

"Do you want to stay like this Arthit? Whether you take a step forward or back you'll be dealing with it. If you lose him then at least you will be able to move on. But if he feels the same way then you gain much more. It's better to just tell him how you feel, Don't you think?" Forth tells him. Arthit doesn't say anything and Forth only sighs.

"I'm not going to change your mind about this am I?" Forth questions.

"I'll think about it..." He responds after a moment of silence though he's very afraid at the thought of confessing.

"Come on... let's just practice. Get your mind out of your problems and concentrate. This is important too you know."

"I know...."

Kongpob is sitting in his sister's flower shop once again while scrolling through IG. He sighs rather loudly and feels even more annoyed than the previous day.

"Trouble in paradise?" Boonsri questions him. Kongpob sighed once more and extended his phone out for his sister to see.

"Is that Arthit? He looks quite handsome." Kongpob frowned at his sister.

He wasn't denying the fact that Arthit looked handsome. He really did. Kongpob had wanted to be there with Arthit when he had told him he would have band practice. What bothered Kongpob was the pictures of that jerk that kept popping up in Arthit's story. It was annoying the hell out of him.

Just how many Boys For Rent did Arthit know? He'd met Two, Jae Ha and now Forth Jaturapoom. To make matters worse it seemed as though they were really good friends too. There were pictures of the two smiling quite happily at one another, some of Forth having his paws all over him ( A hand on the Arthit's shoulder, Forth ruffling his hair, Forth pinching Arthit's cheek, Forth having Arthit in a headlock) and it was really driving Kongpob nuts.

"I take it you haven't told him how you feel," Boonsri spoke.

"I wasn't planning on it yet... especially not after that guy insulted Arthit here at the flower shop," Kongpob spoke with a frown he still couldn't remember that guys name not that it mattered.

"By the way. Has he stopped by at all?" Kongpob questioned his sister.

"Yes. Three days ago. I let him know he wasn't welcome here and next time he showed up I would call the police." Boonsri tells him.

"I'm sorry about all this," Kongpob tells his sister who offers him a smile.

"It's okay. It's not the first time something like this happens. But it is the first time you've apologized which means you actually regret doing that." Boonsri says. His sister had always scolded him for his choice in career as had his father and his little sister Ema. He had never cared about their opinions or worries about him. He had been so out of tune with his own feelings and himself as a person until meeting Arthit.

"Yes but... it set us back a lot... I wasn't thinking about confessing my feelings for him. I was okay with being his friend.."

"You don't really believe that do you?" Boonsri questioned.

"I wanted to believe that I did... Especially after what happened here with that client. But then Arthit kissed me...and..."

"And what?" Boonsri pressed.

"He just... He's such a bad liar and he woke up the next day and he cried... He pretended like he couldn't remember but I could see it in his eyes that he was lying. He's been avoiding me all week and...What if he doesn't want to see me again. P'... I can't lose him." Kongpob said to his sister.

"Kongpob... " Boonsri spoke reaching to take his hand in hers.

"You need to fight for him. Maybe Arthit is scared because of the way this started. He hired you didn't he?" Kongpob frowned as he looked at his sister.

"I'm not judging him for it. He made it clear to you that he only wanted you to keep his pride a little. With an ex-girlfriend like his, I would have probably done the same thing." Boonsri said to him.

"But that also makes him feel insecure. You need to make it clear to him Kongpob. He's not going to open up to you and tell you how he feels unless you tell him and show him that you're serious." Boonsri tells him.

"I know... flowers and chocolates don't cut it. That was just slight flirting... He doesn't understand even when I'm trying to hint how much I like him."

"You should start by telling him that he was your first love." Kongpob smiles at his sister. It was because of his little sister Ema who found a picture that he had of Arthit in his room that Boonsri knew who Arthit was.

Upon seeing Arthit's photograph in that file he had not been so sure about who he was even with his name being Arthit Rojnapat that could have just been a coincidence. He had not been sure it was really his little P, at least until they met at the cafe.

"I will... if only he would stop avoiding me and making excuses as to why he can't see me anymore..."

"Then if he's not coming to you, then you go to him." Kongpob smiled at Boonsri's words.

"You're right. The blonde did invite me to the orphanage event. He can't really keep me away." Kongpob spoke, remembering how Byul had sent him a message a couple of days ago.

"How did she get your number?" Boonsri questioned.

"She messaged me through P'Arthit's phone," Kongpob spoke with a shrug.

"You should start calling her by her name now. You're acting like you did when you were a kid with a crush. Need I remind you of those childish acts? You began buying all the strawberry chocolates around Arthit's neighborhood and in school when you were eight. I thought you were being nice to Ema and I because we loved that type of chocolate bark. But you were only buying it so that Byul couldn't give Arthit chocolate anymore."

"She was making him do things!" Boonsri rolled her eyes at him.

"My point is you should be more respectful towards her considering she's older than you and Arthit treats her like his sister."

"I know... but it's hard to share him." Boonsri offered him a smile.

"Deal with it little brother. Arthit is cute and lovable. But just remember there is only one person that will have his heart. This is your second chance to try and win his heart. Don't mess it up..."

Arthit didn't want to meet with Kongpob. I was getting so much harder to lie. He was hurt and yet he did not have the courage to say his feelings first. Hesitating brings nothing. Forth had been right to say that.

"Arthit is everything loaded up?" Byul questioned. Arthit looked up at Byul while he stood in front of the van where all their instruments were loaded up. They were in front of the temple where the orphanage was already, the children were in the bus waiting to go on their trip.

"Arthit?" Byul spoke up again to Arthit who offered Byul a tight smile and then nodded. He closed the van and Byul smiled hitting the side.

"Forth you're ready to go," Byul spoke up. There was a honk that came from the front and then Forth proceeded to drive away.

"Okay. Now that this is settled we can also get on our bus with the kids." Byul explained. She offered him a smile but then she sighed.

"Okay... what's wrong?"

"Nothing I just."
