The first thing Ariel hears as she gains consciousness is a crack and then followed by a thud, she groans clutching her head and wakes up to find the girl on the floor in a very bad position.

"Are you alright? What are you doing?" Ariel asks trying to get to the girl but stops as she feels dizzy.

"Oh nothing just licking the floor as you can see I have nothing else to do and don't worry I just broke my arm else everything is intact in their place" Raine answers cheerfully.

"That was a sarcasm right?" Ariel frowns as she once again tries to get up from her seat.

"Oh I don't know you see I am busy licking the floor here" Raine grits trough her teeth as she really cannot move as she was face first down on the floor.

"How did you even get like this?" Ariel asks as she helps Raine by untying her hands.

"A BIT of an ouCH" Raine curses as her shoulder hurts.

"Sorry, sorry" Ariel winces as she helps Raine get up off the floor.

"It does not look so good" Ariel point out, as Raine arm is dislocated.

"Well all thanks to you" Raine grumbles holding the arm.

"What did I do?" Ariel asks offended.

"Well if you did not throw some fire balls out of your hands my way then I would not have been hurt" Raine points before she turns to show the damage Ariel did.

Ariel gasps as she sees the hole she made in the wall.

"I did not"

"Oh you so did, I saw with my four eyes, now where did Eric go?" Raine asks as she looks around.

"How?" Ariel asks still shocked to see the damage she did.

"Well, I would have shown you the demo of how you created a fire ball from your hands and shot it towards me but as you can see my hands are not in good condition so I cannot"

"This cannot be"

"What?"

"I don't have any sort of such powers," Ariel answers not understanding how she could do so.

"Well, then new pinch you have new super powers and I think it is all thanks to one guy named Eric Antonio" Raine grumbles as she walks towards the alarm but once again before she could touch it she fails.

"I would not do so if I were you Miracle," he warns her so she slowly turns to see where he was and presses the emergency button.

"Raine, Raine, Raine, what have you done, I thought we could have done this peacefully but you leave me no choice" Eric sighs shaking his head before grinning their way.

Both the girls look wide-eyed around the room as all of a sudden Mandrakes surrounds them.

"Do I want to know where they came from?" Raine asks stunned.

"You can but before that I think now that we all are here and I have no other choice let's entertain each other while we wait for your back up to come, shall we?" Eric asks as he makes his way towards the girl and slowly takes Ariel's hand.

"What are you trying to do?" Raine asks alarmed as Eric slowly drags Ariel out of the building.

"Ariel, did you enjoy the powers you just discovered?" Eric asks as he looks towards the door through which the mandrakes walks out along with an injured Raine.

"I don't know what you are talking about" Ariel whispers as she looks around her scared.

"Well then let me volunteer my own set of mandrakes to show you what really is special about the blood your family carries" Eric smiles before he steps aside and the mandrakes surrounds her from all sides.

"Hey" Raine shouts as she tries to walk over where Ariel was worried for the girl but Eric comes in between them.

"I think it will be better if you stayed out of it, you are not in the condition to also we have our own business to sort out...

While they are busy why don't we have a little heart to heart talk, shall we?" Eric asks with a smile as he points her to the door.

"I am not leaving her alone with them" she refuses to step in.

"The more you take of my time the less answer you will get and the more you will hurt"

"What do you mean?" she asks not understanding what answer he has.

"Let me treat your arm and while we are at it I will give you the answer behind you being a Miracle," he whispers in her ear before walking inside the building.

Raine watches as Ariel shrieks when one of the mandrake hisses her way but before he could touch her a glow surrounds her and he steps aside.

"She will be fine on her own, her blood is her shield now hurry up Raine we both don't have time" Eric shouts from the door waiting on her so Raine stares at Ariel for the last time before following him.

Ariel takes deep breathes to calm herself but try as she might she cannot as she has never in her entire life saw anything more horrible than the sight in front of her.

She does not even know what to call them, are they animals, humans, or something in between, she shrieks once again when one of them tries to touch her but something within her glows and burns it.

When the same thing happens again, she gets a bit of confidence on her own so she closes her eyes and tries to search for the source of the glow and power within herself.

She sighs in frustration as she cannot find it on the first few tries but when she does the glow keeps burning within her, she keeps her mind calm and focuses on that glow before she can transform that glow to use it against the mandrakes around her.

The mandrakes around her hiss as she throws a ball filled with fire from her hand and just like that the mandrakes starts their attack.

Ariel does not know how she did it, but as if knowing where the attack will come from next she easily tackles the attacks from the mandrakes.

Moreover, even if she does not want to she enjoys it. She is so busy attacking the mandrakes one by one that she does not see that she fell into their trap.

Out of nowhere Eric attacks catching her off guard. She yelps as she goes crashing down on one of the trees.

Even if the hit was hard, Ariel gets up from the ground, without feeling any pain.

"Hmm...interesting" Eric comments as he watches her move.

"What did you put in me Eric?" Ariel asks, as she does not like the gleam on his face.

"Something to activate the monster inside of you" Eric grins lazily as he moves his shoulder.

"What monster?" Ariel asks with a frown a bit unsure now.

"The one your blood carries within, wait just a bit more Fiery then you will see it for yourself"

"What are you talking about Eric and why are you even doing so? Please think about your family and everyone," Ariel requests once again hoping he would leave this insanity of his.

"Ariel, even an idiot can tell that there is nothing to think about on my part. God, I thought it would not last even an hour but I am surprised that it lasted for years...

Do you remember the day we met for the first time?" Eric asks coming to a stop and Ariel stops as well.

"Yes, the day you saved us" Ariel answers him not knowing where this was going.

"Yes, that day, damn it would have been a smooth kidnapping if my men did not first mix between you and Jasmine and then Jane had to get in as well"

"I hate you," Ariel shouts, as she does not know how to express her feelings to him.

"What do you mean?" Ariel asks a bit scared now.

"Ariel, my sweet, sweet Ariel how can you forget me so soon, your first ever man" Eric grins wildly while Ariel watches his way wide-eyed.

Ariel screams at the top of her lungs when suddenly her worst nightmare stands in front of her.

Thomas grins more as he hears her lovely scream.

"Ah...music to my ears" Thomas comments as he laughs more.

"How?" Ariel cries, as she cannot believe she is seeing the man in front of her.

"It was always me my sweet Ariel" Thomas grins as he comes to his true self, not as Eric but as who he was.

"Impossible" Ariel whispers as she keeps backing away from him.

As if in slow motion she remembers everything that occurred with her on the tragic day, how he pulled her away from her brother and forced himself on her.

Ariel cannot stop but keep screaming at the top of her lungs while Thomas laughs seeing her condition.

As if someone threw a bucket of cold water on her, Raine jolts from her seat. She concentrates on her surroundings and cringes hearing someone's scream. With weak legs, she makes her way towards the door to check what was going on.

Raine rushes out pushing past the mandrakes to check on Ariel, she halts seeing Ariel crumbled on the ground in a fetal position with her hands covering her ears as she keeps screaming.

"What have you done?" Raine asks in a whisper seeing the girl's condition.

"Her worst nightmare suddenly appeared in front of her, don't worry she will be fine in a moment" Thomas answers as he walks towards where Raine was.

He slowly puts his hands on her head and ruffles her hair.

"I need her on the verge of insanity Miracle, you see she is right now the key I want," he states with a grin and Raine pushes him away.

"Shut your festering gob, you tit! Your type really makes me puke, you vacuous, toffee-nosed, malodorous pervert!" Raine grits through her teeth before she goes to help Ariel but Thomas holds her back.

"Awe, Raine that's really sweet of you to go help her, but don't you think if she is out of the story then may be you can have a chance in completing your love story...

Think on it, let the girl be, you do know it's of no use any way" Thomas tries to lure her in.

"Well I could agree with you but then we would both be wrong" Raine hisses trying to get away from his hold but cannot as he holds her tightly.

"Choose your side wisely Raine, the decision is in your hand. You think that just because you will help the girl she will return the favor...

No, they will never. It will be better if you open your eyes, your existence means nothing to them, join me and I will give you everything you desire" Thomas promises as he requests her to join his side.

Now get your germ filled hands off of me, before I make you scream like a banshee hitting where it hurts the most," she threatens finally pulling her hands away from his hold.

"Go ahead, help her just don't come running to me when it's proven I am right" Thomas just keeps grinning not stopping her this time.

Raine hesitates for a bit, as Thomas let her go easily, she turns to stare at his grinning face before she looks at a still Ariel.

"Why do heroes never show up in time?" she mutters before walking to where Ariel was laying still on the ground.

Raine kneels in front of Ariel and just as she goes to touch Ariel, one of the mandrakes holds her hands back.

"Bad idea" he warns her before turning into ashes as someone kills it.

Raine shrieks as she steps away from Ariel when the back up, she called come hurling her way.

Devon and Dante surround Ariel hissing Thomas's way, who laughs uncontrollably.

"Too late Dante, too fucking late" he shouts laughing loudly.

"Thomas" Dante hisses not believing how he even came in.

"Eric, he was Eric this whole time," Raine answers when Dante looks her way.

"You fucking bastard, what did you do?" Dante asks as he watches his son trying to wake Ariel up.

"Just opening a few old wounds Dante nothing more"

"What do you mean?"

"Just a few more seconds Dante, wait till the real magic appears by the way how is Engel?" Thomas asks which stiffens Dante.

"Is that your doing as well?" Dante asks gritting through his teeth.

"I wish it was me, but trust me it was not me; it's the poison she has within herself that is affecting her, history repeats after all...

Erika was pregnant when she went into a deep sleep putting a curse on her daughter and now that her own daughter is pregnant I am sure the Antonio's will have a long line of the curse" Thomas answers the unasked question.

"How did you..."

"I know a lot of things that you cannot even imagine" Thomas answers before they questions just as their attention goes towards a glowing Ariel.

"Ah, it's time finally" Thomas sighs and all of the mandrakes stands at attention.

Dante pulls his son away from Ariel as the girl burns brightly, suddenly the air around them changes and Dante asks everyone to stay still and not do anything when Rom, Ethan and few of the warriors join them.

They all gape as a portal is opened and they can clearly see the original mandrakes that disappeared along with the death of Oliver.

Ariel groans loudly gaining everyone's attention, they all watch her every move not knowing how she was able to open a portal but seeing the mandrakes at the other side of the portal is a worrisome situation.

"What is going on? Are we summoned?" Mars shouts asking through the portal.

"Idiot, of course we are...look we have a new master to us" Bells smiles before she shouts at the mandrakes.

"Bow down you slackers don't you see our new master?" she asks before getting down onto her own knees.

Each of the mandrakes goes down to their knees in respect welcoming their new master but before they can do anything else the glow in Ariel dies closing the portal gates.

Devon shoots to her side at once as soon as Ariel looses her consciousness.

"Dad she is cold, we need to get her to a hospital," Devon shouts as he goes to carry her.

"Go ahead; her work in here is done. Dante, I hope you know what this means," Thomas answers before anyone could.

"Shut the fuck up, you son of a bitch" Devon threatens as he goes to take a step Thomas's way but halts.

"Eric?" he calls when he sees Eric walking out of the door of the main building.

Eric yawns rubbing his eyes as he walks out of the building not knowing where he was.

"Where the fuck, am I?" he asks looking around before he sees people around and he frowns.

"Devon...is that you?" he shouts in excitement but before he could reach Devon the warrior's attack him.

"Get the fuck off me, what the fuck is going on?" Eric shouts as they hold him down.

"I want to know exactly that, what the fuck is going in here?" Dante asks as well, as not a moment ago Raine said Thomas was Eric.

"Raine" Dante calls looking around but the girl is nowhere to be found.

"What the fuck is going on here exactly?" He shouts in confusion.

"I wish I could stay and clear it all Dante, but you see my time is up. I got what I came for...

Moreover, do not try to fight us Dante. I think you have more important things to handle rather than fight with me...oh and before I go let me give you my departure gift...

Ariel's blood, it will heal Engel completely" he grins before disappearing into one of the portals.

"Someone get Raine and Devon....you are in so much shit" Dante growls as he watches his son take Ariel with him.
