《Undercover Gangleader》Chapter ThirtyThree

"So that's the girl?" Mike looks at me, a smirk coming to his face as he looks at Xavier.
"Yep."
Xavier scowls ice at us and my smile falters. He may be a friend but he's still the leader of the gang, and is my boss. If he's mad then it's not good for me." What we're you two whispering about a while ago?"
"You." I answer truthfully, knowing lying isn't the way to go with him. I have a better chance of not getting in to ruble with telling him up front instead of trying to avoid answering the question.
He scowls and Mike grows still as well." What about?"
"About you and the girl son."
He growls out and looks at us both sternly," I don't want you two little girls gossiping behind my back again. Understood? And no more talking about Asher. We're nothing and we'll aways be nothing. I don't feel for her that way, so there's not a chance."
Mike squints and nods, as do I, and runs a hand through his hair." Nothing and never are both dangerous words. I'll take you're word. Nothing is going on or will happen.. For now Xavier."
Xavier rolls his eyes and begins to walk out from the back of the garage." Whatever Mike. Just remember the weapons are kept in my room and you're a heavy sleeper."

"I've over heard some talk by the boys Xavier. I was wanting to know your personal opinion."
I freeze under my father voice and ask," Yes?"
"You asked if as if it was a question. Answer whole heartedly boy. Now!"
"Yes, sir."
"That's what I thought." A puff of of smoke fills the air ,as he faces away from me in his leather chair." Now. What's this about a girl?"
I grunt and run a hand across my face." Nothing. You know how the boys are, always teasing."
"Just teasing huh? So you wouldn't have a problem with me meeting this little girl?" I begin to protest but he throws up a hand and goes in." Of course not. So what is she like Xavier? Who is this girl I keep hearing about?"

"Her name's Asher."
"Describe her for me."
"She has brown long hair. Dark blue eyes, tall and slim figure. Delicate features and an attitude for days. She's also the nerd of the school. The reason of me having to be around her."
"So she's sassy? Smart. Tall. And some what attractive? And her body.... I've seen pictures Xavier. What do you like about her? I know at least two things you like of her, so don't say you don't have any."
"Obviously the chest and ass. Why are you asking me this?"
"Don't question me." He takes another puff of smoke and blows it into the air before going on." I wanted to see your reaction. I don't know whether you've passed or failed the test son."
"What was my reaction?"
"I'll tell you later.... Being the girl in!" I turn my head to the door and hear a chuckle feel the air, the deep and emotionless tone of it sending my spine to stand up straight." That was the biggest part of your test. And as for your reaction Xavier.... If you're not attracted to the young girl than why did you eyes dilate when I asked about her? They darkened slightly. And look at your pants son. We're more a like than I thought. Maybe we should give you something to hide those problems when your around her?"
I gulp and don't glance down, already knowing what there." It's nothing but simple attraction. And the fact that I can't have her is making it worse."
"Fine. How about we make a deal? You find one strong evidence of the territory from the school and I'll allow you to have your way with her. Does that sound good? Your mouth once again doesn't have to do the talking." I nearly growl at myself and cross my leg onto my knee and sit the pillow over top of me." I see why your reacting this way with her Xavier. But I have a question for you. Have you ever seen the girl without her shirt on? If not, I'd say you're missing out on a sight. It encourages me to meet her face to face even more."

"The only time I've seen her is at school. She doesn't go around shirtless there."
"Hmmm. I guess that's a good thing though. I don't feel like being a grandparent anytime soon, sop lease control yourself around the young lady. And no matter what, never blow your cover. Don't even tell her. Understood?"
"Understood."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------/-----------/----------------------
I stay in my room, starring at the wall with nothing to do. Asher won't take my calls, I can't draw. I can't watch tv. I can't read. There's nothing for me to do but sit here and think of the thoughts I've been trying to push away.
At the memories of Asher and I laughing together, having fun. The thing that changed it all? Daniel and I. I had got so caught up in his touch, his scent, his words, his promises, that I forgot about Asher. I forgot how even though she never was intimate with me, I still liked giving each other hugs. I liked hearing our laughs blend into each other as we made corny jokes, or made desserts together. I liked doing our pinkie promises with each other when we would promise each other something, no matter how big or small the promise was.
I feel the well known darkness and cuff soon creep over me, that I had felt before finding Daniel. The ache in knowing a secret but not knowing what to do with it. The instinct and want.
I, Hana- Asher's ex best friend, was in love with her. Her laugh was music to my ears, even years into the friendship. Her smile would awake a special happiness inside me. I remember having dreams of Asher nod I being together in the way that Daniel and I were. I remember at first doing these things to show Asher I was capable of loving someone, to draw her attention to me.
I look at the diary in front of me that I locked up for about a year now. I put all the feeling I would feel when thinking of Asher. Talking about how soft her lips looked and how I just wanted to hem to be on mine. How during sleepovers it took everything in me to don't just roll over and show her the feeling I felt, and make her want me in the way I wanted her.
Then I realized in the beginning of Daniels and I's relationship that she was still set on the fact that relationships were a distraction. So I waited. But I decided to minimize these wants by Daniel while I did so.
I was both happy and sad that she had yelled at me over Daniel. I thought it was because she was jealous. Now I realize that she was looking out for me. Like a real friend should. I have a crush on my best friend, who is secretly the sexiest thing to live, and feels in no way the same way. Does it hurt? Hell yeah.Do I still want her? Hell yes. Will I show her my true feelings? Not so much. But I will try to regain our friendship. Even if I can't have the title of being her lover, I'm good with being able to be the tile of her best friend.
I lay on my side and look out the window of my bedroom, watching the birds fly by. Days like these, Asher would be up here and read a book out loud, making all the voices of the characters and sometimes acting things out. She's adorable when she wants to be. Which is the biggest reason why I've grown more intimate feelings for her. One things for sure though. If I can't have Asher. No prick like Sebastian Cole will either.

Can't Stand You
I closed my eyes tightly until I heard laughing. No, I could feel the laughing. My eyes sprang open to find Miles on top of me. I was laying flat on my back in the dirt with my glove with the ball inside pressed against his chest. Miles was not at all fat, but he was 6'2 compared to my barely 5'3.I could feel his chest rumbling and shaking with laughter as I lay humiliated on the ground."I didn't know you liked being on the bottom," Miles said loudly. The whole field cracked up with that. I struggled under him and shoved him off of me. All of the guys were howling with laughter as I got up and swiped all the dirt off me. "Pervert," I muttered, before tossing the ball out of my glove to hit him in the thigh. I stalked across the field without another word. The whole team was in hysterics as I shoved all my things in my bag and practically ran off to get away....Gloria is like any other 17 year old girl getting ready for summer break, but this summer is going to be completely different.
