Her eyes were opened wide. Feng Jiu didn't realize she was being followed. Someone behind her spoke her name.

"Bai Feng Jiu"

Feng Jiu gasped when she heard her name being called. She turned around to see her stalker.

"Who are you?" Feng Jiu asked.

"I'm the one that you defied. Let's say that I wanted to meet you in person Bai Feng Jiu."

"Why are you following me?"

"Technically speaking, I'm always been around everywhere, so I'm not following you per say. My, my you are full of questions Bai Feng Jiu. You are an interested immortal. No wonder Dong Hua fell for you."

Feng Jiu's heart was beating fast when she realized who she was facing.

"Your heart is racing fast like a hummingbird, calm yourself. I will not harm you, at least not yet. Regulate your breathing."

Feng Jiu slowly calmed down. "You startled me, that's all. Well, you still haven't answered my question."

"I believe by now; you know who I am and why am I here with you. I see that your curiosity unraveled the same truth that you discovered years ago. Are you surprised?"

Feng Jiu became unsettled. "I don't believe in your handy work. This stone is useless and meaningless."

"Regardless if you believe or not, your fate remains the same. Aren't you afraid of the judgement you and your beloved will face for going against heavens will? No one can escape it."

"You can talk all you want or try to intimidate me with your threats, but I can assure you that it won't work. I will not bend my will."

"I know it won't work, because your love is strong Bai Feng Jiu. I feel it. For a little fairy like you, you have a strong will and determination. However, what is written will remain as it was written, and you will suffer the consequences of your defiance. Not to only you, but Dong Hua as well. He knew too well what he was getting into when he wedded you. He signed his sentence and so did you. It was interesting to see that you felt the threads of destiny tangled to your fated husband when you met him. The threads don't lie Bai Feng Jiu. Consider that."

"I won't betray him."

"Are you challenging me again?"

"Is that what you call it, then yes, try me"

"Darling don't worry, you're going to wish you hadn't met me, before continuing to contest me. I will make sure of that!"

"Leave us in peace. We are not harming anybody."

"An oath is an oath Bai Feng Jiu, and Dong Hua broke his."

"Don't come near him, I'm warning you!"

"Oh, another threat from you? Well, well, I will teach you not to mess with me. That is a guarantee."

Feng Jiu felt to the floor, out of breath until she lost consciousness.

Dong Hua was in his study when he felt a sharp pain in his heart. "Jiu'er!" "Where are you Jiu'er, I can't feel her." He got up and ran outside Tai Chen Palace. His guards followed him. "Go to the banquet and see if your mistress is there." He ordered them.

Tai Chen imperial guards went to the banquet hall but stood outside at the entrance. Ye Hua got concerned when he saw one of the generals coming in and approach him. "What is going on?" Ye Hua unnoticeably asked.

"Tianjun, we don't want to disturb your banquet, but we are here following orders from Dijun. We are looking for our mistress. Have you seen her?"

"She was here earlier talking to her aunt. I don't remember seeing her leaving the banquet. Please follow me." Ye Hua discreetly left with the general to meet the searching party outside the banquet hall.

"Go and search all of the palace gardens and terraces, my guards are at your service as well. Let me know when she is found. There is no need to alert her family yet." Ye Hua ordered all of them. "Yes Tianjun"

In the meantime, Dijun used the Miao Hua Mirror to trace his little fox. He located her laying unconscious at the Zhu Xian Terrace. He teleported there.

"Jiu'er, Jiu'er my love please wake up!!!" His face turned ashen when he saw her unresponsive.

"Please don't leave me now Jiu'er. I need you." His voice was breaking in desperation. Dong Hua hurriedly pulsed some of his energy to her chest in order to to revive her.

Feng Jiu fluttered her eyes and gasped air to breathe.

"Jiu'er, Jiu'er. Are you all right?" Dong Hua took her to his arms hugging her tight.

"Dong Hua, Dong Hua you are here." Feng Jiu's eyes met his. She clinged to his arms relieved.

"Jiu'er I'm here my love. I'm here, you are safe. Come let's go home." Dong Hua carried her and teleported back to Tai Chen Palace. Zhong Li was waiting at the palace entrance.

"Zhong Li call up the searching party. Jiu'er is now safe. She will be resting in our chambers; we are not to be disturbed. Understand?"

"Yes Dijun." Zhong Li left to carry his master orders.

Dong Hua teleported to their bed chambers and placed a strong privacy barrier over it. He then sited Feng Jiu on the bed arraigning pillows for her to be comfortable. She has some explaining to do, but he wanted to make sure she was completely calmed and rested.

"Jiu'er are you feeling better? You had me worried." He was eyeing Feng Jiu.

"I feel better now. I'm sorry husband for worrying you." Feng Jiu lowered her face.

"My mischievous little fox. What will I do without you? Come here." He laid down next to her and embraced her into his chest.

"I can't let anything happen to you Jiu'er. I don't know how will I cope. Please don't scare me like that again." He kissed her forehead.

Feng Jiu sensed in his voice that he was afraid. She only hugged him tighter and rested her head in his chest breathing his white sandalwood scent that calms her anxiety. Tears were coming from her face.

"I'm sorry Dong Hua." She said between sniffles.

"I love you Jiu'er. You came into my life like a sun. Like the soft transparency of love. Like the scent of the morning breeze removing my loneliness. I was born again in your eyes, filled with your light. I can live the sweet love that you give me. I can't go back to the soulless and cold of winter. You are my heaven, my fortress, my north. There is no one above you Jiu'er. Do you understand?"

"I'm sorry Dong Hua" At this point Feng Jiu was bawling. Dong Hua just hold her and let her cry out her uneasiness.

"Let it all out my love, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere." He was caressing her back to calm her down. After a while she quieted down.

"Are you okay Jiu'er?"

"I'm calm now."

"Can we talk now?" Dong Hua gave her a sweet smile.

"How can I resist your handsome smile?" Feng Jiu traced his smile with her fingers.

"It is you that I find irresistible. I miss my wife. I prepared a bath for us, come let's go." Dong Hua carried her over to their bath chambers. The water was filled with essential oils for relaxation. They soak for a while inhaling the aromatherapy of rose, lavender and sandalwood. Dong Hua regulated Feng Jiu's energy that was unbalanced.

They got out of the water and each one dried the other out. Feng Jiu was admiring Dong Hua ethereal body. She felt aroused. Dong Hua felt her stimulation and got close to her and caressed her face.

"Feel better now?" Dong Hua with his seductive voice asked her.

Feng Jiu felt an electrical current going all over her body. "I miss my husband."

"I'm here for the taking." He whispered to her ear. Her face was flushed and her body heated up.

With a wave from her hand Feng Jiu transported them back to their bed. She got on top of Dong Hua and slowly started to make love to him. Kissing him with fervor and abandonment. Caressing his body and marking him all over. "You are mine Dong Hua" she kept repeating it over and over. Each place she kissed she claimed "mine". She was enjoying give him pleasure.

"Jiu'er you are my heaven. I'm all yours" Dong Hua freely gave himself to his beloved fox. She was taking her sweet time enjoying being on top of him, making him go wild with hunger. Their loud moans resonating from their passionate lovemaking session were created magic around them that spread out all over the palace. Their bond strengthened. Feng Jiu was in a blissful state and Dong Hua was enjoying the sight of his wife being lost in passion.

"You are so beautiful Jiu'er." He was caressing her breasts making her moan even louder.

"Dong Hua I love you." He felt that she was close. "I'm right here my love, feel me. Let's soar together." Feng Jiu closed her eyes and released herself on top of him. He welcomed her love and so did she. They both shouted out of their ecstasy stage.

Dong Hua rained kisses all over her face. "What was that all about?"

"I really missed you" she sweetly said. They rubbed their foreheads together breathing in sync. Feeling each other's heartbeats.

"My seductive little fox pleasing me." Dong Hua caressed her chin.

"I'll take you anywhere and anytime I want" Feng Jiu blatantly said rubbing her nose to his.

Dong Hua seductively smiled "Oh, is that a challenge? Let's see who takes who. I will tell Zhong Li to leave the palace with all the help. We will have Tai Chen to ourselves. Would you like that?"

"You are on!" Feng Jiu widely smiled.

"I will make sure that you remember this." Dong Hua gave her a quick kiss and got up to talk to Zhong Li.

"Zhong Li, leave Tai Chen and take all personnel with you. Don't return after three days. Understand?" Dong Hua was trying hard to hide his excitement.

"Yes Dijun." Zhong Li smiled and understood his master instructions. He was surprised to see his master with a disheveled appearance, he has never seen him like that before, but was happy for him. Zhong Li spoke with all palace personnel and gave them three days off with no further explanations. After that he closed Tai Chen Palace and locked it down, then he placed a strong barrier over the place for added protection.

When the palace was locked down Feng Jiu seductively asked "Any rules before we begin exploring Tai Chen Palace?"

"No restraints, no limits. Let us be ourselves here. Let our lovemaking consume the walls of this place. The only rule is that no clothing is necessary."

"You're so shameless." Feng Jiu giggled.

"And you love it, come here" Dong Hua grunted and carried her away. For the next three days they didn't leave a palace corner unexplored. They were like two hormonal teenagers, humping each other with hunger and lust. Claiming their bodies one another. Making love madly with no restraints in every room. Loving each other freely and passionately until they became breathless.

"I will never look at this place the same again." Feng Jiu managed to say, she was trying to breathe.

"Is that so. We still have a couple of hours left my love and I'm getting rather thirsty" Dong Hua was insatiable. Before Feng Jiu can escape, Dong Hua magically tied up Feng Jiu to the bed and started to have his way with her. Her moans were only making him madder with lust.

Three days have passed and Zhong Li and the help returned to Tai Chen Palace only to find every palace corner wrecked. They gasped when they saw the disaster left inside. Zhong Li just rolled up his eyes and smiled. "Let's get to work people, there is much to be done."

Feng Jiu and Dong Hua were hidden on an invisible barrier giggling like silly kids, enjoying their faces. "I guess another renovation is in order. Let's leave them to it. Your mischievousness is rubbing on me little fox." Dong Hua said biting her neck. Feng Jiu giggled.

"I live to please my husband."

"And you do a fine job doing it my seductive little fox" Dong Hua grabbed her waist and kissed her possessively.

"Mine", she boldly cupped his mount with one of her hands.

Dong Hua raised his eyebrow surprised "You are getting bolder my wife. Only yours, come here." He deepened his kiss." Dong Hua transported to their chambers to continue with another prolonged love making session.

"If we continue like this how are we going to show ourselves up?" Feng Jiu asked him.

"I can't stay away from you Jiu'er you make me lose control. I just want to have you." He was inhaling her scent.

"After all your years of solitude you are finally receiving love. I'm just fortunate that I'm the one who is giving you what you need." Feng Jiu turned serious while playing with his hair.

"Jiu'er, I enjoy being with you because I love you and I cherish our intimate moments that we create. You awaken all of me. All my senses. You did this. You gave life to my cold heart. I don't want you to satisfy me as an obligation and put my needs above yours. You and I are one, and our love naturally flows from us because is pure and genuine. I enjoy giving you pleasure as much as you do love to please me. It's a sharing experience based on pure love and devotion to one another as it should be."

"Dong Hua I need to ask you something important. And I want you to be honest with me."

"Ask away my little fox."

"Would you get tired of me? I mean I can be whatever you need me to be, but some people like variety."

"Jiu'er. How can I get tired of you? You are the only one that I have ever shared my body, mind, heart, and soul with. I don't need anybody else. You encompass every expectation, fill every need, showed me what I lacked and can put up with me. You know me inside out. Every inch of my body is yours; my heart, my spirit, and soul are yours. You have claimed my heart remember? I carry your mark that proves it. Why are you asking me this now? Please tell me what is roaming inside that mind of yours."

Feng Jiu felt embarrassed, her cheeks were red.

"Jiu'er you look so lovely when you blush. If you don't tell me what is going on, I will have to seductively torture you for a while. I'm sure by now that you are sore."

"Yes I am. No more kinky business for a while. Ok, I will tell you; but don't lie to me please."

"I won't Jiu'er."

"While I was at the coronation banquet, I heard some illicit conversations that caught my attention."

"What type of illicit conversations?" Dong Hua was curious to know.

"The type that implicate forcing either uncle Ye Hua or you to take side consorts from several kingdoms that were attending the banquet. They want to whore their daughters to make political alliances with Nine Heavens. I went to my aunt and discussed it with her. She told me that she will talk to uncle Ye Hua about it. We are afraid that the Heavenly High Counsel will enforce this ruling over you two now that you are married. I don't want to share you with anybody. You are mine only!"

Dong Hua squinted his eyes and looked at Feng Jiu: "Is that the reason you were possessive all the sudden with me earlier on?" Dong Hua was teasing her.

"Yes". Feng Jiu lowered her face. Dong Hua smiled at her.

"Jiu'er my love, look at me. I will not take any consorts or wish to have a harem. Nobody can force me to accept anything. You are my only wife and will remain my only wife forever, and that's perfectly fine with me, don't worry about sharing me with anybody because is not going to happen. You're more than enough for me, my seductive little fox." Dong Hua kissed her lips.

"You mean it Dong Hua?"

"I do Jiu'er. I'm your husband and you are my wife. No one else will separate us."

"Not even...."

"Not even who Jiu'er?" Dong Hua furrowed his brows.

"Husband, please hear me out and don't say anything until I finish. Okay?"

"Ok, please speak."

"I had to get out of the banquet hall because I felt like I was suffocating. So, I went for a walk. I was walking aimlessly and for some strange reason I end up at the Zhu Xian Terrace. I didn't do it on purpose, I promise. It felt like a force pulling me into seeing the Rock of Incarnations. I remembered our past interaction when I asked you about a possibility for us to be together when I cut one of my tails. The pain of that memory felt so real. My heart ached so hard. I had to shake myself not to dwell in that past memory. You were different towards me back then. So, I climbed up the stairs and went to the rock and pulled my name. To my surprise my fate remains the same as before. When I was there, someone came to talk to me."

"Who did?"

"Fate. She threatened me for what we have done. She wants us to suffer. After our interaction, everything went dark and I lost consciousness."

"Look at me Jiu'er. Promise me that you will not go to that place again. You and I decided to rewrite our own fate and we made a vow to face any obstacles together. I will not break that vow Jiu'er. I will not trade our love for anything else. I don't care what comes our way, we'll face it together. I was besides myself when I saw you laying there lifeless. For a second, I thought you were gone. Jiu'er if you go, I will follow you. I can't live in a world without you. Promise me that you won't leave me my love. Promise me that you will stay with me no matter what. Promise me Jiu'er I want to hear it."

"Dong Hua I promise. Even if I must walk in the shadows of death to find you I will."

"Come here, let's not remember painful memories again Jiu'er, I'm here with you now and I love you. I won't push you away or treat you coldly again, I promise you. We are made for each other. You are my heaven, my equal my mate." Dong Hua was hugging her and kissing her forehead repeatedly.

"Hold me closer Dong Hua please and never let me go." Feng Jiu asked pleading.

"Never"
