Arthit was pouting. He was in Byul's apartment and sitting on her couch in front of P'Two while Byul and Nong Son watched quietly. The two were sitting across the room and sitting in the kitchen chairs while silently listening . P'Two was glaring at him as he continued to scold him as he paced in front of him angrily.

"Do you have any idea what you're getting yourself into Arthit? How did you get involved with someone like Kongpob. Do you have any idea who he is?" P'Two questioned. Arthit fidgeted nervously. P'Two was really angry at him he could tell as his ears were practically shooting flames as was his mouth.

"Easy. Arthit hired him." Byul spoke up with a shrug

"I wonder where he got the money from." P'Two snapped sending Byul a nasty glare that caused her to flinch. Byul smiled at him brightly but P'Two continued.

"When I'm done with him you're next Byul. I gave you that leaflet to take care of your fiance problem not to hire a man whore for Arthit!"

"Hey! I was just helping a person in need. What's wrong if Arthit falls in love with Kongpob?" Byul defended.

"That's the problem don't you get it!" P'Two snapped at Byul. He then turned to Arthit.

"Arthit..."

"Kongpob isn't in love with me. I can assure you that." Arthit spoke up quietly. Two sighed shaking his head.

"I know... That's why I'm worried." Arthit looked up at the older man. He was never one to say too much it wasn't in his nature. So if he was saying this it was because he was genuinely concerned. Byul and Son themselves looked at Two in surprise as he continued.

"I can see the way you look at him. Arthit... For him it's just business. Nothing more. I work with the guy. I know how he is."

"Then tell me... because he seems great. He's-"

"Perfect." Two says cutting him off.

"That's our job Arthit. To be exactly what our client wants. You're too naive to understand that it's an act."

"I know what's real and what's fake," Arthit whispered.

"Do you?" Two questioned.

"Has he talked about his parents? His siblings if he has any? What's his last name? These are things you need to know. What about his past? I just don't want you to get hurt."

"You gave Byul the leaflet. Why not me? Because I don't have money? Is this about Byul giving me money?" Arthit questioned.

"You know that's not it. I care about a lot of things and there are people that I value in my life as very small as that circle is you are part of it. Just like I don't think you're made to handle this I also think Son isn't capable of handling a situation like this either. It has nothing to do with money."

"Then..."

"I can see that you're having feelings for him Arthit. Kongpob is the best of the best. He's great at his job and at the end of his contracts all his clients cry."

"It's just one week...."

"Exactly and they all fall for him like if he were some prince. You've been with him for almost a month. I know because I saw your name on his chart at work." Two explained.

"Chart?" Arthit questioned. Two sighed and turned to look at Son who was holding on to Two's bag. He tossed it to Two who then took out a folder.

"Work Chart. Our Days are filled with clients from morning to night." Two explained. Arthit read through Two's schedule there were even rooms book for late nights. Arthit's heart clenched as he realized Kongpob probably had the same thing.

"He gave you flowers right? On your first meeting?" Two questioned.

"H-How did you know that?" Arthit questioned.

"It's what he always does with all his clients. He took you to that cafe right? He asked you to come alone." Arthit nodded again making his heart clench.

"He goes out to clubs with them. He buys drinks and makes sure to be the perfect person when they're around other people. That's all part of his job Arthit. He's an illusion. He's not real. He's just being what he thinks you want him to be and he knows what you want because you told him yourself." Tin pulls out another file from his bag. There's a girl's picture on it, her name, facts about her and a similar document that he had signed when he'd entered the agency.

Tears were starting to sting his eyes and he simply looked away.

"P... I think that's enough." Byul whispered.

"Arthit..." Two grabbed his face in his hands.

"I don't want to be a jerk to you. I'm sorry if that's how this is coming across but Byul, Son and you are all the family I have. It's my job to take care of you guys as my Nongs. Right now it may seem like I'm being unfair and hurting you but I just want what's best for you."

"And you? How do you act with your clients?" Arthit questioned Two.

"Exactly the same. Good to them when they pay and cold when it's all done." Two spoke up.

"Then..."

"Then I know what I'm talking about Arthit. Don't involve your heart anymore. Cut it off."

"But.."

"You've dealt with Namtarn already. There's no need to keep using Kongpob anymore." Tears began falling down Arthit's eyes and his bottom lip quivered.

"But P'... He's different with me... He said we would be friends after"

"But that's not what you want Arthit we both know that. You want more and you'll only end up getting hurt like this.

"P'Two...I think Kongpob really likes Arthit." Son spoke up.

"Me too..." Byul said. Arthit looked at his friends and smiled. He was thankful to them.

"You need to cut it off Arthit. I don't want you to get hurt by him if he's cold to you later." Arthit smiled through his tears and nodded.

"Thank you for your concern for me P'. I know you want what's best for me. But... even if I get hurt and even if I cry. I just want to enjoy the time I have left with Kongpob."...

Arthit sighed as he sat in his classroom by himself; the children were at an assembly after lunch and therefore he had no one to teach which left him alone with his thought. And boy did he had a lot on his mind.

For the past week, Kongpob had been coming to see him every day during is lunchtime. He would join his breaks and he would pick him up after work. Arthit should be happy. He had been spending a lot more time with Kongpob than he had before. Yet Two's words kept haunting him. He was already afraid of being hurt and knew that it would happen in the end. Call him a fool, maybe he was, but he couldn't get himself to simply stop seeing Kongpob.

Then there was the flowers that he continued to get. Whereas before he would have this fuzzy feeling now that feeling was one that made his stomach drop and his heart clench. It was a reminder to him that he was just like the others. He was nothing special to Kongpob.

He looked at the box of chocolates that were on his desk. It was a box of assorted chocolate truffles that Kongpob had sent to him that day as he'd been unable to see him personally due to a "meeting". Arthit couldn't bear to eat the chocolates.

Just like he could not eat the sweets that had been given to him for the entire week. They all remained at his desk. No matter how much he tried he just could not eat something that came with bitter feelings. Everything about him and Konppob was a lie and he felt so sad and pathetic because he was indulging himself fully in that lie all because he'd fallen for Kongpob. A man who would never love him back.

There was a knock on his door and Arthit looked up in surprise to see Kongpob there.

"Kongpob... I thought you said you couldn't come today."

"I did...But my meeting was over early." Kongpob spoke offering Arthit a smile.

"Meeting..." Probably another client...

"With my father." Kongpob told him. Arthit smiled at Kongpob tightly unsure if he believed him but he couldn't speak up not when he felt he had no right.

"Do you have any plans tonight?" Kongpob questioned with a smile as he went to sit beside Arthit on the chair that was beside his desk.

"Actually... I do." Arthit responded. The smile on Kongpob's face fell as he looked at Arthit.

"Oh... really?"

"Yes. With Byul, P'Two and Nong Son."

"Two?"

"P'Two. He's older than us Kongpob you have to be respectful." Arthit scolds. Kongpob ignores his comment and continues.

"Where are you going?"

"To my mother's home. She just got back from her honeymoon on Monday and wants us to go visit."

"He knows your mother?"

"Of course he does. I've known him as long as I've known Byul too. P'Two, Byul, and Nong Son spent a lot of days and nights at my house. " Arthit explained. Kongpob frowned.

"You told me he had no feelings for you."

"What does this have to do with that?" Arthit questioned confused.

"Why is he going to your house."

"I told you. He wants to go see my mother and my mother wants to see them. She called P'Two, Nong Son and Byul to come along. My Mai considers them all like her children." Arthit explained. Kongpob continued to frown.

"Kong..."

"You're not eating them... why?... You don't like these?" Kongpob questioned. Arthit froze as he realized he'd left the boxes of chocolates out.

"No... It's not that... I..." He bit the inside of. his cheek as he thought of something to say.

"I'm on a diet."

"A diet?" Kongpob questioned Arthit who nodded.

"Arthit. You're a bad liar."

"I'm not lying." Arthi tells him.

"That's not true. I saw you eat two slices of strawberry cake yesterday for Lemon's birthday." Arthit blushed realizing he'd been caught in his lie.

"So tell me Arthit..." Kongpob spoke reaching out to cup his cheek gently, though there was a frown on his face.

"Why are you lying to me?" Arthit's heart was racing despite everything he knew about Kongpob or lack thereof; in the end, he knew that he loved him and no matter what there was no way to stop his heart from falling deeper for this man. Even if I keep getting hurt.

"I'm not.. I..."

"Then... "

"For my mother... I... My mother loves chocolates just as much as I do. I wanted to save these up for her." Arthit forced himself to smile. Whether or not Kongpob believed him he didn't get the chance to do so because the door to his classroom opened and his students walked in with his T.A.

Arthit put on a smile for the kids who took their seats and he quickly made his way to the front. There was only an hour and a half left of school.

"Teacher. Who is he?" Little Mint questioned. Usually, he had this group earlier but because of the assembly they were pushed back to the end of the day and his last students would see him until Monday.

"I'm Kongpob," Kongpob spoke up with a smile.

"Are you teachers' boyfriend?" Arthit coughed as he heard Din speak up. Kongpob on the other hand chuckled.

"You can't ask that Din it's rude." Mint spoke up from her desk.

"Then... what do I ask?" Din questioned.

"Mr... Are you the one that gives teacher flowers and chocolates every day?"

"I am."

"See he's teachers' boyfriend!" Din spoke up happily.

"Din. Mint. We need to start the lesson." Arthit told both children.

"Yes teacher." Both children answered though they looked at Kongpob and giggled.

"Teacher's in love" Someone spoke and this earned giggles from the entire class.

"Alright children settle down," Arthit spoke up.

"When is teacher going to get married?"

"Mr. Are you really teacher's boyfriend?" Left and right they were thrown questions. Kongpob was smiling and there was an amused look on his face.

"We are not getting married.... Kongpob is just..." Arthit began feeling the need to clarify this, yet as he answered he realized despite calling himself Kongpob's friend there was still such an unclear line between them.

"I'm your Teacher's boyfriend." Arthit froze at Kongpob's words and when Arthit turned to look at him, he was grinning.

"You must like him a lot if you send him flowers and chocolates every day." Mint spoke up.

"My mommy says you must be crazy in love with teacher and rich if you spend so much money every day." Din spoke up. Arthit blushed and Kongpob began to laugh wholeheartedly.

"Maybe I am." Kongpob responded cheekily. Arthit blushed but when Kongpob winked at him he bit the inside of his cheek. He tried his best to pretend like that did not bother him but it did. It was as if Kongpob was silently reminding him that this was not real. Sighing Arthit quickly earned the children's attention and began his lesson. This time he was teaching them all a song. He grabbed his guitar and began his lesson...

The class went by rather quickly. The children always made their lessons interesting. They continued to look at Kongpob who quietly sat by Arthit's desk. From time to time Arthit noticed Kongpob had his phone out and it was clear that he was taking pictures of him and taking video of him too.

Whenever Arthit would turn to look at Kongpob, he would grin at him and wave which made Arthit blush.

By the time his class was over Kongpob gave away all of his chocolates to his kids which automatically got him liked by the entire class.

"You didn't have to give them away because I didn't eat them you know," Arthit spoke with a pout. Kongpob smiled at him and ruffled his hair.

"You should have let me know you wanted to take chocolates for your mother I could have gotten you some for her," Kongpob said to him.

"It's fine... I don't want you to waste so much money on me."

"Like I told you I do this because I want to okay." Like you do for everyone else?...

His phone began to ring and Arthit quickly answered.

"Hey Byul."

"Hey Arthit. You know that I asked for today off because I had a meeting with my parents that I needed to get out of the way right."

"Yes. I know."

"Yeah... P'Two and Nong Son aren't coming with us. Apparently their parents are having a get-together with a few of their business partners and they both need to be there. I just went to go pick up the gifts they wanted to give to Auntie and I'm a couple of minutes away from her home with Uncle Chen." Byul explained.

"Is Mr. Chu driving you?"

"No... P'Jae Ha came with me."

"P'? Since when?" Arthit questioned. Last time he checked she had called him a jerk. Arthit had met him on Saturday morning when he had stayed the night at her apartment. He had opened the door for the man who looked very surprised to see another man in Byul's apartment.

"He's doing me a favor." Byul did not elaborate on anything else and Arthit didn't ask.

"Anyway. Auntie is asking me that you bring Kongpob with you."

"What?" Arthit spoke in shock.

"Did you tell her about him."

"I swear I didn't. When she called me a couple of nights ago she mentioned that she saw Lemon's Facebook post. You know how Auntie is. She keeps an eye on us and Lemon posted that story of you feeding tteokbokki to Kongpob. She asked.... what was I supposed to tell her? The truth?" Byul questioned. Arthit bit the inside of his cheek.

"She called me this morning. She didn't mention anything about bringing Kongpob with me." Arthit looked at Kongpob who smiled at him as he quietly listened to the conversation.

"She was giving you one last chance to mention him since you've been seeing him for a month. But since you didn't she wanted me to tell you to bring him. You better do it or Auntie is going to come looking for you later."

"I know..."Arthit muttered under his breath knowing well that his mother would do that.

"Anyway. I have to go. We're just pulling up at Auntie's house." Byul then hung up on him. Arthit looked at Kongpob unsure of what to tell him. However, Kongpob offered him a smile.

"I was planning to drop you off anyway. You didn't bring your car right?" Kongpob questioned and Arthit nodded.

"I was planning on driving with Byul, P'Two, and Nong son but they're not coming anymore," Arthit explained as he reached his things so that they could leave.

"It's fine. Come on." Kongpob tells him while taking the bouquet of yellow flowers and Arthit's hand in his. Together they walk out of his classroom and out of the school. As they walked Arthit tried his best to sort his own feelings. As he looked at the Handsome man he couldn't help but feel extremely uneasy.

"Kong... You don't have to take me you know. And you don't have to go there and act nice." Arthit tells him.

"I want to," Kongpob says with a smile. He leads Arthit towards his car and opens the door for him. The drive is silent for a long time Kongpob has the radio on but Arthit is lost in his thoughts. Two's words keep ringing in his head as well as Smile's. He hates feeling like this, he hates feeling so insecure with himself. He looks at Kongpob and wonders how many times he's done something like this.

That feeling of dread and uneasiness does not leave Arthit. The last thing he ever wants to do is lie to his mother. If this was reality, what he would want was to feel happy. He cares for Kongpob, he knows himself enough to know that he's falling in love with him. But as he looks at Kongpob the lines are blurring, is he a client? are they friends? would there ever be a possibility for more?

Arthit is too lost in his thoughts that he does not notice when they come to a stop in front of a shop. He realizes that he never gave Kongpob instructions on where to go. The drive to his mother's home is far, she lives outside of the city in a small village now. It would take a few hours to get there.

"Why are we stopping here?" Arthit questioned.

"You said you wanted to take chocolates for your mother. This is where I bought those pink truffles." Arthit's eyes light up, briefly forgetting his problems with sweets. Kongpob chuckles at his expression and pinches his chubby cheek.

"You're so cute do you know that?" Kongpob tells him. Arthit blushes and simply gets out of the car. He can see there are display windows at the front. The Pink truffles he had seen are on display, as well as a few other types of chocolates that all make Arthit's mouth water.

There were brandy cherry-filled chocolates. Some with tequila, whiskey, champagne, rum all on display for people to see from outside.
