Harshika eyelids dropped in sadness when naresh mentioned raghavan. Harshika completely believed that raghavan would believe everything that naresh has said. Because, before this raghavan believes completely whatever others say rather than what she says. Knowing that naresh has tried to get close to her, tashvi has repeatedly tried to cause trouble to harshika by hurting herself and she would blame harshika by stating that harshika did it.

No matter how many times harshika tries to tell raghavan that she didn't do it, raghavan ignores her words and apologizes to tashvi instead of her. Harshika just hate it. Many times harshika has become angry and irritated due to raghavan behaviour that to apologizing others for the mistake which she did not commit, instead of her.

Harshika heart was tormented whenever raghavan apologize to others for her. Pain shot up her heart each time she gets doubt that, why ragavan believes tashvi words than her's if he really loves her. Even now, raghavan was not going to believe whatever she says. Therefore, she remained silent as her gaze fixed on the floor. She didn't even looked up when naresh mention raghavan name, to confirm whether he is saying true or not. She squeezed her tear filled eyes shut as she tried to hold her trembling body to steady and waited for raghavan to shout to her or apologize to naresh.

As like she guessed, she heard raghavan voice, but she felt something is different in raghavan tone. Usually raghavan would apologize to tashvi in broken or sad tone, now anger is seething in his voice clearly as he pronounced naresh name,

"NARESH.. ENOUGH.. JUST GET OUT. I DON'T WANT SEE YOU AGAIN IN MY LIFE. JUST.. GET LOST.."

Harshika opened her eyes in confusion and looked at enraged raghavan that, why raghavan was scolding his brother instead of her. Her eyes exposed pure hate and disgust when naresh moved to raghavan and held his hand as he began to say,

"Anna.. Believe me.. I di"

Harshika covered her mouth with her hand when raghavan screamed as he pushed away naresh hand and raised his hand to slap naresh,

" GO AWAY, NARESH. DON'T MAKE ME TO YOU KILL YOU BY MY OWN HANDS. I EVEN DISGUST TO THINK THAT YOU ARE MY BROTHER. HOW CAN YOU BEHAVE LIKE THIS WITH MY WIFE ?. SHE IS YOUR SISTER-IN-LAW.. DAMN IT. I DON'T EXPECT THIS FROM YOU. WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF I DIDN'T COME NOW ?. I DIDN'T EVEN ABLE TO THINK IT. TALKING TO YOU TO WASTE OF MY TIME."

As raghavan uttered his last words, he grabbed naresh by the shirt collar and pushed him out of the room and closed the door regardless of naresh who was lying on the ground due to raghavan push.

Harshika just stared raghavan with frightened expression. She slowly removed her hand from her mouth and let it hang free. After their marriage, today only harshika seen outraged raghavan. For the last three months, she never saw him getting this much angry with her or others for anything. Today, after long days she saw the old raghavan who is perfect example for cold, arrogant and merciless person.

Harshika hurriedly nodded in fear when raghavan enquired her in a soft tone,

" Harshika. Are you okay ?."

At the instant she nodded, raghavan wiped her tear strained cheek and embraced her carefully and placed a kiss on her forehead as he murmured,

" Sorry baby.. sorry baby.. "

Harshika face buried in his chest and her mouth curved into a smile as his embrace ease up all her pain and sadness. A quiet contentment spread through her heart as she drenched in his warmth. Her face shinned in exhilaration as she hugged back him bashfully. She felt as being in his warmth like a fulfilling her long-lasting wish. She grinned widely when raghavan placed an another kiss on her head.

This is enough for her.

She always want to be in his shadow.

She always want to hear his heartbeat.

She always want to be close to him like this.

She always want him to love and cherish her like this.

She wants him. That's it.

She will not allow him to leave her.

She will not give up her place for anyone.

She will be always his wife.

She will not allow anyone to replace her place in his life.

Harshika lifted up her face from his chest and looked at him, who is already looking at her with love filled eyes. Harshika tiptoed and tried to kiss his forehead. But due to her height, her kiss landed on his nose. Regardless of her attempt to kiss his forehead failed, harshika warned him seriously,

" Listen raghavan. I will not divorce you. If you think reunion with your ex-lover maya, then give up that idea. Because it's not going to happen. You will be only my husband lifelong. Because you are mine. You are harshika husband. Got it ?."

Raghavan tightened his grip on her waist as he grinned while listening her words. Raghavan pecked her lips when she finished speaking and replied her in a gentle tone,

" Yes, Mrs. Raghavan."

By hearing raghavan reply, harshika face bleamed in happiness. She again buried her face in his chest and snuggled in his chest to feel his warmth. There is no limitness to raghavan happiness after knowing that harshika is loving him. But, still he wished to hear it directly from her. Therefore, he called her softly,

"Harshika.."

Hearing raghavan calling her, harshika looked up him and raised her eyebrow in the way to question him. Raghavan again placed kiss on her forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, and lips. Harshika savoured every second of it in her heart. After pecking her lips, raghavan asked her in a hesitate tone,

" Everything you told Naresh is true."

Even though she understood that what raghavan is trying to ask, she changed her expression as she didn't understand and asked raghavan in a confused tone,

" I don't get it, raghavan. What are you asking about ?."

Seeing raghavan's nervous expression for her reply, harshika smiled inwardly. Even though he knew that harshika loves him by hearing her conversation with naresh, still he can get complete peace of mind if she confess it directly to him. Therefore, he summoned the courage and asked her,

" Do you love me like you said, naresh ?."

Harshika came out from raghavan embrace after hearing his words and turned to other side with fake anger as she uttered,

" Why you want to know when you are going to reunion with your ex-lover m... ?."

Before she could complete her sentence, raghavan hurriedly came in front of her and explained her fastly by holding her hand,

" Harshika baby, what you are thinking is wrong. She came to me to seek a help for her child's medical expenses. I only made arrangements to help her. Believe me, I didn't help with any other motive."

Harshika felt sad for the child after hearing raghavan explanation. She thought in her mind that the child should not have suffered such a serious illness at such a young age. She came out from her thoughts when she heard raghavan words,

"Harshika, believe me. I don't love maya. I only love you. Believe me."

A mischievous smile formed on harshika lips by hearing raghavan confession. She gestured him to bow to her height. Raghavan bent his knees and levelled up her height and looked at her curiously. Harshika held his face in her small sloppy hand and looked at his eyes which is exposing some kind of fear. She kissed his forehead as she confessed,

" Yes, what I told him is true. I love you raghavan. I love you purusha (husband). You know that you are not my first love but you will be only my last love, raghavan."

After saying it, harshika captured his lips with hers before he could relieve from the shock of her confession. Harshika touch broke away raghavan control, which he has kept in his hold tightly, in order not to hurt her in anyway, and made him fulfil his desires which he had restrained until then.
