Raghavan who came out of his study room to leave the house to attend an important meeting, he crossed the meera room and heard the argument between harshika and meera. Hearing harshika affirm statement to Meera that she has come to his home to work as a chef, raghavan felt fresh pain in his heart. Again her words reminded him, his place in her life and made him realize that she considered it a shame to tell others that she was his wife.

Raghavan tightened his hands into fists when meera doubted harshika character due to his mother disgusting statement about harshika. A pure hate and anger spread across his burning heart as he thinks about his mother wicked behaviour. His resentment towards his mother festered his heart, with the thinking that why his own mother not giving any importance to his happiness.

Raghavan felt squeezing pain in his heart as he glanced harshika who is standing with her head bowed down in sadness as the result of her cousin meera words. He couldn't control the rage which arose in him, as he thinks how much harshika would have been hurted after knowing that his mother mentioned her as homewrecker, through her cousin.

However, raghavan held back the anger that rose in him due the thinking that if he vent out his anger to his mother now, then his mother would again target harshika and torment her in his absence. Raghavan decided that when the right time comes, he can deal with his mother.

Raghavan was amazed to hear meera assurance to harshika, that she was ready to quit her studies and to go to work to support her sister. Seeing meera behaving responsibly and caringly, raghavan finds his youthful dynamism and passion in meera.

Eventhough he thought that he shouldn't interfere in the argument between the sisters, he couldn't cross them as if he didn't heard anything after seeing harshika depressed state. Therefore, he called out harshika and entered into the room as he added,

“ My dear wife.. Why didn't you tell me your cousin's came home ?. If you had told me, I would have come to see them as soon as they arrived. “

On the other hand, harshika stood with tear filled eyes in a broken state after learning that raghavan mother mentioned her as a homewrecker to her cousin's. She stood at the same place with bowed head unable to confess her marriage with raghavan and at the same time unable to answer meera questions. While harshika was standing in agony not knowing how to explain her situation to meera, raghavan entered the room and indirectly replied to all the queries of meera that who she is to raghavan and what right she had in his house. Her heart sang and teased her in the happiness, each time raghavan pronounced her as his wife.

She just couldn't lift up her face and look at raghavan in the shyness which is formed due to his kiss on her cheek. A flush crept up her face when he placed another kiss on her cheek. Her entire body thrilled up in ecstatic when he compliments her in a soft tone as if she were the most beautiful woman in this world,

“You are looking so beautiful, my wife. I'm lucky to have you as my wife.”

After saying it, raghavan again placed a kiss on harshika flushed cheek and turned his attention to meera who is looking at them dumbfoundedly with open mouth. He winked while looking at her and extend his hand towards her as he added,

“ Hello cutie. Do you like the room ??. Chill cutiee.. Don't give me that look. I don't eat you. I understand that why you are giving me this look. Before this, sometimes I might have talked to you rudely. It happened when we had no relation between us. Now we have become close relatives, right !!. So, I don't behave like that. Okay. Don't you greet your sister husband, cutie ?.”

Meera is unable to relieve from the shock after hearing raghavan words. Until then, meera blindly believed that her sister harshika took the wrong way to provide better life for them. However, contrary to her belief, when raghavan stated to her that her sister harshika is his wife, she just couldn't be able to analyse whether raghavan statement is true or not. The doubt that if raghavan married her sister harshika means, then why saratha madam scolded and shouted her by stating that her sister is homewrecker, arose in her mind. That doubt made meera enquired raghavan,

“ Raghavan sir, Did you really married my sister ??. If so, are you the one who tied the thali around my sister's neck ?.”

Raghavan smiled by hearing meera voice and pulled harshika close to him by placing his hand around her shoulder and replied meera in a tender tone,

“ Yes, cutie. I'm your sister husband. Now she is Mrs. Harshika Raghavan. Ofcourse, I was the one who tied thali on her neck to make her as my wife. Do you have any other doubt, cutie ?. Ask me. I'm here to clear it. But, don't think your sister in any wrong way just because someone stated her wrongly. Believe me, meera. Your sister is god gift for me to cherish and love life long. I will never abandon her in any circumstances. I will be there for her always. So don't worry about your sister and concentrate on your studies. Okay.”

Meera's eyes filled with tears in happiness after hearing raghavan words. From raghavan's words, meera could understand how much raghavan loves her sister. She had complete faith that god had given raghavan in her sister life as remedy to all the troubles which her sister faced till to the day, and she completely believed that raghavan will not let any more trouble in her sister's life. Meera smiled happily as she thought of the happiness that was going to come in her sister's life through raghavan. Her thought came to an end by hearing raghavan gentle tone,

“Cutie.. Are you okay ?. Why are you crying ?. Don't you like to stay here ?.”

By hearing raghavan words, Meera smiled with tear filled eyes and replied raghavan in a happy tone as she wiped away her tears,

“ Yes, anna ( Brother). I'm okay. I'm not crying. These are not formed in sadness. It's happy tears, anna. I'm very happy for my sister. Ofcourse, I love to stay here with my sister and her in-law's family.”

Raghavan smiled after hearing meera words and take off his hand from harshika shoulder and stroked meera head lovingly and told in a soft tone,

“Okay cutie. I have an important meeting to attend. So, I'm leaving now. You take rest. I will see you again at dinner. Don't hesitate to ask me if you need anything. Okay. “

Meera smiled cheerfully and nodded as okay. Raghavan once again stroked her head and smiled as he added to harshika,

“ Harshika baby, I'm leaving. Don't worry about anything. Take care.”

After saying it, Raghavan kissed harshika forehead and walk out of the room. Harshika turned and looked at raghavan silhouette as she touched her forehead with a blushful face. She likes whenever raghavan mention her as his wife. She liked his caring nature towards her cousin's. Most of all, she liked his affectionate kiss.
