《Affection || Lee Know》다섯 - Mutually Splitting

"Hey Annie- I'm picking you up at 7 ok?" Hyunjin phoned me as Dami and I sat in the car, waiting for Minho to come back with the shopping.
"Open up-" Minho said, knocking on my window with plastic bags in hand.
I unlocked the boot before hanging up on Hyunjin and helped him pack all the food bags into my boot.
"Dami- did you know the cashier though your dad and I were married!" I said, which made me laugh and Dami smiled.
"YOU'D BE THE BEST MUM!"
"APPA! PLEASE MARRY MISS WANG!"
I blushed at her words, Minho didn't reply, and I drove us back to my apartment before the meeting with my landlord.
I showed them the way before going back to my apartment and doing a bit of marking.
They came back just after 1, smiling widely which could only mean good things.
"We're moving!" Minho said, happily as the three of us hugged.
"When tomorrow?" I asked, he nodded, "If that's alright?"
"Of course-" I said, and Minho said he was going to Woojin's house to pack up their stuff.
"Have you got stuff at your mum's?" I asked Dami after Minho had left.
"Mum never bought me things."
"What about clothes?" I said, pouting a little at her answer.
"She always threw them out after I wore them once. The ones I have here are my only ones." She answered, sounding like a teenager, which scared me.
"Should we go and get you some clothes? You can pick them out!" I said, and she giggled whilst jumping up and down.
"I'll just phone our dad ok?" I said, she nodded, going to put on her shoes.
"Hey Minho-ssi." I said, he grunted in response. Nice.
"I'm taking Dami shopping for clothes- I'll pay. So we'll see you back at my apartment later."
"Be back for your date." He said reluctantly.
"I will-" I said with a smile.
"Let's get going-" I said, hanging up on Minho, before he becomes saltier than he already is, for some reason.
I took Dami to many shops, buying a lot of clothes and shoes, before we drove back home.
"Did you have fun? And will you promise not to throw these clothes away?" I said to her, and she nodded.

"Good, let's see where Min-"
"Evening-" Minho said, opening my apartment door just as I was about to unlock it.
"What are you doing?" Both Dami and I asked him.
"Actually I don't care- I NEED THE TOILET!" Dami screamed, running off.
"I bought a movie for Dami and I- also, I bought you a dress..." Minho said, "To thank you."
"You didn't have to-" I said, blushing a tiny bit as I walked to my room, the time was 6:30.
It was a knee-length blue dress with long arms, which was perfect for this weather and went perfectly with my shoes and coat.
"Thank you Minho-"
"And take your hair down- remember what I said?" He said, and I looked away, holding back the blush.
I nodded and took my hair down from the ponytail, just as Dami walked into the room from the bathroom.
"MISS WANG! YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL! MR HWANG IS VERY LUCKY!"
Minho's eyes didn't quite meet mine as she said that, but I didn't dwell on t for too long as Hyunjin rang the doorbell.
Dami opened it, which surprised Hyunjin.
"Dami- what are you doing here?"
"I live here!"
Dami led Hyunjin into the kitchen where Minho and I were standing, me by the doorframe and Minho by the hob.
"Wow- You look beautiful Annie-" He said, smiling.
"Should we go?" I asked, he nodded.
"I'll see you both later- and I'm helping you move tomorrow, I'm not taking no as an answer." I said, which made Dami giggle.
I waved to them as we left and hopped into Hyunjin's car.
We went to a restaurant and sat in a small booth by the back door.
"So- was that Lee Dami's father?"
"Yeah- his name's Lee Minho." I said.
"As in the dancer?" His face dropped in shock.
"Yeah- have you never met him?"
"No. He's one of my idols- but he's staying with you and you didn't tell me." He said, shaking his head which made me giggle a little.
"Sorry Jinnie- anyway, what do you want to eat?"
Once we ordered, Hyunjin took hold of my hands and my eyes met his, his looked apologetic.

"What?" I asked after a few seconds.
"GOT7 signed me, as one of their dancers."
"THAT'S AMAZING! WHY ARE YOU LOOKING SO SAD-"
"I'm sorry." He said.
"We've only dated for about a week, it's alright." I said, smiling, "STILL FRIENDS?"
"Of course." He said, ruffling my hair slightly and after a few minutes of awkward silence.
We talked about work and a little about our families before he brought me back to my apartment for just before 10.
I relaxed as I sat down on my sofa, pulling the blanket over me.
"How was your date?" Minho asked, plaiting Dami's hair because she had fallen asleep half way through the film, which was Big Hero 6. She must be tired, from all that shopping!
"We broke up-" I said.
"Oh- are you ok?" He asked, I nodded with a smile.
"I hadn't developed deep feelings for him, and we're going to be good friends. He's going on tour with Got7, so he would be unable to see me anyway-" I said, Minho nodded along.
"At least- actually, no..." He said quietly, reconsidering what he was about to say, then didn't say it.
"Do you want a drink- or are you going to go to bed?" I asked, he yawned.
"I guess bed-" I answered for him, picking Dami up and going to the guest room.
"Alright- sleep well..." I said to Minho, which made him grin as I left the room.
That night, I slept really well, not waking up to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water.
"Rise and shine Annie-" I said to myself as I had a shower in my en suite.
I wore black sweat pants, an oversized white hoodie, black cap and trainers to help them move stuff into their apartment today.
"Wow!" I said, walking into the apartment which was semi-furnished, with a nice modern sofa, a few chairs and two beds, but not much else.
I took box after box upstairs as Dami took her stuff, clothes included into her room and Minho moved boxes too.
We left Dami in her room, sorting out her wardrobe and everything as we moved furniture in with the help of a few neighbors and unpacked boxes in the kitchen and living room.
"It looks beautiful-" I said at 6pm when we had finished unboxing everything, the apartment looked so cool and modern.
"I'll be going then- have f- actually, I'm going to bring up the food you bought yesterday that I don't need, there was too much-" I spoke quickly and moved towards the front door, a hand grabbing mine.
Minho pulled me into a hug, brushing my hair slightly as I wrapped my arms around his body.
"I'll be a few minutes- Alright?" I said, he nodded and I went to get the food.
I came back with three full plastic bags of food for them, unpacking into their fridge, freezer and pantry, before moving to leave.
"MISS WANG!" Dami shouted just as my hand touched the door knob.
I turned around to see Dami with a big card which had, in glitter writing, 'THANK YOU!'.
"It's alright- it was lovely having you to stay." I said, with a smile.
"But I'll see you at school." I said, standing up and waving, but she pouted.
"Why can't you marry daddy?"
"Huh?"
"When you marry someone darling- you have to love them..." Minho said quickly, kneeling to her height.
"But you love Miss Wang-" She said, sounding very certain, and Minho turned away.
"Well, I've got some work to do and I'll see you at school tomorrow." I said, patting her head, and she continued to pout.
"Thank you for the card." I said to her before meeting eyes with Minho and thanking him with a quick hug.
"Bye Dami!" I said, waving as I left the apartment.
As I stepped into my apartment, I felt a little empty.
There was no screaming or loud noise coming from Dami nor was there laptop clicking from Minho. They we're gone and it felt weird to be so alone.
"Good night-" I said to my mum's picture as I did every night, this time hoping then two of them had a good first night.
"Night Minho and Dami." I said, hugging my pillow close as I fell asleep.
