"Hello Love" Dante grins as he looks around the room watching two of his gems.

"Fuck off Dad" his daughter Jane groans at his over excitement not being a morning person

"Language Jane, please" Jean pleads at her daughter who try as she might Jane will not stop

"Wake me up this early and you will get this language from me anyway what the fuck did you wake me up so early for? It's not even nine in the morning for me to make any kind of living being contact" she complains as she sips on her coffee

"Honey buns you should be excited we are going to Ad's pack his son is finally getting officially laid for the rest of his life" Dante exclaims excitedly at it

"Ah why can't you all watch porn if you are so desperate to watch him get laid, it's not like we get the front seat when he dicks her anyway" she yawns still sleepy

"For goodness sake Dante, talk some sense to your precious daughter, with her foul mouth she can never find a decent guy...

Ruining Devilin's mouth wasn't enough that you corrupted our own daughter!" Jean fumes watching both the father daughter duo who just scoffs at her totally ignoring her as usual

"Relax mom, I'm sure I have a mate somewhere who won't be able to fight our mate call once he realizes I'm his mate...

I don't see any problem in that department" Jane replies annoyed

"It's your entire fault" Jean glares at her mate who just grins at them proudly

"Good morning Ma, Jane" Devilin walks out of his room before he pecks both his mother and sister's forehead

"Good morning, did you know dad woke us up to go watch Advin get laid? How fucked up is that?" Jane complains as soon as he takes a seat

"Not at the breakfast table Jane" Devilin warns her before taking his seat.

"What? You mean fucking?" Dante grins loving to watch the annoyed expression on his son's face

"I must tell you its great pleasure to do it on the table add a whole lot of spice" he adds making Jean hit him hard on his head while Devilin ignores him as usual

"I will totally try that with my mate" Jane grins making Dante choke as he glares at his daughter

"No you won't, not in my house only I can do that in here but I don't care what you do in yours" he smiles giving her hi-five

"Can I not go to that pack house please?" Jane whines once they start their breakfast

"No excuses and this way you can meet everyone, I'm sure you won't be bored" Dante assures his daughter

"Okay fine but if those twins annoy the shit out of me I will punch them before I cut off their jewels" she warns before munching on her cereal

"Deal" Dante smiles before he looks around the room

"Where's the woman who is making me a granddad?" he asks looking expectantly towards

Devilin who still ignores him but gives in when Dante keeps staring at him

"She is taking a shower" he informs so his father will get off his back

"Without you" Dante asks in horror

"Dad, can we just eat without you making me want to puke on it?" Devilin sighs irritated

"I was just having a decent conversation with you" is all Dante says before munching on his cereal.

"Nothing decent comes out of your mouth and this is not the first or last time I'm saying that there is nothing going on between me and Air that will make you a granddad or us ending up in a shower together" he replies back staring straight at Dante's eyes who pouts

"All I ask from him is a damn grand kid and he gives me stink eyes, no one loves me" he murmurs making Jean and Devilin roll their eyes while Jane continuously tells him that she loves him.

"Good morning" Ariel arrives from the staircase in the family dining room to join them for breakfast

Both Devilin and Dante gets up from their seats and smile at her while she slowly makes her way to her seat.

"Good morning, did you sleep well?" Dante asks as he goes to hug her as if he does every morning and she nods back before Devilin waits pulling her chair back.

"Hi" she whispers as she takes her seat

"No nightmares?" Devilin asks as he passes her the plate and she nods once again

"Ariel any thought on your big brother getting mated?" Jane asks as she finishes her food

"It's been so long since I have talked or even seen him" she answers with a frown suddenly feeling bad about it

"Oh well, it doesn't matter anyway we will meet them in a few hours I hope your twin brothers do not come near me" she sighs getting up from her seat and going to get changed.

"So honey, you sure you are okay to come with us?" Jean asks worried about the girl

"Yes, I will be fine. Devilin is coming too right?" she asks turning to his side and he nods in answer.

"Okay, well I will take out the car you all be ready soon" Dante announces as he too get up from his chair

"We are car pooling?" Devilin asks his father with a brow raised

"It called going together as a happy family" Dante roll his eyes

"I'll pass" Devilin refuses the offer making Dante glare at him

"No, you can't. Jean" he calls asking her help, as he knows she is the only one he listens too

"Don't drag mom in this, its better if we take our own car. Then we don't have to wait on each other to get back home" he clarifies making Dante pout for not getting his way

"Fine" he huffs before leaving them

"You guys finish up I need to get some things ready for the road" Jean asks leaving the pair alone.

"Did you finish your packing? It seems we will be staying at your home for a few days only if you are okay" Devilin asks to Ariel as she nibbles on her food slowly

"I'll be fine and I'm sure mom and dad won't let us go if we didn't stay for few days. I kind of miss them" she shrugs smiling at him

"Okay but you will tell me if you are uncomfortable there okay?" he asks as he gets up from his seat along with her and walks to wash the dishes

"I will don't worry so much, I can take care of myself" she assures him but stops when he holds her back

"I know you can take care of yourself Air but I also know what happens when you try to take care of yourself so don't wander off trying to be brave when you aren't" Devilin warns her and she nods.

While Ariel washes both their plates, he stands beside the counter and watches her move. He knows he should not stress much about their visit but he cannot help but worry about her. She has a bad case of anxiety because of that he knows her being in a room filled with so many people is not a good idea.

That also means he will have to be on high alert as well as guard her door to ensure that if she wakes up in the middle of the night with one of her nightmares, which she has been getting for the past few years he can be there for her.

Even if her fears have gone down a notch, she doesn't stammer much as she speaks to people he worries that something will set her off, and she will be go back to her shell he worked all these years to break.

"You are worrying about me" Ariel voice cut through him stopping his thoughts.

"I can't help it, now let's get out of here before dad carries us to his car" he smiles holding his hand out for her to take and she does so happily.

"I can't believe I have to car pool with you" Jane complains as she folds her arms

"It was either me or dad. At least I won't bore you with crude remarks" Devilin snickers watching his little sister's annoyance.

"Oh please as if, you are worse than dad. Just because you do not cuss in front of mom and Ariel does not mean you behave like a gentleman all the time...

Remember I'm your sister not mother who doesn't know your dirty secrets" Jane raises her brow at him

"I'm scared of daddy's girl" Devilin fakes shivering at her gaze

"Fuck you" Jane snaps at him

"Nah you are my sister" Devilin grins winking at her

"Ya like it's a blessing" Jane murmurs before she curses as her brother pulls her hair tightly

"That's child abuse" she grumbles massaging her scalp

"More like social work" Devilin snickers at her before he runs away from her as she tries to kick him

"You son of a bitch" Jane shouts as they run around the car

"Hey now don't name mom" Devilin laughs watching his sister get frustrated as she can't catch him

"Wait till you find your mate, I will tell her every little piece of dirt you have hidden in detail" she threatens as she keeps running round and round around their car

"For that to happen I need to find her first which I don't see happening anytime soon" he grins before halting and making her crash into his back hard

"Asshole" she mumbles as she rubs her nose lightly

"Okay sorry, here" Devilin laughs as he holds his palm out for her to hit him

Jane hits on his palm hard so they are even before jumping in his arms.

"You are a very bad brother" she whines as Devilin hugs her back

"Sorry, honey buns but you see when you were born I had the right to annoy the shit out of you" he grins leaving a light peck on her temple before letting her go

"Apology accepted if you buy me some ice cream on the way" she offers to him

"I will even buy you some chocolates, happy" Devilin ruffles her hair before they both turn to watch their parents coming out of the door.

"Finally you finished banging mom" Jane sighs throwing her hands up in the air

Jean blushes at that crude remark from their daughter while Dante smirks proudly and Devilin pulls his sister's hair once again annoyed.

"Where's the welcome party?" Dante asks with narrowed eyes, as he doesn't find anyone at the door to welcome them

"Maybe they knew you were coming along so they went to hide" Jean smiles sweetly at him

"Let's get in, man I'm so horny" Dante complains making Jean knock him hard on his head

"He really doesn't have any shame left" Devilin shakes his head as he hears his father's comment

They walk straight to Adrian's office knowing they will find the man in there.

"Look Ad who is here, the blessing to you" Dante announces as soon as he barges in without knocking on the door

"Who let him in?" Adrian groans as he walks from behind his desk and goes to hug his friend and her mate before his eyes lands on his daughter.

"Mermaid" Ad exclaims before engulfing his daughter in his arms

"Daddy, how are you?" Ariel asks as she sighs happily being in his arms

"I'm good but tell me about you. You alright" Ad smiles at his daughter staring in her eyes to see if she was good

"Don't worry daddy I wouldn't be here if I wasn't well" she assures him before turning around to see her mother

"Where's mom?" she asks when she finds the room empty

"I just told her about your arrival she will be here soon" he smiles before asking them all to take their seats

"What is this man, I thought this place would be in chaos but it's eerily silent" Dante voices as they all await for Scarlet.

"We sort of had a problem last night" Ad sighs sadly, as he ruffles his daughter's hair as she snuggles into his chest

"Is everything alright?" Ariel asks as she looks up from his chest and he smiles tightly

"Not really, I can't explain what's going on until Advin shows up" he informs just as Scar enters the room

"Red" Dante shouts getting up from his seat and moving towards her

"I missed you so much" he smiles engulfing her in his arms

"Sometimes I feel Dante loves her more than mom" Jane whispers to Devilin as they watch the exchange between them

"Hey, I heard that" Dante snaps at his kids before grinning

"Of course I love Red the most than anyone. She is incomparable" Dante smiles lovingly at her making Red hit his arm lightly asking him to behave

"Ariel" Scar smiles as she walks up to her daughter

"Hey mom, I missed you" Ariel smiles back as they both hug and she takes a deep breathe of her scent

"We missed you too; I wish you could visit home more" Scar replies as she touches her daughter's face

"So, where's Advin and are the twins coming for the ceremony?" she asks going back to sit beside her father

"Advin will show up when he has too as for the twins they won't be visiting. No use for them to take leave when their brother isn't going to mate" she pouts before Dante pulls her to his seat

"Explain" he asks looking at her sad face

"I wish I could but we aren't supposed to say a word not until Advin shows up, he is so stubborn and confusing just like his father it's tiresome sometimes" Scar answers him

"Hey now that's no fair honey, if your son is throwing some tantrums doesn't mean you drag me into it too" Adrian protests making Scar twitch her nose at it

If I remember correctly you were the one who never showed on our wedding day and I clearly also remember I spent a whole month imagining how my husband looks, while I was in your home all alone with nothing but empty halls and a house full of males...

"Does that mean our mate bond can be deterred, and our mate can choose another as their life partner?" she asks wide eyes suddenly dreading about the answer

"Well can I say Scarlet and Adrian are an exception?" Dante suggests making Jane groan at that

"Okay kids, no we cannot fight the mating bond not until one of them breaks it intentionally...

My mate betrayed me by mating with someone else and I never took her back and then after years, I met Scar and the rest is history...

I guess even if I had a different soul mate, Scar was the one for me as my life mate" Adrian tries to explain to Jane all the while watching his beautiful wife.

And anyway with me and your brother we will make sure he never rejects or hurts you in anyway" Dante hugs his daughter tightly trying his hardest to assure her and managing to stop her tears from falling down.

That is his biggest weakness, his baby girl's tears.

"Thank you dad and I so fucking love you" Jane smiles holding him tightly

"That's my atta girl" Dante kisses her head before letting her go

"But still we can reject them by mating with someone else?" this time Devilin speaks

"Yes, but except my mate I don't know who will be stupid enough to throw away their mate?" Adrian shrugs uncaring before he stops and looks at the boy in front of him

"Don't you dare reject your mate for someone else Devilin" Adrian warns the boy who raises his brow

"I wasn't going to just was curious on the topic, anyway I will decide what to do when the time comes and you don't have any right to stop how I live my life anyway" Devilin shrugs before getting up from his seat

"I will stay near the pack lands, excuse me" he announces before nodding at Ariel and leaving the room

"I never knew about this" Ariel voices as she watches Devilin leave

"This isn't a day to day topic sweetheart and anyway it doesn't matter, the thing is your mother makes me happy" Adrian gazes at his mate with love who smiles in return.
