After spending some quality time with Advin Jasmine feels lighter up and happily trails off towards her room before going back to Advin's room, as he wants her close so does she?

As she makes her way inside of Advin's room only to find it empty so with a smile still attached to her face she seeks for her mate out.

Jasmine smiles as she finds him in the garden of the pack house where he is staring off in deep thought. She slowly walks behind him and closes his eyes.

"What the..." Advin gets startled but Jasmine just puts her hands on his eyes and lets him guess it is her

"Mom" Advin guesses as he slowly traces the hands that has his eyes covered when he doesn't hear any sound he starts to call a bunch of names

Jasmine narrows her eyes as she puts her hands away when he does not get it right in first few tries.

"Jasmine" he exclaims as she was the last person he thought would do that

"Yes, me, well, I am so unhappy that you did not know it was me at the first go. You couldn't even sense me coming or better yet my scent?" she pouts folding her arms around her

"Of course I knew it was you, I was just teasing you" Advin laughs it off as he tries to cheer her

"Really" she asks him not believing him at all

"Yes" he smiles as he clears his throat

"If you say so, but why are you standing here all alone?" she asks as she too stares straight trying to see what he is looking at

"Jasmine, will you always love me?" all of a sudden he asks her seriously making her frown

"Have I ever given you any reason to doubt it?" she asks him not understanding what he was up to

"No, never...so, will you still love me if I'm gone?" he adds nervously as he avoids looking her way

"What's going on?" instead Jasmine asks him trying to know more about these weird conversations they have been having

"Wait, are you leaving me again?" all of a sudden she worries about it

"Oh look, it's so dark already. I wonder why dad has not returned yet. We should go back inside is it not cold today?" he changes the topic before abruptly walking ahead

"Advin wait, what is going on? Why did you just ask that question?" she stops him holding him back and he gulps nervously

"Nothing to worry about, I was just...this all seems like a dream you know. After everything, I did to you...

You so easily forgave me and now look you are here standing in front of me, I just find all of this so surreal so, you know" he shrugs his shoulder in a carefree way hoping she would let it go

"I don't want to ruin what we can have by dwelling on the past Advin; I have wanted to be with you for so long that I won't let anything come between us now that we are together...

I know that this all may seem awkward or like it is not real. Trust me; even I cannot believe that we are together right now after everything that happened between us...

Nonetheless, I am trying; I want to try this between us. Being angry with you is not so much important as us being happy. I have no one left to turn to nor do I have a home to return too...

However, here your parents gave me the love of a mother and father that I had to miss and I do not want to risk that because of what went on between us nor do I want to loose you...

I lost you one too many times for me to loose you again, I may not hold a top position in your life but for me you are everything I ever wanted and need...

I have been craving your affection and love for so long and I am not giving up on you. You have been the best and worst things in my life and I want to focus on only the best ones" hearing her express all her emotions and fears Advin feels guilty

He wishes he could take away all the bad memories she had of them but he knows he cannot and now even after everything she has gone through, he cannot give her the happiness she deserves.

Not when he does not know himself what will even happen to him. Even if he vowed to, never hurt her, it seems this time he will do more damage than before.

Cupping her cheeks in his palm Advin pulls her close and kisses her passionately, trying to express his feeling through the kiss, as he knows he would not be able to say a word he wants to promise her he will never leave and to cherish her forever.

"Thank you" he whispers as he let her go

"You are welcome" Jasmine whispers quietly to him before they walk back inside hand in hand.

Just as the two of them make their way inside the pack house, they stop seeing Adrian walking towards them with Scarlet.

Adrian smiles as he hugs Jasmine happy that she is back and this time for good.

"How was the trip?" he teases her as he ruffles her hair with a cheeky grin

"Eye opening" Jasmine smiles happy herself to be back and this time she can call it home

"Wow" they both breathe at once staring wide at each other

"What, what is it?" Advin asks confused watching both of them stare at each other like that

"Welcome home Kiddo" Adrian smiles genuinely happy

"Thank you, Alpha" Jasmine smiles back with tears in her eyes as she always had wanted to have that bond with him but it seems both their wolves had finally accepted each other.

"Dad, what the hell" Advin shouts as he pulls his emotional mate in his arms not having a clue what was going between them exactly

"Hey, we were having a moment there" Adrian protests annoyed at his son

"Moment my ass, you made her cry" Advin snaps at his father before looking at his mate who smiles delightfully at him

"I just had an Alpha bond created with your father" she answers his unspoken question

"Ya so, what's the big deal?" Advin asks not knowing what's so cry worthy about that moment.

"She never had that bond with me before, this is the first time she accepted me as her Alpha and this as her home" Adrian admits proudly, as happiness pours through their new founded bond

"Oh, I didn't know that, but your wolf hasn't shown right?" Advin asks with a frown staring at her in answer

"No, I haven't had my first shift yet, but that doesn't mean I cannot feel my wolf or create a bond" she smiles answering him before she frowns this time

"Why can't I feel you through our pack bond?" she asks him checking to see if she can feel him, but it is silent

Advin along with both his parents stiffen as soon as Jasmine asks the question.

"Because, you two have not mated yet. I mean I did not have any kind of bond with Adrian not till he marked me so, may be" Scarlet jumps in as she knows that her son did not have any clue about the situation

She also knows that he will not say anything about his condition to Jasmine and she does not want to say anything about it as well, not before he is ready to explain it to Jasmine himself.

"Oh...okay" Jasmine replies slowly

"So, let's go have some dinner. I am so starved and kiddo tell me all about how my son begged for your forgiveness" Adrian claps his hands together to get their attention before they walk to the dining room.

"I don't remember any begging from his side" Jasmine pouts as she wraps her arms around Adrian's arm

"Ah, bad Advin" Adrian chides his son as he pulls Jasmine with him leaving the mother and son follow him

"Thank you" Advin whispers to his mother who smiles touching his cheek

"Anything for you" she states before following Jasmine and Adrian

It was a good thing that his mother saved him at the last moment and it was even better that Jasmine was not aware of the fact that his mother was a human when his dad married her and their bond was there after he claimed her.

Jasmine tries to mask her confusion as well worry while she talks and laughs with Advin and his parents. She knows that Advin is hiding something from her; as she is well aware that they do not need a mate bond feel each other's existence.

Even if the pack bond is not as strong as the mate bond, it has its benefits. Even if they have not completed their mating yet, she should at least be able to feel him but she cannot, she can feel that something definitely is wrong with Advin, she can feel it in her gut.

She has been so much closer to Advin in these past few days than she was ever in her whole life, just a sniff of his scent had made her wolf go berserk and appear but now, even if she can feel her wolf faintly it is not as strong as before.

How was that even possible, as Advin has already accepted them, as mates so why her wolf is so unhappy?

She turns to watch Advin carefully to see if something is a miss or anything wrong but she cannot pin point anything.

"Hey, what is it?" Advin asks as she has been staring at him for quiet a long time

"Huh, I was just wondering about something" she smiles making him raise a brow

"So" he asks wanting her to continue

"Can we go meet Lily, I am missing her a lot and it's been so long since we saw each other. I didn't even have a chance to say good bye to her, she must be really upset with me" she explains to him as he nods that he will take her to meet Lily.

"Jas" Lily's cheerful voice brings a smile to Jasmine's face as she goes to hug her friend

"Lily, how have you been?" she asks as she sees her friend so happy and glowing

"I cannot explain my happiness, but that can wait. You little prick how dare you leave everything and run off...

Did you know because of your drama I had to stay away from my mate? Anyway, but now that you are here, we can fight and gossip as much as we can...

Oh god Jas, it's so awesome to mate" she giggles forgetting all of her anger towards Jasmine making even the boys laugh

"Trust me I know, how hard it really was for Lex" Jasmine dares as she winks his way making both the men stare at her wide eyed before the girls burst out laughing

"Shut up" Lex blushes embarrassed while Advin just shakes his head in wonder

After spending some time with Lily, Jasmine and Advin walks through the trees just enjoying the moment, when out of nowhere two wolves attack them. First, Advin does not understand where those wolves came from as the pack was well secure.

He pulls Jasmine closer to him and looks straight at the two wolves surrounding him, he curses as he cannot call any of his men or shift.

"When I say just run out of here okay?" he whispers to Jasmine as his eyes are still on the wolves

"No, I am not leaving you here alone" Jasmine answers clutching his arm tight

"Jasmine we do not have time to argue you need to go to somewhere safe and call the guards okay?" he asks her again and she nods

Pulling out a dagger from his waist pocket Advin prepares him for the attack to come. It was not as though he cannot defend himself without his wolf but he is worried that Jasmine may get hurt on the process.

Just as he is ready for their attack one of the wolves runs full speed towards Advin, he pushes Jasmine away before tackling the wolf.

Wrapping his arms around the wolf's neck, he tackles it to the ground, the wolf growls before pushing Advin away with his snout.

Shaking his head, the wolf stares at Advin while both of them circle each other. Advin forgets about the other wolf as he attacks the wolf in front of him succeeding in wounding it with the dagger. The wolf yelps before he barks and hits Advin back with its paw.

Advin curses as he feels the sting of his wound, he ignores the pain and keeps his eyes on the wolf in front who was already healed.

"Advin" Jasmine's scream breaks his concentration and he snaps his head towards her as he now realizes she was still there and not gone to call some guards.

Advin curses as he turns her way to find her captured by another wolf. As he, goes to rush to her aid the first wolf jumps in between them stopping him.

Having no other choice Advin runs towards the first wolf in full speed and slices his dagger on the wolf's side.

The wolf yelps in pain, as the cut was deep. The wolf licks its wound to stop the bleeding while Advin goes for another attack and once again wounds the wolf, stabbing it on one of his legs.

The wolf this time howls in pain, seeing the wolf in pain the second wolf runs to his aid and seeing the chance Advin pulls the dagger from the first wolf and goes to stab on the second but before he could the first wolf takes the blow.

"Advin" Jasmine screams as she rushes to their side while Advin stares wide eyed as both the wolves turn to their human form

"Sirus" Advin whispers in horror as he watches his brother in pain.

"Have you lost your mind? Why would you do that?" Siran shouts at his big brother

Both of them were just playing around with their brother for fun, but they never thought Advin would really hurt them intentionally.

"I didn't know" Advin whispers still in shock

He really had no clue it was the twin attacking them, how could he when he could not scent them.

"Sirus are you alright?" Jasmine asks worried as she checks on his wound

"Just give me few" he whispers still in pain

"I am sorry" Advin apologizes as he kneels in front of his brother and holds him close

"I am fine Adie, but what the hell was that?" Sirus asks feeling a bit better as his healing was on going

"I seriously didn't know it was your guys. I thought rouges were attacking us. I am sorry" he apologizes again

"How could you not know it was them anyway? I mean even I knew them so how could not you...

You could have hurt them badly Advin" Jasmine chastens him

"Ya, what's up with you? We were just fooling around and anyway...hey, you are hurt" Siran points out as he goes to touch Advin's wound but he stops holding his hands

"I am fine, we need to take him to the pack house and let someone check on him" Advin states as he stays out of reach of his brothers

"Shouldn't you be healing by now?" Jasmine worries as she tries to check the wound but Advin walks away

"Advin, why did not you know it was your brothers who were attacking us?" Jasmine asks staring at him for answers

"My fault I was not giving much care to my surrounding and they did get me by surprise and I said I was sorry" he explains fast, too fast

"Yes, still you could have hurt them bad, what then? Sorry will not always get you out of every situation Advin" Jasmine scolds making him frown at her as he did not miss what she was pointing out.

"I did not mean to hurt them intentionally. I really did not know it was these two, if I had I would have never attacked...

You know, I am better than that" he states in frustration pushing his fingers through his hair

"I think I know first hand how much better you are" Jasmine comments and Advin grits his teeth fully getting what she was on about

"Really, you want to do this right now? Forgive me for raising my hand on you as well as hurting my brothers...

I cannot express enough how much I regret that night everyday or all the other times I hurt you...

I do not know any other way to express my guilt except asking for your forgiveness and as for these two, I was not around enough, to, ever see them in wolf form...

Moreover, I have lost my wolf totally, so yes forgive me for not sensing their scent before I attacked them" Advin shouts in frustration

"I think I am healed enough to return back" Sirus comments as he gets up and tugs Siran with him

Advin closes his eyes with a curse as he realizes what he just confessed, sighing he turns to look her way.

"So, that's the secret you have been keeping from me. Why?" she asks him hurt

"I don't know" he sighs tired

"Then what do you know Advin? What do you exactly know? All you do is run and hide away like a coward; lie to me every time...

Enough is enough; I am not taking any of your bullshit anymore...

First, you hurt rejecting me in front of everyone, then you throw you fake mate my way and then humiliate me by raising your hand...

Moreover, when I finally get out of your life and try to move on, what do you do? You come back but now this...

Is this why you came seeking me because your wolf was dying?" she asks exhausted with everything

"No, it's not like that" Advin goes to protest

"Really, because it seems like that" she answers him straight

Advin not knowing what to say to her just stands quietly as he cannot deny what she said, as it was true, most of it was.

"So, you are not going to say anything and just stand there?" she finally asks him

"I love you; all I know is that I love you. I have always had but I just could not step out and confess it...

It was low of me to throw a fake mate in front of everyone and you but at the time, I just thought it was the best thing...

I cannot express how guilty I feel and how much I regret it the way I treated you and keep treating you. I will spend the rest of my life loving you and making it up to you but I cannot...

I do not know how much time I have left with you and the only reason why I did not say anything about my wolf dying is because I knew you would think that I came for you because of that and I didn't want you to think about me like that...

"So, it's fine if I walk out of your life and find someone else, mate with him play happy couple and have his kids and be a happy family?" she asks again and Advin nods really listening to her words as he suddenly feels suffocated

Advin stumbles back as he cannot breathe; he tries to take huge gulps of air but fails.

"Just shut up Jas, I can't, I just cannot do this. Pleas stop it hurts" Advin cries clutching his chest in pain

"Oh it hurts, really it does, doesn't it Advin. Because I felt the same pain when you said you had a mate but it wasn't me" she cries as tears rolls down her cheeks
