《A Love Like This.... ✔》Epilogue. ✔

Forever for lifetime doesn't make sense.
Forever can be for a moment. Forever can be beyond eternity.
Three months back nothing made sense on that unfortunate day. Nothing makes sense now. I just know life is short and we don't have time to waste. Screw forever!
People say when you lose a person only then you realize that person's worth. Death almost won over. I've seen death in front of my eyes.
When she took her last breaths, my world was crashing down in front of me. I prayed that God takes me away with her.
I have wasted seven years of my life. I could've been with her and faced the world. I could've stayed beside her when she was facing her problem. I could've helped her start her business. We could've gone to college together. I left her when she needed me the most.
I regret everything. I regret the decision I made those years back. I regret the way I lead my life. I regret letting her go. I regret how recklessly I behaved.
She was the only good thing that happened to me seven years ago. Everything I did was bad. My friend circle was bad, I wasted money on drinks and sluts.
At that time, keeping her close meant lowering my social status. Keeping her close meant destroying the 'bad-boy reputation'. And so, I let her go.
I so desperately wanted her out of my life that time. And now I want her to stay with me forever.
Time change. People change. Mistakes don't change.
I can't waste anymore time and wait for life to give me another death threat. I'm gonna do this now and do it right.
"You'll do fine. Chill out." Annie said as she placed the food in the table and arranged the napkins.
"Have a beer, man." Parth suggested. "Be a man like me. I wasn't even a little bit scared when I proposed Ann. I knew she will say yes because she is mine. Likewise, Ashna is your."
Annie and I gave him a blank look. "Says the guy who got scared of a rat and dropped the ring." She said.

I chuckled and Parth rolled his eyes. "I still wonder from where did that rat appear?" I though out loud.
"I have no idea." Parth exclaimed dramatically. "That rat ruined my speech. My baby and would-be wife were laughing their guts out." He pointed at the medium sized baby bump on Ann when he said baby. They are to be married after the child birth. They will make a perfect happy family.
"Anyway, Roy it's time." Annie reminded.
---------
I kissed her knuckles as she fluttered her eyes open. I kissed her lips and nose.
"Hi." I whispered and smiled at her.
"Hey." She smiled back.
"How are you?"
"Much better than three months ago." I chuckled at her words.
Her dark brown hair was sprawled in the bed in a mess. She was wearing a thin sky coloured night dress. Her pain killers and medicines make her dizzy. She sleeps almost whole day.
"I wanna make love to you right now." I dreamed and said. "You look so beautiful." Her face flushed.
"I-i.. Can you take me out of this room please? This place suffocates me. For the past 2 months I'm in here. And now I'm almost healed." She made a baby face and pouted as well.
"I was going to take you out anyway." I said.
"Really?" She grinned. This room really must suffocate her because she just brightened up like a christmas tree.
"Yes." I nodded and help her get up. I took her up in bridal style and placed her carefully in the wheelchair. Doctors have still not confirmed if she is ready to walk yet.
I took out a maroon piece of cloth and tied it around her eyes. "What's with the blind fold?" She questioned.
"There's a surprise for you."
I rolled the wheelchair out of the room and then picked her up and carried her to the dining table of the house.
Annie managed to decorate the place so well. I have to thank her later on.
I opened a blindfold from Ashna's eyes. She fluttered her eyes open and looked around.

"Wow." She gasped.
I smiled. "Do you like it?"
"Did you renovate my house? This place is so different."
"Um.. no. This is not your house." I rubbed the skin on my neck.
"Where are we?" She asked in confusion. "This place is absolutely gorgeous. Can you show me around?"
"Sure." I smiled. I knew she will like it. She always dreamed of something like this.
One of the servents placed the wheelchair beside the table. With a support, I made her sit on it and rolled it out of the french window.
There was the swimming pool. And there was a false ceiling above us with glowing fake stars. It is beautiful. I rolled the wheelchair around and came to the open sitting area. There were four pillars which had creepers around it.
"This place is beautiful." She said.
We came to another exit which led to the rose garden. The rose garden was smaller from the main garden and it had roses of all colours. Her eyes widened at the beauty of the garden.
"Oh my god!" She took a pink rose in her hand but didn't pluck it. "It will die if I pluck it. Happiness comes from staying with family." She said.
"True." I smiled at her words.
Snow loved this place and she wanted this rose garden. She said Ashna will love it and now I'm glad that I listened to her.
"There is a library." I told her. Her smile became broader and brighter.
"Take me."
We entered the huge underground library. I know how she loves books and spending time in the library. The library was the main ground. It was furnished with mahogany and had hand-made lanterns hung around. The library had a vintage look.
She gasped again. "Where are we? Whose house is this?" She asked in awe.
"Lets go up." I said. I crossed the room and opened a hidden wooden gate. The elevator. It was a emergency exit. But now we can use it to take her up to the terrace.
"Hidden elevators?" She asked.
"Yup for emergency." I pressed the T. And the lift took us to the terrace.
I opened the doors for her and came under the naked sky. It was a crescent moon tonight with stars all around. The night sky always enthralled me.
The terrace was decorated in midnight blue aparajitas. Aparajitas were a very beautiful and rare flower. These flowers opened at night and closed in morning.
"Aparajitas? Where did you get those?" Ashu asked in shock with eyes wide.
"An angel delivered them in the morning." I smiled.
I looked around in awe. The food was set. The night was perfect. Its now or never.
"Will you marry me?"
That was so out-of-the-blue & awkward!
Anyway, she registered the words in her brain and looked beyond shocked. I guess the air just knocked out of her stomach.
"W-what?" She asked.
"Will you marry me, Ashu? Make me the happiest man on this universe." I knelt down in one knee and took out the red velvet box and opened it.
She was still shocked.
"This is our house." Her eyes widened, if that was even possible. "I was handed over the Singhania groups a month ago. I'm starting a photography school next year." I took a breath.
"Really?" She was out of words.
"Oh yes! I want 5 babies!" She burst out laughing this time. "And I can't make them on my own. Will you help me?"
She nodded her head. Tears ran down her face but she was also laughing. "Yes. Yes i will!"
I put the ring in her finger and gave her a warm hug and then kissed her.
"But 5 babies?" She asked.
"I knew it! I know we should have 7. Seven is your lucky number. But that will be less too. Lets make a cricket team! What you say?" I asked enthusiastically.
She rolled her eyes. "Lets have 2."
"Only two?"
"Okay lets have two first and then we will see."
"Ok. But I'm not stopping at two...."

Child of Dusk
Life can be cruel, especially to those who don't fit in. But what would you do if you were given a second chance? Tim was a nobody during his time on Earth. As a penniless orphan with no friends to speak of, life was tough for him in his little Arizona town in the '90s. He'd utterly lost hope for the future until one day, he was reincarnated as Alvanue, beloved daughter and heir to the Starlit Throne of Silthonduen. Now, Alvanue has everything a princess could ever want: a loving family, loyal comrades and an entire kingdom at her finger tips. But what good is a kingdom when there's a whole world of magic and mystery out there to explore? *** Ok! Disclaimer time. I do edit my own work and I do not have a beta reader, so please feel free to point out any errors or plot holes (politely, of course). Each chapter will be around 4,000 to 6,000 words long and while I was posting every day at the beginning, I think I'll cut that down to once a week for now, excluding bonus chapters! I really don't want to get burned out. I started writing this because I love world building, so this is gonna be heavy on lore. If you're not into that, there's still a ton of character progression and action to look forward to! It's going to be slow at the beginning, but I promise it will pick up eventually. Thanks for checking my story out, I appreciate it a lot!

Zeke Herald, Goblin Slayer
Zeke wakes up inside a small cavemouth, no memories or direction, just the will to live. Also, he's smack dab in the middle of a forest that's teeming with ugly little goblins. The only good goblin is one with a sword sticking out of it, as my father used to say. I tried to incorperate LitRPG elements. I'm only recently introduced to the genre, but I find it really fasinating! So intrigued I even started writing a little story expressing my joy of all things numerical! This story has a focus on hardwork and deliberate progression, no magical deus ex machinas here sorry.
