In the first floor of RN mansion, a girl who was sitting near the window of her room; staring at the trees outside as her thoughts were dipped in somewhere, came out of her thoughts by hearing sounds coming from downstairs. Lazily, she got up from the chair and walked out of her room.

She came out of the room and stood nearby the rally in the first floor and looked down the hall. She could see clearly the things which happening in the hall on the ground floor, from the place where she stood. She watched everything with an emotionless eye. She stared back harshika who is looking at her, with a sneer for a few seconds, and then she slowly turned around and walk back to her room as if she felt bored by watching the drama happening in the hall.

Meanwhile, Harshika who had forgotten her pain in raghavan affection, looked up and stared the girl who is standing in the upstairs, as the result of that girl figure caught her eyes.

As she knew everyone in raghavan's house, she began to suspect that who is that girl.

Sensing harshika gaze, that girl looked at her with a sneer. Harshika didn't seem like there was anger or hatred in that sneer, it seemed like there was some kind of insatiable sorrow in that sneer.

That girl did not look at her for a long time. After glancing her for a few seconds, she walked away as if she had nothing to do with the incident happening in the hall.

Ever since harshika saw that girl, her mind rolled up questions to her one by one,

Who was that girl ?.

Why was there an unending sadness on that girl face ?.

Could there be any relation between raghavan and that girl ?.

Did the girl looks sad after knowing that raghavan got married ?.

Her thoughts came to an end when she heard raghavan words,

“Are you okay now ??. Does your feet still hurts ??.”

By hearing raghavan words, harshika stared raghavan with confusion and placed her right foot on the floor with the expectation that pain will shoot back again in her leg. However, contrary to her expectation, she did not feel any pain, and she was able to keep her leg on the floor normally. Moreover, she was able to walk without any pain.

Realizing that her leg pain was gone due to some technique which raghavan did, Harshika looks at raghavan again with joy and amazement and thanked him in a happy tone,

“Thank you.”

A little happiness shrieked into his broken heart when he felt harshika joy filled gaze on him. A smile formed on raghavan lips by hearing her words. However, soon he covered up his emotions by scratching his stubble chin with the thought that he should not develop a desire just because she thanked him, and she loves his brother, not him. Then, he moved away from there as if he did not feel harshika's gaze nor heard her words.

As he was walking from the hall towards his room, suddenly he paused his step and told harshika, with the thought that his mother might humiliate her again if he leaves harshika alone in the hall.

“ Harshika.. Come with me.”

Harshika, who was glowing in the happiness as the result of raghavan treated her with kindness even in front of others, got depressed when raghavan moved away from her without replying or looking at her. However, soon her depressed state turned into gleeful one again when he asked her to follow him.

At the instant she heard raghavan words, she immediately followed him as if she were waiting for raghavan to call her. Harshika mind questioned her by noticing changes in harshika ever since raghavan treated her kindly in front of others,

Harshika, what are you doing ??.

Why are you following him like a puppet ??.

Have you forgotten everything he did ??.

Harshika, don't believe him.

Do you hear me ?

Harshika ignored all the questions that arose in her mind and followed raghavan with complete trust in him as per her heart assurance.

Besides, raghavan entered into his room and waited for harshika. At the instant harshika stepped into the room, raghavan closed the room door and told her in a causal tone,

“ You can stay in this room. There are few clothes in the wardrobe for you. You can change into the dress which you like if you wish. I know that you don't like to wear the dress which I bought. I'm not forcing you. If you want, you can wear it. I will be in my study room. Anytime, you can ask john if you want anything else. I hope you still remember john.”

John is a 60-year-old man who has been taking care of household responsibilities in RN mansion for the past thirty years. As harshika had formerly worked at RN mansion and stayed at servant quarters since teenage, harshika knew john very well, and he used to treat her kindly.

Therefore, harshika nods her head as okay in the way to agreeing to everything raghavan said.

After saying everything that came to his mind, raghavan turned to leave the room with the assumption that she would not like him to be in the room.

As he was about to leave the room, suddenly the question arose in him whether she had her lunch or not. Therefore, he turned and asked her in a faint tone,

“Have you had lunch ?.”

As soon as she entered the room, everything that Raghavan had told her, harshika felt as if he had said it out of some obligation. Therefore, she was disappointed due to raghavan blunt words. Moreover, in the way to increase her anxiety, raghavan turned to leave the room. By seeing it, harshika surmises that he does not like her presence in his room, that's why he is trying to leave the room quickly.

However, soon raghavan query whether she had lunch or not proved her all her assumption and thoughts are wrong. She had no words to describe the happiness that arose in her heart when raghavan suddenly asked her that whether she had lunch or not.

Harshika smiled brightly and replied in a jovial tone,

“Yes, I had.”

Raghavan heart slipped a beat by seeing her enchanting smile. He just wish to pull her close to him and kiss her endlessly. Raghavan scolded himself for the thought that arose in his mind thinking that it was wrong to think of her like this when she didn't like him.

After that, raghavan left the room without delaying even a second with the thinking that if he had stayed in the room, he would have done something which he would regret later.

Today raghavan realized, after seeing her smile, how far she has gained the right to rule his heart. Her little smile mended his broken heart instantly and ready to beat wildly for her.

Harshika looked at raghavan who was leaving the room, with a smile on her face. Raghavan's nervous behaviour and his concern for her all raised many questions in her mind.

Is everything that Raghavan said in the office room in the mall true ?.

Does he really love her ?.

Did he marry her because of his love for her or to avenge her ?.

Although her heart ready to give accurate reply to her queries, harshika is not ready to agree it. Her heart throbbed like a fish that stranded on the ground as she wondered what if he had loved her, even though she was completely convinced that he would never love her.

Harshika felt downcasted when she thought that if he had married her because of his love for her, how much her words would have hurt his heart. She prayed to god that everything raghavan said should be a lie.
