All reporters present in the conference hall remained silent after the outburst of raghavan. As some bodyguards were evacuating the reporter from the conference hall, others were clearing up the mess which created as the result of raghavan kick on the table. Harshika was standing as her gaze fixed on the floor with frightened look since she jumps up from the chair in the fear due to the unexpected action of Raghavan. She could not control her fear when she thought of how furiously he was going to treat the person who caused him to encounter this situation. However, she felt sorry for the person who was going to face Raghavan's anger, not knowing that she was the one who is going to get blame in this matter as well.

Noticing that everything was going on contrary to her plan, grandma got up from chair with the motive to execute everything according to her plan and went near to raghavan and held his muscled up hand and dragged him to corner of stage.

His muscled up hand, as the result of anger, loosened a little when he felt his grandma touch. Even though grandma presence cooled down his frustration a little, the thought that his grandmother was humiliated because of him did not let him cool off.

Grandma felt stringing pain in her heart by seeing raghavan's hurtful face. After many years, raghavan showed his real emotions in front of her. He would always mask up his emotion with an aloof look after his break-up with maya. Although grandma's heart is melted after seeing raghavan worried face, grandma was very determined not to change the decision that she had made to change his life.

Therefore, she scolded raghavan in hard tone,

“Raghavan, what are you doing ??. Did you forget my words ??. Don't you want me to be alive ??.”

Grandma did not see any change in Raghavan's facial expression as she was scolding him. Realizing that no matter how harshly she scolds him, he was not going to change his decision. Grandma changed her tone into weak one as she pretended to be crying,

“* weep* I know.. *weep* Now you don't want this old lady.. *weep* that's why you are behaving like this.. Oh god.. *weep*.. Oh God, take me with you..*Weep* my own grandson don't want me n..."

Seeing his grandma wailing and sad face, his heart softened, and his anger admitted defeat. Unable to see his grandma in this condition, he wiped his grandma tear stained cheek and stated in soft tone,

“Grandma, please don't cry. I can't see you like this.”

Grandma smiled wholeheartedly for a second in her heart with the thought that her grandson had fall in her web due to her emotional blackmail.

However, quickly she composed her emotions and put a sad look as she listened raghavan agreeable words,

“ Grandma, you know that you are the most important person in my life. Just for you, I even agreed to conduct this nonsense press meeting. So, please understand me, grandma. I could not keep quiet when that reporter insulted you, that's why I behaved like that. It does not mean that I don't care about you. I am ready to do anything for you.”

A weak smile blossomed on grandma face at the instant she heard his last statement. She held raghavan hand optimistically and looked at him with hopeful expression and asked him,

“If you really care about me, then promise me that you will marry harshika. And also you should not try to deny when I announce about your marriage with harshika to reporters.”

Raghavan had thought that his grandmother was holding this press conference to apologize to the press for the mistake he had made, but it was only when his grandmother told him to marry harshika that he understood everything, only then he realized that his grandmother had convened this press conference to talk about his marriage.

As soon as he heard the word of his marriage with harshika, once again, anger start to rule over his body again. He felt as his head was going to explode when he thinks about how to convince his grandmother and how to get out of this problem. As he was struggling to find a solution to his problems, his brain kept asking him who was the reason for all the trouble which he was facing since this evening. His eyes voluntarily looked harshika in the way to answer his brain.

At the instant his eyes landed on harshika, his whole body start to tensed up like she is a despicable enemy for him. He clenched his hand and sneered while looking at her with the thought of,

“How dare she is to laid out a plan to marry me ??.

Dream on, harshika. It was never going to happen.

Wait and see how I am going to destroy your plans and evildoings to get my property.”

Sensing raghavan gaze falling on her, harshika turned and looked at him as she corrected her spectacle. Her entire body trembled for a second as the result of raghavan bloodshot eyes. His sneered made her to feel like she is the most disgusting person in this world. Unbeknownst to her, a fresh tear had formed in her eyes due to the fury of his gaze. She felt as she was just standing in a place which was completely unworthy for her. She felt as she was burning in the fire by viewing his disgustful look. Unable to bear his disgusting gaze, she turned to leave the stage as she removed her spectacles to wipe away her tears. Out of the blue, grandma voice paused her steps as she was about to walk out of the stage.

“Arshika dear. Where are you going ??. Come here.”

When everyone at the RK mansion treated her like a worker, grandma only treated her caringly as her own granddaughter. Therefore, when grandma called her, she could not disrespect her. She walked towards grandma with the thinking that she could leave from here after informing grandma.

For a moment, it seemed to raghavan that harshika would not have made any mistake when he saw her leaving stage with tear filled eyes. But as soon as grandma called, she came near to grandma as if nothing had happened, that's when he realized that, this also her another play.

Raghavan was enraged with the thought that she was fooling him every time with her acting skill like an innocent, and he was also believing her innocent acting as real each and every time.

As harshika approached them, he grabbed her hand and pulled her to his side and tightened his grip on her and asked grandma in a disgusting tone,

“Grandma, do you want me to marry her ??. Does she have a any single thing that suits my status ??. NOTHING GRANDMA.. NOTHING GRANDMA. She looks like an ugly witch. Not only her outer appearance but also her character was so despicable. Do you think that I came here to meet her ??. NO.. I came here for business meeting. But, unfortunately, my coat was ruined by akash that's why I booked hotel to change my clothes. Somehow, She used this opportunity and entered into my room and did all these things just to marry me.
