Devilin starts his car and drives away from the Martin land, now that Ariel was back home safe, he feels at ease.

He needs to find out more about Eric as it seems Eric was not what he look like. However, first he needs to talk with his father about it and then Enzo.

The ring of his phone brings him back from his thoughts; he stops his car on the side before he receives the call.

"It's me," he says as he picks it up.

"Right now...how long ago did it happen? Okay...anyone tagging along with me...fine I am on my way" Devilin answers, he cuts the call after that.

He sits in the car thinking through things, as it seems he would be gone for few days now. With a sigh, he once again picks up his phone and dials a number, wishing the idiot would pick it up this time.

"It's me"

"I know"

"Where are you now?"

"Where else, in planet earth, why?"

"You need to come back. Something came up and I won't be around"

"So, you are always disappearing, what's that got to do with me, coming?"

"Ariel, she found her mate?"

"Okay"

The line goes dead after that, Devilin does not know if it was a right thing to do or not but whatever he has already done it. Good thing he will not be around for few days because he knows if his father found about this, he would come for his hide.

"What is this place?" Adriana asks as she watches everything with wide eyes.

"Stripper's club, this is the one place it's safe to have our kind of talk" Erika states as she pulls Adriana with her and drags her to a seat.

"Okay, I will be going...tired" Erika yawns before she walks towards her car.

"Okay, thank you, good bye, drive safely...oh, don't forget to pick up Enzo," Adriana says as she waves Erika goodbye and watches Erika driving off.

"Now what, I lost track of Devilin...guess time to go back" Adriana sighs as she walks to get a taxi for her.

Erika hums to herself happy that she met Adriana, meeting the girl reminded Erika of her young days as how desperately she tried to stick with Enzo.

She smiles fondly as she remembers about their lost time, which was a far away memory, so with the decision made she opens their mate bond.

"I am coming for you, mate" she sends the messages through their bond and lots of love as well to keep him warm.

"It's time to let go of the grudge and start living happily," Erika murmurs to herself as she drives to get her mate back.

Stopping her car at the same place, she left her mate; Erika gets out looking around to find her mate standing in the shadows hiding his male part.

Therefore, she takes out his clothes from the back of the car and walks to where he was. As soon as she reaches his side, she throws his clothes on the side and starts to take her own clothes off.

"I really have no energy to run again" Enzo comments as he goes to take his clothes but she stops him.

"No need because I am done running," Erika whispers as she hugs her mate.

"You okay?" Enzo asks holding her close to him.

"Oh baby" Enzo sighs as he wipes her tears.

"I am so sorry for hurting you, I promise to make it up to you" he smiles as he picks her up and walks towards the forest to finish what they started.

"What are you doing?" Jane asks as she pokes her head inside the room Chris was in for the day.

"Something you won't like" he states cheekily flipping the book in his hand.

"I really am looking forward to finishing this book, actually" Chris smiles as he slowly tries to push her off his lap.

"I am too really looking forward to finishing something" she grins pushing her hands inside his shirt.

Chris jerks up from his seat, which ends up with Jane on the floor; he walks as far away from her as he can.

"Jane, I think we need to talk about a few things" he starts.

"Yes, we definitely should. Let's go to bed then"

"No, that's not what I meant"

"So, you want to do it in here? Well, I never did it in a room full of books, but whatever it will work" she shrugs her shoulder looking around the room.

"That's not what I meant, what I mean it we should take this slow"
