Even though maya left him due to his parents threatening, raghavan always wished maya to be happy somewhere. He never thought that one day he would meet maya again in his life. That's even in her miserable state. Although he is angry with maya for breaking off of their relationship due to his parent's blackmail, without believing him or his love, he doesn't seem to show it at this moment. It doesn't mean he still have feelings for maya.

Although he don't love Maya now, still he could not resist the dull pain in his heart when he saw maya tear filled eyes. Raghavan who would normally push away those who touch him without his consent, could not push away maya hand when she held his hand and pleaded him,

“ Raghavan. Please help me. Please save my child. Please.”

Meera's cries and pleads made raghavan's mind to freeze for a minute. Raghavan was staring at her blankly, unable to ask the exact reason for her tears or to placate her to stop crying. At that time, sudden blooming voice of harshika relieved him from the shock.

“ Raghavan.”

Due to harshika calling, raghavan turned and looked at harshika who is looking at him with grinning face. Raghavan gets angry to see harshika smiling obliviously while maya was crying. Therefore, he scolded harshika in a hard tone,

“ What ?. Can't you see that I'm speaking with someone else. Be silent.”

However, Raghavan doesn't know how much his behaviour and words hurted harshika. It seems that he didn't give importance to harshika's happiness as much as he gave importance to maya's worry. Even after that, regardless of harshika broken state, he moved away from there with meera as he added,

“Come, meera. Let's go and talk somewhere.”

Maya doesn't know what's raghavan relationship with the girl, whom he scolded harshly. Moreover, she doesn't give importance to it because now she is more concerned in saving her child and for that, she needs raghavan help. Meera knows very well now that only raghavan can save her child, so she goes behind him without saying anything when he commanded to follow him.

After they reached the canteen area of ​​the hospital, raghavan order coffee and went to a corner table and seated on it with maya. Seeing that the owner of the hospital had come to the canteen, the workers in canteen begin to fast up their work and doctors and nurses ended their chit-chat and walk out of canteen to continue their work. Only few visitors are remained in canteen.

Raghavan sighed and took the kerchief from his pocket and extend it to maya as he assured,

“Maya.. Here, take it. Wipe your face and stop crying. Tell me what exactly happened to your child. Then only, I can help you.”

Maya nodded with a whimper and wiped her tear strained cheeks. Maya looked longingly at raghavan who is still treating her with the same love and affection like their olden days, regardless of the fact that she had left him and betrayed him. Maya also truly loved raghavan and wished to live with him lifelong, but when his mother threatened her using her family, she couldn't handle it. Therefore, she abandoned their love and left raghavan. She suffered a lot to overcome the pain which caused due to their separation, but after realizing her family situation, she agreed with her parent's decision and get married. However, her married life did not bring her happiness as she had expected.

Just as maya had a past, maya's ex-husband also had a past. But maya forgets her past and adapts herself to her married life, but maya's ex-husband is unable to do so. It's leads him to live his life unhappily with maya and made him to pretended to be happy for first two years of their marriage life. Subsequently, he confessed her everything and pleads her to give him divorce by stating that he can't lead happy life with her, and he wish to live his remaining life with the woman he loves. Maya divorced him and left him with her one-year-old son with the thought that destiny didn't let her to live the life which she wished, atleast let him live the life which he wished.

Even though she had separated from her ex-husband, Maya lived her life happily with her child with the little income she was getting. It was her fate that did not tolerate her happiness and again a problem arose in her life that was through her child. One day, as usual, she took her son to playground to let him play with his friends. While he was playing with his friends, unexpectedly, he fainted.

Maya brought him to the hospital worriedly, and she came to know that her son had some problem in his heart and if he didn't undergo operation soon, it may even endanger his life. The local hospital where her son was being treated did not have the facilities to do the operation. So, the doctor working in local hospital asked her to go to a multispecialist hospital in chennai. Therefore, she has come to chennai to get treatment for her son.

It was only after she made an appointment in a multispecialist hospital in the chennai, she came to know that how much the operation would cost. She didn't have much money to pay for the operation. When she knew it, she totally lost and got panic how to pay her son medical expenses. That's when she came to know that the owner of the hospital would provide free medical treatment to those who could not afford it if she requested to him. Therefore, she went to hospital owner's office to request him to help for her son treatment. But, she never expected to meet raghavan there. As soon as maya sees raghavan there, she realizes that he is the boss of the hospital and had a hope that raghavan would surely help her and save her child's life.

Raghavan felt sad after knowing maya miserable life after their separation. Raghavan can't change anything that has happened in maya life so far, but today onwards he can make her to live her life happily with her child. Therefore, raghavan decided to provide better life for maya and her child as he promised maya,

“ Maya. Don't worry about anything. I will take care your son medical expenses. Moreover, I will appoint famous doctor from abroad for your son treatment. Okay.”

Maya felt relieved after hearing raghavan assurance and little smile cracked up on her lips. Raghavan smiled by seeing her smile and told her in a calm tone,

“Be happy always like this, maya. Now, come let's go. My wife would be waiting for me.”

Maya was shocked to know that raghavan was married. Therefore, she asked in a confused tone,

“ Unbelievable !!. Are you married ?. When did you get married, raghavan ?.”

When maya question him about his marriage, a happy smile spreads across raghavan's face as he remembers his marriage with harshika. Raghavan nodded with a mischievous smile and asked her in a causal tone,

“ Yes, I'm married. What's there to shock ?. Can't I get married ?.”

Maya shook her head in a dismissive way and explained him in a light tone,

“Ayyo raghavan.. I didn't mean in that way. Please don't take my words wrongly. “

Raghavan nodded and get up from the chair as he jammed his hands in his front pockets. Although maya is eager to know about raghavan wife, she didn't have the courage to ask him about his wife. Therefore, she quietly followed raghavan. Raghavan left canteen with maya and went to maya son admitted room to see him and know about his health condition.
