I sit in a park

And from memory i dial

His number i could never forget

No matter how vile

His heart is

I watch as the tree dies

It's falling leaves

Turns yellow and dries

I look down

And smile at the knife

Stabbed in my heart

With unwilling eyes

For I,

Had fallen

For a man with style

He was different atleast

I hoped he was

When i walked the mile

Of trust with confidence

And said,"Lets never look back"

I wish I could take my words back
