As we got out of the house and walked towards the RiverPerson, I couldn't help but think about how Mettaton changed, family mattered so much to him, and he traded everything just to be famous, but at least looks like he's having a change of heart

Chara: Are you sure you're okay, Y/n? You seem a little... Off

Y/n: What? Oh, yeah! I'm just thinking a little too much, maybe you could say I'm worried about my friends

Chara: That makes sense... But hey, cheer up, they're all free now, and we only have one more place to go

RiverPerson: Tralala Care for a ride?

We both hopped inside the boat and it traveled way faster than before towards snowdin, and we all stood in silence. After a while, we hopped in snowdin and walked off towards Sans' house, but when we got there, the door was slightly opened, looks like someone just arrived. But the house looked unchanged.

Chara: Huh, that's weird

Y/n: I thought someone was home, guess not

We both made our ways towards Sans' room, when we got there, I opened the door to reveal... Nothing, just a pitch-black room, I walked and walked, but I didn't get anywhere until the lights got turned on...

Paps: Hey, Sans, Have you seen my... OH, HELLO. YOU ARENT SANS. Wait a second. Why are you using a treadmill in the dark?

Y/n: I... Don't... Know?

Papyrus: Is Sans pranking you across time and space? I hate it when he does that! How immature can you get? Also, have you seen my action figures?

Chara: Can't say that we have

Papyrus: Wait! I know where to look!!! In my collection! Nyeh heh heh!!!

He walks off and I take a look at the place, its FULL OF TRASH

Chara: Is that a tornado of junk?

Y/n: Yup... Looks like is self-sustaining

Chara: It's... Messy...

Y/n: Dirty sock pile... Ew...

Chara: And a letter to Santa

Y/n: Oh, there's a key in the drawer

Chara: Isn't there a room behind his house?

Y/n: You think it's from there?

I grab her by the hand and pull her towards the back of the house

Chara: Calm down, Y/n, you're gonna tear my hand apart

We both reach the back of the house and then opened the door

Chara: Is this a lab?

She said trying to ease the pain in her wrist

Y/n: It sure looks like it

We both start looking through the drawers

Chara: There's a photo album inside this one, Sans and some other people, don't know them, and... One photo of us, with everyone, Sans looks happy

Y/n: This one has some kind of badge

Chara: And... Blueprints on top of the drawers

Y/n: What are these Symbols?

Chara: I... Can't read it

Y/n: Looks like they relate to some kind of machine

Chara: Maybe this machine behind the curtain?

Y/n: Yeah, it's damaged, maybe Sans is trying to fix it?

Chara: It's possible, but, looking at this, looks like he ain't gonna try anymore, he looks so happy now, maybe... Maybe he found what he wanted

Y/n: What?

Chara: Friends that care for him, maybe that's all that he was looking for

Behind the door, Sans was listening to everything and smiling, guess it all came to a good ending, resetting to save everyone was truly the best option that was ever made
