I'd peacefully dozed off during the long and boring car ride and was dreaming of running around in wolf form in a meadow. I frequently had this dream and was pleased to have it instead of my disturbing night terrors. I was deep in my dream as I was starting to be shaken awake. "Elle? Wakey wakey shit face" Kayden laughed.

I opened one of my eyes and stared at my stupid brother, opening both my eyes fully I glared at him "What the hell do you want" I asked angrily, I hated being woken up.

"We're in the McDonald's drive through, do you want any food?" Kayden asked, at that second my stomach painfully grumbled very loud and Kayden began cackling "ill take that as a yes then what do you want? Ooo I want a Big Mac, a double bacon cheese burger, nuggets and ooo a mcflurry YUM! Oh and-" I rolled my eyes and laughed my brother apparently wanted the entire menu

"you fat shit" I laughed at him while he jokingly pouted acting as if I hurt his feelings.

I gave them my order of 20 chicken nuggets, fries and a milkshake and we quickly got our food afterwards. We both started munching on our food and talking about starting the new school which apparently also had humans attending it, which I found annoying as I wouldn't be able to use my powers. At my old school I was constantly in fights and being with boys, everyone knew not to mess with me and if someone was stupid enough to do so they lived to regret it. I was on the cheer team and was popular but also acted cold hearted, this school would be no different. The only person I loved and trusted was my sweet older brother. Kayden was 17 he had blondie brown wavy hair with an angular manly face and big grey eyes, standing at about 6ft he could look intimidating when he wanted too but was actually the biggest softie you'll ever meet. He was on majority of the sports team's, he was a stereotypical jock although he was no player he was "saving himself" for his mate which sounds boring to me, I don't even think I'll ever find my mate love just isn't meant for me.

Our driver pulled up to a huge house which I assumed would be where me and Kayden are staying, we would have stayed in the pack house with the rest of the black moon pack but we both requested our own house since we didn't know anyone there except our uncle who was the old beta of the pack as his son had now taken over the position. I looked up in awe of this amazing mansion not believing that this was our house, I could see mine and Kayden's cars both parked in the driveway already.

Our driver hopped out and opened my door for me I thanked him and stepped out feeling the warm sun instantly on my light golden skin, I smiled at the warmth loving the weather a lot more than the weather back home. Thinking of back home makes me feel homesick already wishing that Martha could have came with us, I think she would have loved to come with us but unfortunately she was the main pack cook so she had to stay.

Our driver walked over to the boot of the car and pulled out both of my cases, turning to me he bowed his head and then started walking towards the new home. I waited for Kayden to get out his luggage before closing the boot and walking alongside him towards the doors.

As we approached the doors flew open and a very happy Uncle Tom stood there, he was a very tall man probably standing at about 6ft like my 'father' and brother, he had blonde messy hair that had started to fade as he was now in his 40's, his complexion was smooth except for his dimples and slight wrinkles.

I smiled back at him and walked forwards to embrace him "Good to see you again Tommy thank you for taking us on" I joked laughing, he laughed back and shook his head at us.

"I knew both of you would be trouble! you have been since you were young. Much like me" he grinned and winked. He lead us inside where the driver placed my luggage and then said his goodbyes, closing the front door behind him.

He began giving us a brief overview on the house, school and pack. "This is your home you will have cooks and maids, if you need anything else then feel free to request for it. You are free to do as you wish at the house and in your free time. My only request is that you attend school and attend the pack ball next weekend where you both will be introduced to the pack properly, although you'll meet a lot of the pack through school. The new school year begins tomorrow so make sure you have all the equipment needed and get a good night rest!".

He pulled us both in for a hug and turned around walking backwards towards the front door as he continued speaking "choose any room you want there are many to pick from, make yourself at home." He finished by giving us a wink we all said our thanks and goodbyes as Tommy left the house probably to get back to his mate at the pack house.

I looked over at Kayden excitedly and quickly picked up my suitcase, carrying it up the huge staircase. I took a left at the top of the stairs feeling drawn to go down there. I poked my head in each room I passed trying to decide which one I wanted, some were way to big some were way too small.

The last one on the corridor had a office next door to it and was round a corner from the rest of the corridor. I walked in and it was the perfect size with a connected bath room with a corner bath and a huge walk in shower, the room also had a big walk in wardrobe which was even bigger then my one back at home. The actual bedroom had a big king sized bed with a velvet headboard, a big flat screened TV with a PS4, a vanity table with a big mirror above it with lights all around and a small balcony that had 2 seats placed neatly. This floor in my room was a dark grey carpet and light grey walls. It was perfect.

I began unpacking my cases and making the room my own. I set up my makeup area, hung up all my clothes, put my new bed sheets on the bed as well as all my pillows and then placed all my bathing stuff in the shower. I then started on the task of hanging up the pictures I have from my old room eventually asking Kayden to help since it was taking so long. Eventually I hung them all up but decided to keep the one of my mum on my bedside table. And lastly I placed Hop on my bed and smiled in content with my room, I loved it.

Looking at my phone it was 2 pm on a Sunday. I searched up close shopping places and nail places around where I am and found the closest mall. I decided to get myself all pretty for tomorrow, I wanted to give everyone a good first impression. I wandered down the hall towards my brother room, sniffing the air to find which one was his. He'd chosen a room on the right side of the stairs which had dark carpet, a balcony and connected bathroom also. I walked in to see him sat on the bed on his phone. I spoke up catching his attention "hey I'm going to head to the mall to buy some stuff for tomorrow and get my nails done do you want to come too? We can get pizza on the way home!" I grinned at him. He rolled his eyes and said yes getting his shoes on and following me down the stairs. We headed outside and climbed into my car, I put the satnav on and put in the location I then started the engine and pulled swiftly out of the driveway.

I pulled up to a huge mall building finding a space surprisingly close to the doors, after having trouble parking since it isn't my strong point, we finally jump out of the car both laughing at my parking job. "Hey! It's not that bad jerk" I huffed but started laughing again.

We walked towards the doors and went our separate ways since he didn't feel like sitting with me to get my nails done which I was glad about. I walked into the nail place immediately smelling that they are all humans. I walked to the front desk and politely said "hi I would like to get acrylic nails done please." The girl looked up she had ginger hair which was pin straight and big blue eyes, she had an innocent looking face which was paired with a huge smile.

"Sure!" She chirped "what design, length and colour would you like?" She asked. I showed her a picture of coffin shaped nails that were medium in length and were matte nudey pink coloured. "Yes! That'll be fine. That would be $40 please" I got my card out and payed and the red head girl lead me over to the table and began my nails.

After an hour they were done and I loved them they made me feel so much better about myself. I thanked the girl and left to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted which I also loved. I walked around the mall buying some makeup, clothes and underwear just enjoying my own company.

I mind linked my brother and asked if he was done, too which he replied "yes I'm just in my last shop I'll meet you out front in 10" i said okay back and walked into another shop where I bought a new grey on the shoulder bag for school as well as a new notebook which said "I'm busy bitch". Looking at my phone I saw that 15 minutes had passed so I hurriedly walked towards the front of the mall.

It was now 5pm meaning the shops were beginning to close and there were less people. I made my way towards the doors which were in view now when I heard loud talking and laughing. I turned and saw a huge group of boys and girls around my age walking through the mall, I knew they were all werewolves as I could smell them. All the boys were good looking and caught my attention, and I did the same for them. They looked in my direction as one of the boys blew a kiss at me, I replied with a wink laughing at them as I walked past them. I was a natural flirt, what can i say.

Reaching the mall doors I decide to look back and some of the boys were looking back at me which made the girls walking with them glare at them and me. I laughed at this.

I looked around outside and spotted my brother and saw him leaning against the hood of the car looking irritated. "You said you were done!" He whined "why did you take so long?".

I shrugged my shoulders and said "I forgot about you hehe, lets go get pizza I'm starving and I'm craving pepperoni" I hopped in the car and began the radio searching for a good station as Kayden climbed into the passenger seat. He called the pizza place and ordered two pizzas to collect he then out the location into the satnav and I began the drive there.

We arrived back home with our pizzas and were sat on the huge sofa in the living room chomping away whilst we watched the Simpsons together. Me and Kayden both loved watching kids cartoons and movies so we would always watch one when we were eating, we both were laughing at the show and enjoying our time together. The episode finished just as I finished my pizza, I stood up about to make my way to my room when Kayden spoke to me "Elle?"

I turned to look at him and gave him a questioning look "yes?" I asked sitting back down next to him.

He sighed and looked at the ceiling "this new school Elle maybe this could be your fresh start and a chance for a good reputation instead of your old one. Leaving all your bad habits behind?"

I laughed "what was wrong with my old reputation?" I asked innocently.

He gave me a stern look "seriously Elle, do you know how it made me feel hearing and seeing all the stuff you did? I hate people talking about you being a slut!".

I rolled my eyes at him "I was just having fun Kayden, I'm gonna do the same shit here. I'm living my life" I stated. My voice got quieter as I said "I deserve it after everything" looking downwards and start playing with my nails.

Kayden went quiet and then suddenly pulled me into a hug. We hugged for a few minutes before pulling away. Forgetting about the previous discussion we arranged when we were leaving tomorrow for school and that he was going to drive. I needed to wake up at 7 ugh great.

I said goodnight to Kayden before heading upstairs deciding to get everything ready for tomorrow as I wanted to set a good impression.

I walked towards my walk in wardrobe ready too choose my outfit for tomorrow, there was no dress close at this school so I was excited since my last school unfortunately did. Since it was warm I picked a black skirt which clung to my curves accentuated my bum and my legs and was quite short reaching about mid thigh. I paired it with a black spaghetti strap crop top which showed a good amount of boob but not an awful amount and a cropped light blue denim jacket which was stylistically frayed. I decided to wear black pumps with it and also picked out my underwear.

I left my clothes hung over my chair in my room and decided to shower. During my shower i used a hair mask while I shaved and exfoliated since I was going to fake tan before bed, I rinsed my body and turned the shower off. I got out and dried myself and fake tanned my body I stood waiting for it to dry whilst I dried my hair and put all my curly hair products in it. Once my tan felt dry enough I pulled on a oversized t-shirt which was black.

Walking into my bedroom and put all my shopping bags away and began packing my bag for tomorrow while having an internal battle on whether to take my gym kit of not since I don't have my schedule yet, I decide just to take it and leave it in my locker. I was done for the night and it was only 10pm.

Feeling a bit hot I walked over to my balcony and felt a slight wind on my skin, enjoying the feeling I leant my hair back as the wind blew my hair.

I suddenly felt as though I was being watched.

I snapped my head towards my back garden which my balcony was over-looking and glanced around, searching for any movement. My eyes darted towards the back of our garden seeing there was a forest which I hadn't noticed before, it was creepily dark because of the night sky having no stars. I strained my eyes to see properly and realized there was 3 wolves stood there staring towards the house, but my body told me they were staring at me.

Finding this rude and creepy I decided well then I'll stare back! As I started having an imaginary staring contest with these wolves, determined to win. After about a minute 2 turned away and trotted back into the trees whilst the one that had been stood in the middle still stared, the wolf was one of the biggest wolves I'd seen and was a midnight black color. Still not giving up I continued staring back, the wolf cocked it's head to the side as if he was confused and with that it turned away and ran further into the woods, disappearing out of my view.

I smiled in triumph happy with my 'victory' and walked back into my room locking the balcony door behind me. I jumped into bed turning the TV on and began watching Horrid Henry on netflix my mind wandered to the wolves, I wonder who they are? Maybe they go to my school oo maybe they are sexy. I was lost in my thoughts until I felt sleep take over me and I drifted into a comfortable nightmare-less sleep.
